It was not what I thought it would Be a lot felt rushed waiter wasn’t really intimate with our table had to ask for things a lot of times umm food wasn’t as great like the rice had no flavor and the bourbon chicken was really chewy just really shocked at the experience when I went other times food wasn’t so much better a couple of years ago but the restaurant is still beautiful

The service was ok, but support staff assisted us more than our actual server. This was something small, but other than that this was the best food. Steak cooked to perfection!

Brooklyn Chop House is my go to - Last summer I recommended this place to my daughter and since then she just kept talking about how much she loves their lamb chops, how they come to the table sizzling… looking and smelling good so we met for dinner. Our waiter recommended a delicious peach Frozé we didn’t get a dessert this time because she was really stuffed lol. We also had the garlic mashed potatoes , lobster Mac and cheese and the broccoli as sides. I highly recommend the Chop House , I just don’t want everyone flooding the place making it difficult for us regulars to get in lol !

Celebrated a friend’s birthday ,our waiter Leo was outstanding shared fabulous recommendations. We could’ve stayed there all afternoon.

I rated 2 stars because the food saved this experience. The service was horrible; some of the worst I have ever had. We went for Mother’s Day and were seated promptly (a few minutes) but were put in the back of the restaurant right below a speaker blaring music. The music selection was fine, but it was difficult to have a conversation. Our waiter came to the table and never introduced himself and asked about drinks. We said we needed a few more minutes for drink orders and he huffed away, coming back 10 minutes later. We ordered drinks and when he brought them I asked I he could turn the music down a bit as it was very loud and interfering with our conversation. He simply said ‘no, I can’t do that”. I asked if someone else could and he flatly said “no”. For apps, we had the French onion soup dumpling and it was very good; the wedge salad just average. We found a hair in the side of blue cheese dressing and when we told our waiter, he just looked at it, walked away and brought another one without any apology. Our food took another 25 minutes to arrive and in the meantime our waiter never came to the table to check on us and see if we needed more drinks (we did). Food arrived and he just placed it in front of us and walked away before I could order wine (thankfully saving me more $ for this experience). My wife and I split the bone in ribeye; it was cooked and seasoned very nicely, but had excessive sinew which was difficult to cut through and chew. My daughter had the lamb chops and they were outstanding. Waiter never came to check on us. When I flagged him down for the bill, he brought it and it included a 20% tip. Website says 20% tip for parties of 6 or more and we were only 3. In the space ‘extra’ tip I put a negative amount to reduce the bill. Charge is pending so we’ll see if it goes through. If not, I’ll be calling manager. For the price of this restaurant they should have outstanding service. Watch out for the automatic tip inclusion!
