   From the moment I arrived until I walked out the door, Brooklyn Chop House understands what customer service is all about! The food, the service and the ladies room was pretty clean!

   This was my first time at BCH and I enjoyed it. My only grief was that one stall was out of order in the ladies room and had “some things” left inside of it

   Perfect night out at Brooklyn Chop House. Every single staff person from our time of arrival (curbside) to our departure provided outstanding service that is unmatched. Highly recommend the restaurant for the food, ambience, and customer service. Thank you for curating a great experience for my family.

   This was my 2nd time at the Chop House I enjoyed both experiences as I've been to both establishments. The service was great and the food hasn't missed yet.

   First I must say I will be back to brooklyn chop house. We was celebrating my daughter 15th birthday and it was wonderful. Our waiter Michael was great the service he provided to us awesome. It was definitely a vibe. The only one disappointment was the Philly cheese dumplings was not to my liking every other dish was very tasty

   I usually love the food and service and Brooklyn chop house but yesterday was a horrible experience it was my anniversary they gave us a horrible table then it was topped off with a waiter that was very rude never checked on us the food was horrible we had the salt and pepper shrimp it was very salty and dry we needed some type of sauce our waiter never came by last night was the last time we will ever go to this restaurant

    Everything was amazing! The food was great! Our waiter was great! We took nice pictures from the photographer! They made my boyfriend birthday a night to remember.
