   The food was pretty good, but it was obvious the restaurant was not staffed for derby weekend. Our dinner took over 3 hours and we had to remind them multiple times about the seat ofmournfood. They indicated they had big Parties, but then had 1 person behind the bar working both bar and the high tops which is where we were sitting. The Ambience was good and the 1 steak ordered at the table was really good as well. The rest of the dishes were all sides, which should not have taken the full hour plus it took. The restaurant has a chance to go from good to great, but ok food can still be overcome from excellent service. But if the food is great, but the service is less than desirable, it will result in a bad review.

   This is always one of the best restaurants in Southern Indiana. If you have not been please go and try it out. Really cool place with good food!!

   Food and drinks were very delicious. Food came out in a good timely manner. Little louder than expected but overall good dining experience. Would dine here again. Catered very well to the wife for her birthday. Ahi tuna was extremely delicious

   Absolutely perfect first time experience! Steak cooked to perfection! Creamy Boursin potatoes were mouth watering! Roasted mushrooms were simple yet amazing! I’m already to come back! Wonderful server as well! I will visit again soon!

   Tiffany was amazing! She was so sweet. The service was amazing! The food was just as fantastic as I remember. Perfect date night place. Highly recommend Tiffany. She was absolutely amazing!

   Food was outstanding. Service was superb. Very good menu. Steaks were prepared !s ordered. Celebrated granddaughter 's 16th birthday crew made it special for her. Recommend the steaks and the service. Dessert was interesting!

   We love to sneak off to the bar seating at B&B. This visit did not disappoint, great drinks, conversation. Only thing negative was wifey’s steak, while cooked to order, with a yummy sauce, the meat was cold. Come on, B&B, it’s steak, it’s what you do!

    My husband and I ate at Brooklyn and The Butcher for our 5th wedding anniversary in February and liked it so much we went back for my birthday. We had a 6pm reservation, but arrived early to enjoy happy hour in the bar. Dinner included fresh bread and Wednesdays are half off wine so we got a bottle. We both had steak cooked to perfection and shared several sides including mac and cheese and probably the best brussel sprouts (our server’s recommendation) I’ve ever had. Service was great. There was even a happy birthday card on the table for me from the staff. Brooklyn and The Butcher has definitely become one of our favorites!
