All this place has is location and venue. Service is there. Food and drinks are not awful. But if you come with big company, you'd have fun. The atmosphere is chill and casual.

The service was so bad. Waitresses were so rude.. they didn’t accommodate us. we had a birthday and they refused to do the service for the cake. They said it wasn’t allowed to do birthdays there or bring birthday cakes.

I read that service was bad from others but decided to give it a try... they were not wrong. Our server would be gone for extended times and walk away without allowing us to give our orders, forgot to being us things we asked for and overall was unfriendly and not great. The ambience is definitely cool but Ace Hotel Upstairs has much cooler vibes and way better service. Bummed because Freehand hotel seems cool but won’t be going back.

Was not impressed with the service or quality of the drinks. The food was good but for the asking price could have been cooked as ordered. Waitress was really rude because drinks were not being ordered with her. Well if she came around maybe the order could have been placed with her. Never again
