   Wonderful staff and delicious food! Went to celebrate a 40th birthday with a group of 10 and everything went perfectly. The staff was so welcoming, accommodating, and over all amazing. We can’t wait to go back!

   Our group of 8 dined here last weekend. Our server, Kim, was very good & able to answer all of our questions and quickly took care of a couple of issues, a drink made incorrectly, and an entree that was not prepared properly from the kitchen. Our experience was a pleasant one and we would definitely return.

    My strong recommendation is to find somewhere else to eat! My husband and I went to The Broadway Grill and Pub for an early dinner (5:30 PM) on Thursday, February 9, 2023. The dining room had one woman waiting for carry out so she could dine in her room at the Inn at Jim Thorpe, one woman dining alone at the first table near the door and a senior couple dining at the midway point in the dining room. I ordered the BALT Chicken Sandwich, my husband ordered the garlic Parmesan wings. The wings were supposed to be lightly breaded, they were not. They were heavily breaded and super greasy. My sandwich was completely inedible. The roll on which the sandwich was made was so hard, dry, and stale that it had to be old or frozen. The grilled chicken patty matched the roll in dryness and hardness. My best guess is that it was cooked at lunchtime and then reused on my dinner sandwich. The lettuce and tomato were fine, but the promised avocado was no more than some crap from a jar smeared on the aforementioned inedible roll. The waitress finally came by and asked if our dinner was good and I told her that no it wasn’t, that my food was hard, dry, cold and stale, that I didn’t want it remade, that we just wanted the check. The offending item should have been removed from the check, which it was not. The cook should be removed from that kitchen. No way does his work rise to the title of Chef! He should be ashamed of what he plops on a plate and expects diners to eat. Further, our car was parked behind the restaurant, so we had to walk past the kitchen door and window to get to our car. From what I could see through the grimy windows and the fog (and stench) of cigarette smoke outside of the door, the kitchen looked like something that should be raided.
