Broadway 3 Bistro is an Italian fusion restaurant that serves authentic cuisine on beautifully prepared plates. This diner has all the makings of a great Italian restaurant from the intimate candlelit tables to the menu which creatively recreates classic Italian dishes. Broadway 3 Bistro knows the importance of a good wine as well, and has a weekly wine tasting dinner party where guests can go through a multi-course food and wine tasting for a flat fee. Guests know they aren't in a traditional Italian restaurant as soon as they look at the menu. The first two items on the appetizer list are the forest mushroom soup and the crispy angel hair pasta pancake, certainly a bit of a left turn from the classic calamari and bruschetta. One of the more interesting entrees is the Tuscan meatloaf, served with a polenta cake and a wild mushroom merlot sauce.
