I'd gotten good to go from here during the pandemic, but this was the first time dining on sight. It was great. The food is top notch, and the service, menu, and view are all impressive as well.
We didn’t get seated until 30 mins after our reservation time. Food was spectacular though.
The oysters, Cauliflower Grit Fritter, the salmon, and rockfish crispy tacos were amazing! The drinks and desserts were delicious! The atmosphere and outside patio overlooking the boats in the Marina were breathtaking. All and all, I love this place!
Parking CHAOS....waited on Admiralty Way for 15 mins
Need more and better trained servers, meal was severely compromised by inadequate and poor service.
Food was quite good, but the service was pretty slow. Beautiful patio space
Good food and service would appreciate having bread served before bring out entree
Always a great environment and ambience.
The Brizo outdoor space overlooks the boats docked in Marina Del Rey and you couldn't ask for a better view on Spring evening. It's a spacious area and despite a lot of people and some canned music it was still possible to converse. We all ordered the Lobster Rolls and were very pleased with the generous amount of lobster. There's a nice selection of food on the menu and we will definitely return. The service is a little new and perhaps inexperienced but they were pleasant and quick to correct any little mishaps like bringing the wrong bottle of wine or serving the main courses before the appetizers.
Everything aside from the ambience was subpar. It was actually a bit disappointing since it’s part of a nice hotel in a nice area and the prices were $$$. They had one dish they were able to modify to vegan - the vegetable pasta with red sauce. It wasn’t filling. The garlic fries were ok - super thin string like fries. The drink was ok. The service was average.
The tacos were excellent, waterside view was beautiful and the service was good. I will definitely go back. Superior French fries.
It was beautiful out on the terrace overlooking the marina
Food was yummy!
Miguel was great!
It was lovely , the service was great and the food was great!
We have been to the restaurant about six times. The kitchen seems a little slow I had the fish and chips. Though the fish was cooked the batter seemed a little mushy. Have always been happy with the food overall.
We had brunch while watching the boats in the Marina. Great selection of breakfast foods and relaxing view.
Great view. Good food.
Service was not good. Ignored
We had appetizers and a drink at the bar. The view was great, the food perfect, the staff was very nice, and the temperature was always comfortable. I will be back.
Great views, surprisingly good food for a Marriot. Lobster roll not quite there but the pull apart bread, salad, calamari, cauliflower, were great! Service is serviceable. Cocktails were also pretty good. Solid Old Fashioned.
Everything is good except the service is appalling!
It is one of the most beautiful spots to eat dinner or any meal in Marina Del Rey. I recommend it highly you’ll enjoy every minute
Amazing setting with great food! I'll definitely be back.
Great food with a fantastic view! Will definitely return!
Wonderful time by the water. Played eye spy and ate excellent sea food!
The place is verry nice but we literally had to wait 20 minutes for the waiter bring us beer and 40 minutes for a calamari. Half an hour for the desert. It just takes so long to get served that a nice one hour lunch turns into a 2 hours seating waiting for food and beverrage to come.
Great view, food and ambiance. Service very slow.
Waited 10 minutes for water or for any waiter to come by…Sitting in the hot sun.
Waited 10 minutes to get credit card receipt at the end of the meal.
Host seemed aloof and took him a few minutes to acknowledge my party
Didn’t check us into opentable either. Got an email while dining that we weren’t there.
Get it together people. The great view will only get you so far.
Beautiful restaurant with wonderful Marina views. Food was excellent. We had the lobster roll, the burger (wow) and calamari.
Loved watching the boats come and go as the sun set. Such a beautiful atmosphere. Amazing food.
The tacos, especially the short rib, are amazing!! Our server recommended the sparkling rose and it was perfect for a lunch overlooking the marina. Will be back for certain...gotta get more of those 🌮 🌮 🌮
Lovely environment by the water. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious and some very tasty cocktails. Thoroughly enjoyed our experience there and will definitely be back.
Very nice! My family loved the food.
This was a first meal with a special friend after several months apart. It was also an intro to his sister. Everything was great; it was just rather expensive for what we had.
I have come here or ordered Brizo as take out so many times!!
Imagine my supreme sadness after making a spontaneous reservation to take a new date here...my favorite meal is no longer on the menu! Why why why why why sir, would you remove the short rib and polenta with the blistered sexy kale chip?!?! Jenna told me you removed it because it was a winter meal. Also; she’s the best!
I assure you sir, that is an everyday any hour, any minute kind of meal.
I must beg you to bring it back.
I came here from Long Beach and I just....have never felt so sad.
Please bring it back 😭😭😭
Everything is amazing. Portion sizes could be bigger. Especially the pasta.
Service was excellent. Loved sitting overlooking the marina. Food was delicious!!!
I ordered the same thing I had last time I was here - the shrimp ceviche. The portion was smaller this time, not as well put together and didn’t taste as good. Our waitress was great, but the reception service was poor. Seems when you’re standing next to someone, you should acknowledge their presence and not ignore them. If you’re busy you say, “I’ll be right with you.” Not a lot to ask. Yet we stood unrecognized for more than 5 minutes. Despite our reservation, we had to wait another 20+ minutes for our table and she told us it would be 5 minutes despite empty tables all over. We ordered a drink at the bar while we waited. They were busy, but friendly and attentive. I think Brizo is understaffed and lobby staff are poorly trained. It’s a problem. I want this place to be great, but it’s not there yet.
We had family in town that also wanted to meet up with friends for lunch. This was our first time going but wow was the food amazing! We ordered lobster rolls, burgers and the lobster toast and everything was delicious! Service was very slow, waiting a long time to be greeted and to get drink or our check. Food came at a decent pace only because the server didn’t run it. Overall, I’d go back again just because the view is so pretty and food is so good!
