   Will NEVER step foot in this place again. Had 5:45 Mothers Day dinner reservations. At 6:30 they told us it would be another 45 mins to an hour. I asked to see a manager They took us to a back room with concrete floor and what looked like a picnic table and cheap chairs. It was insulting. We picked up and went to a nearby favorite and still had a great time. This is the second time I’ve been to Brix. The service was crappy the first time but nothing like this. Shame on me for getting bitten twice!

   Sounded so promising from other reviews, so made a reservation 4 days early. Got the smallest barely 2-seat table in a noisy front room, and were told that's all they had. Waited 20 minutes for any service, then left. First time we've ever got up and left a restaurant

   The food was good. The waiter was good; but the wait-time for food was long because there were a lot of people in the restaurant. To its credit, the food is good, but there was a need for more wait and food delivery staff.

   Love this place. Food is excellent as was service. Bloody Mary was so so, kind of bland and not a lot of garnishing, no celery. Screaming toddler at the table next to me was headache worthy and should’ve been dealt with, given the hour that she screamed. It IS a restaurant that people pay to enjoy eating at. Maybe offer to watch their table while they take their child outside to scream?? Idk. I have six children and would never do that to others.

   Brix is our before Theatre dinner stop. Their Happy Hpur dinner menu is perfect and staff always helpful to get us out in time for curtain call. Food and ambiance perfect.

   Service was slow. Waitstaff were very friendly and kind but you could tell they were understaffed.

   First time visit to Brit Tavern . . . absolutely loved the food, as well as the service, setting (patio on water on partly sunny afternoon) and vibe . . . I'm definitely returning !! Thanks, Steve

    Our server was very nice and the food was really really good! High recommended the seared ahi tuna dish. We’ll definitely be going back!
