We are becoming regulars here. Due to the great food the servers, bartenders and managment are all great. They all are very personable. Bartenders are great and make one of the best old fashions around. Food is always great haven't had a thing we didn't like and the brix chils are to die for.

Went for happy hour. Presentation was nice. Our table shared plates, the halibut tacos and crunch wrap were tasty, but pork tacos were nearly flavorless, and the pork sliders were too salty to even eat.

Our waitress for lunch was friendly and attentive. I ordered the “classic” hamburger with no bacon. It came with no carmeled onions as noted in the description and enough sauce to float the table. It had the core of a piece of lettuce in the middle that made the burger slide off the bun and it was so messy, I could have used a towel instead of a napkin! My friend had the skewer w/chicken and it was okay, nothing to brag about. The noise was so loud, you could barely hear each other talk! Would I go back, no. Food was nothing exceptional, it was plated with no garnish. I will say my side salad was good but way too much dressing. The presentation wasn’t anything special, basically just put food on plate and served it. Obviously a very inexperienced chef! This place needs someone to manage that has a lot of restaurant experience or it won’t stay in business! The atmosphere was cold!

Was excited by the menu, got the fried chicken with gravey, very unappealing looking with a not brown, not white gravy that tasted gritty. Had to ask for additional drinks, salad had no dressing, I think they forgot it. Tried 2 drinks, not good, very sour, no flavor. Maybe our waiter and bartender need to stop flirting and focus on the customer. The wine was good. I’m going to give it another try and hope things go better.

This was our first visit. Lovely atmosphere. Arrived and it was clear the people at the front desk were working with new employees. They seemed preoccupied. Our server was just great. Our beverages were lovely. The fries were delicious. The chicken pot pie was okay and the halibut sandwich was meh.

Birthday dinner. Table of 8, w/3kids. Server was nice but not efficient. We were ready to order multiple times as he was back and forth with our table. We waited a long time before actually able to order. As opposed to going around the table to ensure we were all ready. Wait time seemed a bit long for it not being busy. The food was decent, thankfully it was happy hour and prices were fine. Disappointed that we chose to come here for this celebration, service was disappointing. Also, auctioning off our drink orders and food orders was disheartening. Gustav's was never this bad. Maybe more servers would've been helpful for better service to tables. The manager is the same guy as before, sooooo why is it so different now. WE will not be back unfortunately. Plus a forced 18% gratuity on a table bigger than 6. Do little kids really count? Pretty lame. Server would've had 20% even though service could've been better. We felt let down. We had to ask for boxes, stack and ask for our table to be cleared and also request the check. Solid performance Brix.

So disappointed. All our food was cold, one order was wrong and our server seemed to keep disappearing. After the one order was sent back and remade, it was also cold. The two salads were the only things that didn't matter if they were cold. We payed for quality and did not receive it.

Was so excited to eat here since I love the Portland location but was so disappointed by this entire experience. Food was not great, and the manager was very rude and didn’t accommodate the fact that we found a bread tie in one of our dishes. Just said “sorry” and didn’t try to see if they could help. Won’t be returning. Staff definitely needs to learn from the other restaurants.

The food was adequate. I ordered the smoked salmon Benedict. I asked for eggs cooked and received undercooked eggs with membrane present. The corn cake was also undercooked and mushy. The hashbrowns were overcooked. I ate a few bites but didn’t complain as everytime I have went here the food quality has been consistently on a decline. Love the ambiance and the servers are always great!

Dissapointed in the quality of the food. One person in our party ordered Alaskan cod with tater tots and the fish looked like chicken nuggets, not exaggerating. It looked like it was half a fish fillet cut into three pieces. We waiting over 30 minutes for food to come out and it didn’t not all come out at once.

Went with work colleagues for Happy Hour. Ordered several of the HH appetizers. All were good, especially the Ahi Tuna and the Brix chips. The pulled pork in the queso was very tender. Good drinks and good prices, we will be back.

We were seated immediately but it took a long time to get service at our table. The service remained slow throughout our visit. The food was good and we didn’t have to wait a long time for it once we ordered. The sun coming through the windows on the west side was a problem, my guest had to move because it was uncomfortably bright, I noticed several others moving to different places so they weren’t blinded. Unusual amount of flies in the dining area.

Service was impeccable; very friendly and attentive. Vibe was cool, and noise level was normal, the food was really overpriced for the small portions. Our party of four all agreed the food was medicore at best, bland and forgettable. The drinks were decent, but again, way, way overpriced.

Unless you're dairy-free, get the fondue! Our entire party (aged 4-35) was very happy with the food, our server was great! And I've always loved this location/building. The only cons are the sun when you're there in the evening, depending on where you sit, and one server was particularly loud taking care of the table next to us. Otherwise loved it.

This was our family’s first time visit since Brix opened here in the former Gustav’s site, and it won’t be our last! We were all pleased with our choices—I had the halibut tacos and they were delicious (batter light, fish cooked perfectly, coleslaw tasty, etc.). Also, a particular nod to Erin C., our server, who was exceptional! So pleased to have this addition to our Keizer Station neighborhood!

The service was great and very friendly and quick too. I loved my dish (salmon Benedict.) The corn cake was a great twist on the traditional. The other gals both liked their dishes (chicken sandwich & chicken & waffles.) The only complaint they had was that the dishes could’ve used more sauce because they were a tad dry, but they did enjoy them. So just a suggestion. Overall, excellent experience.
