   We are locals but we’ve only just discovered Brix. It’s our favorite kind of atmosphere and the wine was magnificent. We’ll definitely be visiting it again and again.

   The food and service was great. Small plates though for price. Don’t like that there is only one bathroom and too close to eating area. Could smell bathroom odors while eating

   Good small plates restaurant. Several of the items we had were really quite good. Had an Oregon Pinot which was good and reasonably priced.

   This wine bar was a rare fine in Rutland. The wines were interesting and very affordable. We had cheese, salami, and sausage followed by pork belly sliders. Everything was nicely prepared and very tasty

   This is the place if you want a light and delicious meal. The food has unique tastes compared to other local restaurants. Our waitress Margaret was friendly and attentive. The favorable weather was enjoyable for outside seating. For me, the music was on the loud and did not seem to fit the theme of the restaurant. Overall, we enjoyed our evening and we plan to be back.

   It took ONE HOUR to even see our entrees and it wasn't very busy. It felt like we were being ignored, despite making eye contact with the bartender (who was also the host AND the waiter) and like they were trying to get us to order more wine by making us wait for our food. The food was good, not exceptional, and a bit pricey. The wine was definitely the best part, good selection, reasonably priced in contrast to the food. Wouldn't recommend, probably won't go back.

    A fun and reasonably priced dinner. Not a dining experience but definitely good food and friendly atmosphere. Upon arrival the bar was quite busy and very, very noisy. Somewhat difficult to converse while seated at 1 of the tables. Once the very noisy bar drop left, still a noisy atmosphere but in a positive way. Wine offerings - this is kind of a wine bar - quite modest. Nothing special that one would go out and buy for their home. But, the wines offered are pleasant and obviously geared for the restaurant's target market. My girlfriend and I each tried one of the 2 specials that evening, and both were delicious. Carrot cake we shared for dessert was outstanding. Definitely recommend.
