Brix 25 Restaurant Ratings and Reviews
The experience was great I took my girlfriend here for her birthday and they were super friendly and food was delicious. Lindsey our server was awesome and made the experience that much better my girlfriend really liked how friendly she was and professional.
Brix 25 is one of our favorite Gig Harbor restaurants and we have been coming here since it opened. Thad and Katie offer wonderfully interesting and tasty food combinations, always keeping it innovative and delicious!
This is our kids' (24 and 22) favorite place to come as a family and can now enjoy the craft cocktails and extensive wine list with us. The service is always attentive without being obtrusive. Everything is great from the asparagus risotto to the Grilled Romaine to the delicious entrees including the new Halibut offering. Desserts are just the right size to enjoy and even share if you just want a bit of something sweet to top off a wonderful meal!
Brix 25 was a delightful place to dign. Everyone was extremely pleasant even though they were dealing with our rowdy party of ten. The waitress described specials and desserts in exceptionally great detail that made you drool a little. Even though they were mostly out of their special we weren't disappointed. Overall I am looking forward to dinning here again.
First time here and enjoyed our evening. Excellent server was attentive and friendly; we BYO’d and when she saw we had brought in a very nice bottle she offered a decanter and said that she’d get their nicer stems for us. Recognized that one of us wasn’t enjoying an appetizer, which she offered to replace (we declined) and was removed from our bill. Boeuf Bourguignon was a little overly-caramelized on the outside but was nicely prepared with a rich, flavorful sauce. Wife’s halibut over black rice was excellent, as were the Thai Coconut mussels, though this wasn’t our daughters’ favorite preparation.
Breads were good as were the unique butters offered. Would definitely return here in the future
Finally made it to Brix 25. Friends and reccomended, so when we too the boat down from Poulsbo we made a plan to go. We docked for the weekend at Arabella's landing which put us a short walk to Brix 25. Certainly our best meal in Gig Harbor. And yes we went to Tides, and Anthony's and Millville Pizza) - by far the best service and food is at Brix. Truly a 5 star experience. Highly recommend the Bruchetta, the Mussles in thai coconut Broth. Also the chicken is special. Will go back.
Food is excellent. Have always had a good meal here. Service is very good. Waitress was very attentive and gave good suggestions for wine. It is one of the more quiet restaurants and you can carry on a conversation without needing to yell over other peoples' voices.
We have been going to Brix over the years for special occasions and they never fail to impress! The food is fantastic, the atmosphere is welcoming and quiet. We just took my mother there for her birthday and she absolutly loved it. They also have a fantastic happy hour!
After reading so many great reviews I was looking forward to trying this restaurant. The ambiance and server were wonderful. But the food missed.....on recommendation of our server we ordered the pear/gorgonzola bruschetta. So surprised to not taste the pear or the cheese. We shared the wedge salad which was fine. We both ordered the Rockfish....sauce was salty and the pasta was minimal but more than al dente.....this dish missed. We went on a Sunday so maybe the main Chef was off? We shared the Affogato which is one of my favorite desserts. The sauce lacked depth of flavor....surprising for a chocolate/expresso combo. Sigh.....
We had been to Brix 25 last year for the first time while visiting Gig Harbor. We came up again this year looking for places to retire. We made it a point to dine at Blix 25 as it is one of the best restaurants in the Gig Harbor area. The menu is creative and always well prepared. We will be back to Gig Harbor and definitely will be stopping for dinner again.
Intimate, tasteful, quiet local place with an upscale style, interesting menu at OK prices. Small portions. Nicely presented. Short stroll from Gig Harbor waterfront for boaters. Casual, but some come dressed up for dates, birthdays, family re union dinners at a nice place. A quiet bar is good to bring a date. Not a singles bar that we saw. Expect to spend up to 2 hours and $100. for drinks, dinner and wine for two.
