   The Derby specials were wonderful! The Bloody Mary shrimp was so flavorful. The grouper was temperature hot & very crispy! Came with mashed potatoes & broccolini. Yummy!!! The best part was being served by Ariel! She was delightful! Thank you! 😃

   Overall, fine. Odd that despite a confirmation from Open Table they had no record of the reservation. It worked out fine this time as they could accommodate us but I won’t take that chance again.

   We had a large group for a birthday celebration. The staff and our server was super accommodating, especially since part of our group was late. They did an outstanding job!

   I made reservations to the Bristol in the Highlands and was utterly disappointed. As soon as we walked in the floor where we were to be seated was extremely sticky. Then when we were moved, that section of the floor was just as sticky, as if the carpet has never been cleaned. The bathrooms smelled awful, like the floors had been cleaned with old mop water or a dirty mop. We ordered to spritzers, drank those and went across the street to Eagle. The Bristol that was on Main Street was so nice. Not sure what’s going on with this location, but I will not go back.

   We were travelling through L'Ville on a Golf Buddy trip and stopped at Bristol for Brunch. The food was very tasty and we had a great experience. If you are ever in the area, it is a nice place to check out.

    Celebrating 40 years TODAY of marriage! Bristol was aware & absolutely no acknowledgement! Have been coming to Bristol for over 40 years & have seen lots of changes! Sat at a window table and was treated to watching a very peaceful protest on Bardstown Rd (BTW-no complaints) Started w green chili wontons- dry good & house salad-also good. I had the pork dijonnaise with skillet potatoes. Pork was very good, potatoes were flavored good, but not the fresh cut potatoes that you would expect. Hubs had the linguine Giovanni. The sausage was delicious and the sauce was good. The linguine tasted overcooked & was somewhat mushy. Server didn’t even mention dessert or offer a dessert menu so we decided to get dessert elsewhere
