   We came to this place last minute, it doesn’t look like much but the food is good and service was okay nothing above and beyond but do recommend the food among our party we had the pork chop , chicken chop salad and Teresa’s Thai chili with blackened chicken , the green chili wontons were good ,however calling them wontons is a stretch more like a cross between an egg roll and mozzarella stick.hope this helps

   Needs a deep cleaning and update. Food was average as was the Bloody Mary that was ordered (and returned). Very tired and had an unusual smell. Very disappointed as we brought friends new to Louisville for lunch.

   Chili wontons & house salad are quite good. Main dishes of steak sandwich and Makers pork chop were mediocre. Service staff appeared a bit overwhelmed, which I do realize the difficulty in finding team members. Great location and some quality beginnings yet the main dishes were just unfulfilling. I'd try again but order differently next time.

   Our service was good and the food was delicious. The only negative thing I can say is that when we ordered coffee after our meal, the coffee brought out to us was cold . Our waitress brought us another cup of coffee and it was just barely warm . When I order coffee , I expect it to be hot. Would I return to this restaurant ? Yes I would.

   Busy night, but Mariah did a good job providing a pleasant dining experience. Quick and attentive for the appetizers of the green chili wontons, salads, entrees of the Bolognese pasta, and dessert. Good portions.

   We were a bit curious why we had to take a 4:30 reservation time prior to seeing the Broadway Series play at the Center. Play is at 7 and we usually do 5, although it’s sometime hurried because restaurant is packed. Last night, with 4:30 reservation, we were never rushed, but sprprisigky the place was NOT crowded! There were many open tables at 5 and 5:30. Just curious We had a lovely dinner and very accommodating server named Savannah!

   Our steaks had to be returned. The shrimp appetizer was burnt. The pasta dish was great. Other than that, it was not a good experience.

    A long-time Louisville favorite that just isn’t what it used to be. The Linguine Pietro I ordered turned out to be spaghetti, with an over abundance of capers and too few tomatoes. My companion seemed to enjoy the Hot Brown he had. The “Home Baked Dessert” we ordered turned out to be a packaged pie, overheated in a microwave. The server did her best, but we waited for plates while our appetizer sat on the table, and ran out of silverware before dessert. The staff were nice and friendly, though. I have a fondness for The Bristol, but that may be nostalgia from our meal there with family and friends the day after our wedding thirty years ago. I do wish new life could be breathed into it so it could be my favorite restaurant again.
