Great food with affordable prices. Love the flatbread
Went to celebrate a birthday with Family. Slow service. Restaurant was almost empty and it took two hours to get our food. rather disappointing.
Food was pretty good but the waiter came by our table only three times.
Good food, decent pricing, portions are small, the staff is great!
I would recommend it as something to try, I’m not sure it is something I would go back to. The dish we had was great and so was the wine however, my girlfriend and I felt unwelcome from the moment we walked in. The only thing that saved our experience was our waiter. He was amazing and friendly. The desk staff as well as the clientele was very unwelcoming.
Service was terrible. Waited 20 minutes for water. Numerous wrong orders were brought to our table. Food lacked flavor and taste. This was our last chance for Brio. We will not be returning
Food food and service
They were extremely kind for such a busy night
Food and waiter were great
Best Italian we have had in a while! The roasted red pepper bruschetta was to die for. Perfectly roasted and the fresh mozzarella was melted to perfection. We got the penne alla vodka and the mushroom ravioli which both were amazing!
Tomato caprese salad served without balsamic vinegar. Tasted strongly of olive oil. Shrimp and lobster fettuccine had a cheese sauce instead of a cream sauce. Caused the fettuccine noodles to clump together.
Waitress did an excellent job; however, the drink order was held up by bartender taking a large online order.
Salmon entry had a "fishy" smell. Lunch portion of pomodoro was small in comparison to the other lunch portion order.
Our service was pretty rough! We usually love this place but we had a poor experience.
1) we ordered 9 oz wine and we got 6oz; they still made us paid for 9
2) we never got refills for water ; waiter only took order and brought food but never come back to ask if we need water
3) we were celebrating my birthday and the complimentary cake I got was ice with lime flavor.. a joke
Arrived early for reservation and was seated right away. Taylor our server was very helpful ordering and checked back with us a number of times to refill drinks and check on us. Great service! I had a new menu item for Brio’s. It was very good but may have been a little over done. I don’t mind that, but others might. My wife had a salmon entree she has had before and enjoyed it. We took advantage of a monthly special loyalty discount which was good.

Food was excellent and our server was very attentive. We love eating at Brios because the food is consistently good and we always enjoy their food.
The salmon dishes were great! The lamb and red snapper was a little over cooked and dry. The service was good even during the busy NYE night. My family and I would come back but stick to pasta and salmon dishes.
We made reservations two weeks in advance for large party so, it was not a surprise that they would need to accommodate a big group. The service was however horrible. We never had water filled. We were out of wine arrived and had to track down the manager to order more as our server was overwhelmed. Food was ok but service made for unpleasant evening
I went for my son’s birthday. I don’t make a lower review because the system doesn’t have the option.
I used to go to this restaurant and liked the food and service but the quality has dropped dramatically since my last visit.
They provided us the worst service ever.
We made a reservation and arrived on time but had to wait for about 15 minutes for a table. We were sorted in an area were at least 5 other tables were available and never used during our whole stay.
The waitress was slow and constantly forgot to bring basic stuff like water, bread and utensils. The bad service was quickly noticed by the manager who came to take care of the order of our drinks after noticing us been on the table for about 15 minutes without any attention, but after making sure to bring us a bottle of wine we order he forgot to follow up for the rest of the evening.
My son is 20 so he couldn’t drink wine so when the manager took our order he asked for a tea that came to the table about 10 minutes after we got the wine.
We finished the whole bottle of wine before our meal was served as it took almost 30 minutes to the kitchen to prepare our meals (we didn’t order any appetizers) and 5 minutes before the meal was serve the waitress came with the menu to tell my wife that the dish she ordered was no longer available and asked her to chose something else.
The quality of the food that they served was low, specially the meal that my wife order that was serve cold.
The waitress was unprofessional asking constantly to pass the plates under the excuse of a short reach.
In our way out we saw the dish that my wife was denied, serve in at least 3 tables that arrived way after us.
After many years of been a consistent a customer we made the decision of coming back as this was not a case of a bad waitress but a restaurant structural problem considering the bad services, poor quality and lack of follow up by management.
It took 15min to just get our drink order taken, had it been busy I would of understood but it wasn't. Food was mediocre.
Service and food were both just average. Has the bolognese and was one of the worst I have ever had. Wife’s salad was good though
The food, service and ambience were excellent.
Tha value very fair.
However; I do not appreciate receiving emails from OpenTable admonishing me for not "honoring a reservation".
I did my part; arrived on time and chose to eat at the bar when offered.
Only to return home and read a patronizing email telling me how costly it is to restaurants when patrons do not honor a reservation.
I'll eat at Brio again without doubt; whether I'll book via OpenTable open to doubt.
Food was cold, very limited brunch menu.
The service was stellar, but the food was barely warm: apps and entrees.
We went to Brio to celebrate our colleague's last day before retirement and were all thoroughly pleased with Brio, the menu, the quality of the food, the ambience, the attentiveness of our server. Really perfect in everyway. One of our party has some food allergies, and our waitress was knowledgeable in pointing her to "safe" dishes and in modifying dishes to accommodate her food allergies. Wonderful!
Our server was amazing, there was a weird ambience, they were playing mid 2000 pop songs that just really didn’t go with the rest of the feel of the restaurant. It was also priced really high for the quality of the food.
I was hoping Brio would have decorated the table for my daughter's birthday, since I did tell them in advance. Also the food is not very good, especially for the price.
When I made reservation I told them it was my husband’s birthday. No acknowledgement at all was made. Very disappointing. I guess I could have made a fuss just chose not to.
So if you are going for special occasion be sure you tell them again when you get there.
Otherwise all was good.
We had a wonderful time. It was homecoming weekend, but with a reservation (that they sweetly held for us due to traffic and parking issues - we called as soon as we could) we got seated quickly and had no issues. The food was great and our waiter was very kind and attentive. You could tell that it was busy as the food took a little bit of time to come out, but it wasn’t a ridiculous time and it was a special weekend in the area.
Brio is one of our favorite date night spots.
The hostess at the restaurant was not friendly; rather, very dry and seemed to be very unpleasant about something.
The food was good, a little noisy for me but it must have been due home coming. the place was packed with high schoolers all dressed up.
Excellent service and very good food
Great place for a business lunch. Not crowded and I had a very relaxed conversation with my colleague.
Overall happy with our experience. Red pepper bruschetta was great, my wife had prawns with angel hair pasta and enjoyed that. I had spaghetti carbonara as entree and thought it was dry and lacking something. It appeared to be prepared without egg and I could not taste the parmesan that is normally mixed in wit the egg during the cooking process. I enjoyed the caramelized onion but had a hard time finding the pancetta.
Server was very slow and forgetful. Has to make multiple trips for things and would forget again. A Sunday night 6pm reservation took over 2 hours. Food was delicious as always.
Normally go through one at City Center. Waitress was slow, and needed to be reminded about refilling drink orders and checking back with us. When it came time to split the check between two couples, we have her 2 CC to divide evenly and she disappeared to redo the entire check and came back to the table. Wasted 20 minutes when she obviously didn’t know what she was doing and we had to hustle to the concert. Food was average. Not their best location.
We set a reservation early Sunday am. We were sat promptly. No server or manager came to greet our table, at the bare minimum bring water. We waited 13 minutes and left. There was NO reason or excuse as the restaurant was not busy AT ALL. Disappointed and yet another reason we don’t patron chain restaurant. We made an exception for restaurant week and thought it would be quick in and out. Instead we had to find another place to dine.
The vegetables were soggy, potatoes bland, desert seemed like was grocery store frozen and wine was both overpriced and terrible quality. I could have bought a whole bottle of two buck chuck (which we hate) would have been better. Service mediocre. It used to be a good place and has gone way downhill. Not worth the price with so many other excellent options nearby.
Yes. We heard servers at tables other than ours having great rapport and giving extra attention to surrounding tables, even asking if there was something to celebrate. Although our server did none of those, I would still recommend. I should mention that we were eating to celebrate my fiance's birthday, but since they didn't ask we didn't want to make a point of it, but it's always nice to hear that level of intention from your server.
