The food was excellent! I had the Gorgonzola Beef Medallions medium and they were cooked perfect!!!
The service was exceptional, Jordan was friendly and made great recommendations.
Outdoor seating was perfect for social distancing. Waitress was fabulous. We had the lamb, it was awesome!!!
Great service. Great food. Great servers that made sure we were happy.
The service was horrible. The restaurant was empty, and even with that, the service was the slowest I’ve ever experienced. When they finally delivered the food to our. Table, it was cold. I discussed with waiter, manager never came over to the table.
Probably won’t be going back. Food quality has gone down, especially for the price.
Excellent service and food,
One thing the Tomato and mozzarella appetizer should come with basil not greens, other then that I always enjoy my time there.
Had to tell the waiter more than three times to bring things was very slow. Just was expecting a better experience when it comes to service at a restaurant of this quality.
Great service and even better food. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our group, and very friendly. Food was delivered quickly and was delicious. I would recommend this restaurant to anybody in the area.
We love the Winter Park Brio and frequent it once a week. We were excited about selecting a healthy meal on this particular visit. My husband ordered the Salmon Fresca dish but it was too salty to eat. We are not picky and never send food back. We did mention it to our server Jasmine and she didn't hesitate to take it back and have it prepared by the chef with no added salt. The meal was delicious and we were most appreciative of her service. We have been trying to ask for no added salt when we dine out and we had forgotten to mention it on this occasion. I had the Chicken Limone which is a huge serving and I love it for leftovers for days!
Service was horrible and the few times he came to the table always started with an apology. NEVER had our drinks refilled. It appeared he only had 2 total tables and still didn’t give us any attention.
Dining room and bathrooms are overdue for a refresh.
Finally, for the price, portions are small and add on’s are ridiculous. Paid $7 for 4 small shrimp to be added to a meal.
Our experience was very good. Our server Stefin was great. The manager came over to greet us and was very pleasant. I forgot the bartenders name that helped us with a picture/video he was amazing. thank you Brio Winter Park. We will be back.
I would highly recommend to others to visit Brio and must admit, I had awesome experience. The food and service was fabulous. Thank you.
We have been to brio many times and received better service. I believe the waitress was overworked, had too many tables or was just inattentive to us, although very pleasant. The food was good but my husband’s pasta arrived cold. We were in a hurry and waited way too long for our food and even just the bread.
Me gusto mucho la comida estaba divino todo!
The servers were all amazing but my husband's steak was overcooked and my pasta was dying in the window for a while. It was Valentine's Day so I know they were busy and that's why our food took so long to come out, but to have the food be meh was a disappointment.
It took over 20 minutes to get our drinks, they ran out of bread while We were waiting for our food which took over an hour and a half to get to the table. My red snapper fish was way overcooked and uneatable, vegetables and garlic mashed potatoes were the sides and overdone. You could tell The dinner plate was sitting in the window for at least 30 minutes before brought to the table. The waiter tried to substitute the crab cake for me and after waiting for 35 more minutes I was done and just left hungry. Never again will I go there.
Staff was rude. Food was room temperature. Waiter was upset when asked politely to remove over used plates from table. He then threw a dessert menu on the table and walked away.. Never going back!
Valentines dinner for 3, all was great except the entrees took a while and were not hot.
Went to dinner with family, we had a great time and will go again!
The open kitchen is a novel concept until you're seated at the kitchen entrance. However, the service and quality of food was excellent! I'd definitely patronize Brio again but I might be discerning where seating is concerned.
Wife's beef medallions w/ gorgonzola and veggies were great.
My strip was "OK".
Service was outstanding
We had a great time visiting with our friends while we enjoyed our wonderful meals.
Our family had an awesome time. Our server was great and the food hiper delicious
Good food, great service, comfortable dining.
Even though there was only six tables taken in the restaurant they placed us next to four of them in a corner of the dining room. They did move us upon my request. Our server seemed more interested in talking to the bartender then taking care of tables. We may have been his only table. He brought The wrong salad for my son. I think our food sat for a while before he brought it to us because he was hanging at the bar. We had poor service the last time we were at the restaurant but decided we would try again. From now on we will go to the millennia location.
The server and food was five stars. The only issue we had was with the noise. There always a big party drinking heavy and making a lot of noise. Moved tables and they just talked about us as loud as they could. Disrespectful group for such a nice establishment. Server apologized for them and made our night.
Jason at the bar is an excellent waiter!
Keep up the great service!! 👍👍
Good service, nice wine, good ambiance. HOWEVER - too much salt on everything! I had the chicken Caprese which was barely edible. My wife had a chicken/vegetable dish and it was also heavily salted. We didn't send it back since we were celebrating an event with some friends. To be kind, we took our leftovers - and pitched them the next day. I called the restaurant twice but the manager never returned my call. Sorry, BRIO, but our future dining will be somewhere else. :-(
Love love love everything!
First my French toast was burnt and my bacon was extra crispy as requested. Then they redid my order and my French toast was undercooked and the bacon not super crispy.
Consistently good food and service. Good location with ample free parking--a plus in Winter Park
Steak was overcooked and vegetables were cold. Server was great. Moved our table to a quiet corner as I am hearing impaired.
This is not the Brio I remember. The pasta dishes are mainly spaghetti pasta with some bland sauce options. None of the delicious, complex sauces we remembered. We were very disappointed in the food. Also, the outdoor seating was very uncomfortable. I’ve been going to Brio for over 20 years in other states, but this is not the Brio I remember.
Awesome food and service! Our group of 12 have dined here fir years and will keep coming back.
We visit at least once a week and have always have good food. This time was bit different. My friend got the spaghetti Bolognese which had virtually no sauce and the portion was extremely small for the price ($17). She also got the steak salad, the meat was cold and tough. I got the chicken limone which is my ultimate favorite and a great deal for the price, it is enough for 3 meals so I had no complaints. It was a cool night and we longed for a bit of heat from the heaters located all around them. Unfortunately, none of them had gas! We specifically frequent Brio because of the good prices, happy hour, and the ability to sit outside. Get some gas please before our next visit!
We had 20 guests to celebrate my husband's 70th birthday. Kat, Lauren and Stan were excellent in helping with the set up and service. A great choice of dinner and drink packages. Well done!
Worst calamari I ever had. Honestly didn't look or taste like calamari. Dinner was way to salty. Waiter was pleasent and attentive.
We had to ask for salad after the main course was served. Ice tea was ordered and not delivered to table until finished eating. Manager had to get it for us. Tried to blame bar for drink. Waitress not very accommodating then brought ice cream for birthday girl to try to smooth things over. Was very quick on processing payment. Do not intend to go back.
Asked for another server without an attitude. The manager took our order and that was it. He never got us a serve. I’ve never been at a restaurant where no one waited on us. We had to ask a server walking by for our check. No refills no water no follow up absolutely nuts sitting in a restaurant with no one to serve the customer.
Still waiting for our appetizer food not hot and had to ask for drink refills. Next year staying home on New Year Eve
