BRIO Tuscan Grille - Westlake - Crocker Park
The food is always good and the service is consistent. I think the prices have gone up significantly.
Waited half hour past reservation time, didnt get refills and waited over 60 minutes for food to come out, left after waiting over a hour food and still not getting it. Manager was completely useless.
We went to BRIO for my mother’s day dinner with our three young children. It took 30 minutes for my wine and my husbands beer to arrive at the table. Our server kept telling us she was checking on our food. Finally, when the table seated next to us and 15 minutes after us got their food while we were still sitting there, we’d had enough. Ended up waiting almost 1.5 hours before leaving and getting Wendy’s for dinner.
Never book here during a holiday. They overbooked large parties and stuffed us in a back room that was 90 degrees and we couldn’t even navigate to the table. I had to crawl under the table and nearly knock someone over who was sitting in the aisle to get to the table. Horrible!
Usually consistent but not the best on this occasion. My salmon was overcooked with asparagus that looked like thread. Returned and remade but took so long lost my appetite.
Our dinner for a table of 2 took almost an hour to come out. Won’t be returning anytime soon.
Food was bland. One out of our group of ten likes their meal.
Menu filled with delicious food choices! Lunch combo very reasonably priced and good portion size. Definitely save room for dessert! Service is excellent and meal is relaxed.
The food was really great. We had the best sourdough bread we have ever had. It rivaled San Francisco!
Easter dinner at Brio was very disappointing. They had us set up in the back room and it was very dark, and crowded with no air flow. ( I had a reservation 2 weeks in advance.) The shrimp in our appetizer was raw ( still clear ) and not cooked through. The Pasta alla Vodka was overcooked and sitting so long that the sauce had soaked into the noodles and became dry, The lasagna was mushy and in a heap on the dish. The Beef Medallions were suspect and the side of angel hair pasta that was subbed for potatoes came out plain. No sauce of any kind.
Excellent food and service.
Waitress and service was great. A favorite place to eat!
I was very pleased with my experience, being a chef myself I think just a little less salt, but overall excellent.
Great place! Nice atmosphere and great food! Price was reasonable.
We always enjoy our holiday celebrations at Brio! It is common for us to meet the Saturday before Easter, on Black-Friday and for other special occasions. We enjoy doing a little shopping, stopping for lunch, shopping and perhaps returning back for a glass of wine at the end of the day. Our food is always exceptional as is the ambiance.
Staff was visibly eating and texting on the food service line, crab cakes were dry. We used to love this place and I was excited to return after living in DC. Likely won’t visit again which is sad because of how much we loved it before.
Met a group of girl friends for a Sunday afternoon gathering. Service was great. Table had a sunny view. Great choices for everyone. Bonus they take reservations. Manager stopped by and she was delightful. I’d certainly return.
Great food, attentive and well mannered waiter! Will definitely return for the Mediterranean salad!
The food was absolutely delicious!!!! Our waiter Matt was amazing!!!!!!!
Food was excellent!! Our waitress was very efficient and nice. She did a wonderful job!
We had a group of 7, including a toddler, a pre-schooler and 2 school age kids, plus a 94 year old great grandmother. Service was great, accommodating everyone, all enjoyed their dinner. Then we asked our gracious waitress to put in an order for takeout which she cheerfully did.
A very nice evening for 4 generations!
A thank you to a person, who put a lot of time and effort into our requests.
The reservation was made for 6:45pm. Was not seated until 7:05pm. The manager who was assisting the hostess was rude and not empathic about the unexpected wait. We asked for a booth and was declined. Was told it was a separate reservation.
Our server was excellent and the food was pretty good.
Food is a step above fast food. My boyfriend received the wrong meal. Waiter was extremely nice.
Always a guaranteed good meal
Love Brio. It’s as simple as that. Just wish they’d fix their online ordering at Crocker.
This is the first time we have been there with new menus - not sure how long it’s been. We liked the menu but it was the size of the meals that surprised us. My husband ordered the salmon and when he got it we couldn’t believe how small the salmon was. What’s funny, is the gentleman across the aisle from us had the same reaction. It looked like they were running out and started cutting the salmon filets in half.
They also brought us the incorrect glasses of wine. It worked out that we didn’t get charged for the incorrect glasses, though.
Our waiter was amazing! He made our evening. I have noticed Brio has increased their prices, which is disappointing and they've taken some good options off the kids menu. But the food is good, the wine is good. For a chain restaurant, they do a good job.
Simply OK...that’s all. Waitress was not attentive.
Everything was great!!! Each time we go the food is very good and we are never disappointed. Perfect dinner.
Experience has changed. Food was mediocre at best. Service was outstanding. If menu doesn't change for the better I don't see business lasting.
We came in on a Sunday because a couple of friends were visiting. Didn't expect the food to be really good, just looking a nice place to sit down and talk. The food turned out to be exceptional. Shrimp and eggplant appetizer was superb in flavor and texture, chicken soup was way better than I expected, entree Ribeye was juicy and tasteful. My friends ordered shrimp and lobster pasta and strawberry salad, which were also really good. Dessert was just at the right sweetness and full of flavour. One thing that needs attention and improvement is the service. It was good that we were not in a hurry for something, for example, a movie, but the speed of serving was really slow. Don't get my wrong, the waitress was nice, but she and other guys at the restaurant were either distracted or just slow in response. This could be a great five-star restaurant with the improvement of service. I would come back again.
Five of us had a wonderful experience celebrating 2 birthdays.
Our server Nicholas was excellent. He accommodated us by moving us to a table right by the front door that was getting blasted with cold air to a more comfortable table closer to the kitchen. The food was good but the service made the overall experience a lot better.
Food was good but the brunch menu is fabulous. Go for the brunch, it's not busy and it's quiet, perfect for catching up with friends.
Food was slow to arrive and over cooked in an empty restaurant
Birthday celebrations for my wife and me. Mgr sang Happy Birthday in Italian. Very nicely done. Much appreciated. Server was attentive, but not overbearing. All in all a very nice evening.
Very accommodating and helpful. Enjoyed a delicious vegan pasta and salad. Everything was delicious.
The food was amazing and the atmosphere was really nice, perfect for date night! The server made a mistake and brought us a salad before dinner, that was supposed to go to the table to the left of us. She never owned up to making the mistake and instead charged us for the salad as if we had ordered it. That was a little sketchy and I think wrong, but overall would go back again.
The food was very good, however, there were two mistakes in service. We ordered one lobster bisque and one mushroom soup and were given 2 lobster bisque. It was corrected. I asked to sub asparagus for the potatoes with my meal due to diet restrictions and my meal came with potatoes. It also was corrected. The
