BRIO Tuscan Grille - West Palm Beach - City Place
Excellent food and excellent service. Staff was really nice and helpful. Food is always delicious and atmosphere is great!
Nothing great... basic
The ambiance was great. Food was great. Our waiter Sebastian was also great very attentive in all our request. Will definitely go eat there again.
Even though Brio is a chain restaurant each location has a unique look. The food selection is great and the presentation along with great service is outstanding!
We had a small family reunion. Excellent service by Eric and we stayed after the main course for a light dessert and drinks. Looking forward v to our next visit. Thanks
Mother’s Day. Really enjoyed the Lobster Tails.
Everything was So Great.
One thing that is absolutely sure about Brio in Rosemary Place is the service. No matter the day, time of day or the amount of people in my party, the service has always been consistently excellent. They are polite, respectful and attentive. From the hostess stand to the bar and to the dining room. I also enjoy the wide variety of dishes on the menu. Nice selection! It’s a great Go To place that everyone should experience at least once.
Not a very big brunch menu and we had 5 people at the table should of given more then one menu. Shrimp and grits was a great brunch menu item was so disappointed it wasn't there.
Great. Enjoyed. Would recommend. Very loud. Perfect otherwise
Amazing dinner with 8 friends! Everything was on point - service, food, ambiance, etc . Will definitely be going back again!
Our table was located toward the back of the restaurant where after we were seated they then combined several tables to accommodate multiple large groups. Once these parties arrived, the noise level increased dramatically where upon it became impossible to hold a conversation at any of the nearby tables and be heard.
The service was Terrible, the table was covered in paper, the food itself blaghh and was served at the same time, salads and entrees. The drinks were incorrect. The bread was like rubber and should have been crisp and crunchy. The server was so bad the hostess took our order. I will never return and would NEVER RECOMMEND BRIO. Avoid at all cost. What a disappointment on our special night. Brio you #%×÷
We have eaten in this chain restaurant in Florida,NJ, PA AND Delaware. All experiences have been positive.
Food is consistently excellent and service the same. The rewards program is also a plus.
Brio is always great. Frozen peach bellinis are the best. Best beef carpaccio around. Love this place.
The food is pretty good, service was better, but the noise was terrible. Outside the clanging of dishes bounces off the stone patio, and inside wasn't any quieter. The decor is pretty, but that's not what's most important in a restaurant.
WE really enjoyed our visit to Brio. Our waitress was personable and accomodating. Everyone at our table thought that their dinners were delicious. We highly recommend the Chicken marsala and the chicken pesto. I experimented with a new cocktail ... an Aperol Spritz. It was very delicious and refreshing!
As a regular twice a month it was very disappointed.
We ate here prior to going to a show at the Kravis. It is an ideal spot for that as it’s an easy walk to the Kravis, the food is usually pretty quick coming out of the kitchen.
Party of eight great service excellent good. We all had a very good time.
We often choose Brio at City Place on evenings we attend performances at The Kravis Center. It's conveniently located, the food is outstanding, the service is excellent and it gives us the opportunity to walk off dinner before seeing the show.
Wonderful outside seating. Great food and great people watching.
Great food and service!
Loved the shrimp and polenta on the brunch menu. Just the right mix of flavor from the spicy shrimp and creamy polenta.
Always a pleasure to dine there. Menu has changed a bit with some new prices.
I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of food- I had the Beef Medallions which were tasty and succulent
Arrived on time for our reservation before a show at the Kravis, seated promptly and greeted by the server. Ordered beverages, waited nearly 15 minutes and upon arrival, no sugar or lemon for the one iced tea ordered, that took two more requests. Ordered salad and entrees, one “special” from the days fresh catch. Salads good, dinners delivered timely, however the $42.00 special was inedible, so salty and pathetic looking, clearly not a complete plate, took a while to get our servers attention, asked for just a plain pasta with marinara which came quickly. When the bill was delivered the “special” was still on the tab, again took a while to get that resolved and we ended up being late to the theatre. Lastly, the noise level here is very high which made having any conversation nearly impossible. Can’t recommend.
The pasta was as good as in a better restaurant... the flatbread was silly -- just some thin tomato slices - bread good - service was excellent
Nothing special- very average overall- chicken was tough and shrimp was chewey.
Brio is one of my favourite restaurants. It is consistent and it is a good value. I always love returning to BRIO for a nice meal.
My friends and I enjoyed our meet-up at Brio - perfect ambiance! Staff was engaged and attentive. A special thank you to John - our wait staff. Excellent service!
The staff at Brio greet me on time and friendly. I asked for a booth and they full my request. The lunch menus are different from the Brio web but OK. My server was a good job.
Best steak Gorgonzola in town
Always good for brunch
Omlettes and sides are fresh and wonderfully tasty
Food was delicious. Server was awful. She seemed like she had other problems and was not attentive to our needs. We had to get up and find our silverware because she never brought to table. Then asked food runner for some. She never came back to table. We got up and got our own.
Once again, before attending the ballet at Kravis, my group of 10 women enjoyed a lovely lunch at BRIO in City Place. The food was wonderful and our waiter was outstanding. We were served in a timely manner and were always asked if we wanted our water, tea or coffee refilled. This made for a pleasant dining experience.
We had an 11:30 am reservation and waited more than 30 minutes for our food (it's hard to understand how the kitchen was backed up when it opened at 11:00).
We arrived at 6:43 for our 6:45 reservation and were seated immediately. After seating, no service was provided until 7:00, but only after seeking the help of a hostess. Bread was brought immediately after an water a few moments later. We ordered food and drinks immediately. Drinks did not come until 7:15 and food at 6:25. All disappointing as we told the hostess and waiter that we had a 8:00 concert to attend. Food and ambience were great...service was poor.
Food is always good and innovative. Ambiance is pleasant and clean. Servers are friendly and efficient.
