BRIO Tuscan Grille - Wayne - Willowbrook
Everyone has a beautiful smile. From appetizer to dessert it's a great experience.
Nice young girl but not an efficient waitress!
Good service and great food. The only thing the lava cake was cold . Everything else was great!
Took really long to be seated but manager gave me a 20% off so that was fine
I went for Mother's Day Dinner, I had a reservation and it took a little while to seat us. I understood, it was busy. They were very nice and it seem that they were doing all they can to seat everyone. The food was excellent.
I went here on Mother's Day with my Grandmother, Mother, and Sister. Even though there were many people dining there, I still received excellent service. Our food came promptly and was cooked perfectly. Drew, our server, made the day special and ensured that everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend to anyone.
great customer service and amazing food.
Dishes were dirty
Seated very late despite reservations
Worst food and service ever had among the big chains of restaurants. The manager had no idea what’s going on around. We had reservations at 2pm and got our tables ready at 2:45 pm without anyone letting us know what’s going on and how long we have to wait for the table. The manager was busy with arranging tables and was reluctant to talk. It was very late and raining heavily, the reason why we had to wait there. I ordered shrimp capri and raspberry mojito. Food tastes pretty bland.
They broke the whole crate of wine glasses in the kitchen and kept the kitchen door open while cleaning up. That spoilt the ambience that I could have said something positive about.
Drew, our waiter, is the best; we've enjoyed his service s few times now, luckily, and he's attentive but not overly so, always has a smile, and helpful if you need a recommendation when choosing between a couple of dishes. Thank you for your hospitality.
It was my daughter's birthday party we all enjoyed our food, dessert was spectacular ,coffee very good ,service was prompt and a beautiful place. I'm coming back again with my friends very soon!
First time dining and experience sadly fell very short of expectations. Five of us dined and only 2 entrees were competently prepared. If you seek a decent gourmet and perhaps upscale dining menu, this is not the place. Server was pleasant. However no high level customer care. Ordinary cooks trying to deliver a menu not within their reach. Disappointed.
ALWAYS, and I mean ALWAYS delicious tasting food.
BRIO Tuscan Grille - Wayne - Willowbrook is a weekly must!!
Salmon Fresca was NOT fresh very dissatisfied
I love this place! Everything I've had here has been excellent. I have to restrain myself from ordering the gorgonzola-encrusted beef medallions every time, they're so good! The staff is attentive and solicitous, without being overly so; you feel as if they sincerely want you to have a good experience.
We visited Brio on Easter, with a reservation. They gave our large party of 20 a private room, which was completely unexpected but definitely needed with 6 small children in tow. Food was excellent and service was quick, even on this busy day.
Great Easter Dinner
The menu has changed and is no longer as good as I remember. My usual appetizer, entree and dessert selections have all been replaced with an inferior, “cookie cutter” option instead. I ordered an aperol spritz which was not made to the right ratios leaving it tasting like a watered down drink and we settled for the tomato caprese appetizer which was mediocre at best. My cacio e pepe pasta had limited amounts of cheese and was watery while my boyfriend’s beef medallions were over cooked. Finally, I was so excited to have my creme brûlée cheesecake only to find out it was discontinued. Overall, we spent $80 on a subpar dinner and it’s sad so say I won’t dine at Brio any longer.
I definitely would return to try more dishes. The rosemary bread triangles were wonderful. We started with Tomato Caprese, which was also delish! For our entree's, I had the cacio pepe (albeit a simple pasta dish) that was amazing and my husband's chicken milanese was also very good. Dessert was cheesecake and chocolate molten cake and they were both a nice ending to a great meal! There are plenty of options to choose from.....pasta, chicken, beef, seafood, but it's not an overwhelming amount of choices.
Our reservation was for 8pm on a Saturday night, so the place was on the quiet side, which is what we were hoping for. Some of the tables are more casual and do not have tableclothes, this is where we were seated, which I wasn't too keen on at first, but the food and the service made up for it! Already told my family members to give this place a try! And my husband and I will be returning as well!
Waiter was friendly and service was excellent. We were a party of 6 and one of our party was 30 minutes late. They did not rush us and seemed very understanding. Food was very good, fresh and reasonable portions. Will definitely go back.
Certainly our favorite restaurant!! Great tasting food, beautiful presentation and excellent service.
Our server, Victoria - a true professional! Please thank her for us.
Will return real soon.
They're understaffed. Takes forever to get meals. They clearly don't want to pay more employees.
First time going there with wife and two kids. Very kids friendly with upscale atmosphere. Excellent service and the food was great, would definitely go back again.
The fair rating for service was because there was no one at the front desk to seat us for about 15 minutes, but the manager was wonderful and gave us a complimentary appetizer and apologized for the wait. Once we got seated the service was excellent. Our waitress Terry was fantastic!
While the atmosphere was wonderful, we were very disappointed in the food. Two of the six entrees were cold. New orders were made which was nice but doesn’t make up for mediocre tasting food. It’s hard to screw up eggs. The manager tried really hard to make everything right.
Service was slow ... we had a toddler with us. Otherwise everything good
They have a great lunch special. For $8.99 you get your choice of delicious homemade soup and a choice of salad. We go all the time.
We were a party of ten for brunch/lunch. We were seated promptly upon arrival. Service was great. Food was also very good. Some of our party ate breakfast and others had lunch. All food came out at the same time and was hot. Not to mention good, with generous portions. As usual, very consistent.
Pretty good experience as usual. Sitting by the bar in the evening is always entertaining. One gets to view the bartenders at work making interesting drinks. The switch from Tuscan grill to Mediterranean leaves pork chops off the list. It’s always a pleasure discovering a new dish which becomes the new favorite.
Got to restaurant they didn't have our reservation . Open table never reserved for us
Saddened to see that their menu had changed just a few weeks ago. Missed seeing our favorite foods. Liked the old menu better
Truly enjoy the atmosphere and excellent service. Dined twice in two weeks. Excellent!!
We had a great time. Our waiter Drew was great. Great service
First off, the restaurant was freezing. Half of the tables in our area had their jackets on. The food was not that good. We had the Calamari, tomato mozzerella, lobster and pasta dish - all barely edible. The salmon was good but came out cold, but they did offer to make a new one. The waitress tried to be pleasant, but kept slamming things down on the table and was clearly flustered by something. We would not return or recommend this restaurant.
Great for a business lunch. Great food, great service, and I felt like we had a decent amount of space to take notes and talk without catching overflow from other diners conversations. Will be back next time I’m in the area
Always delicious food and great service. This was our 2nd visit in one week and will return soon.
My favorite restaurant in all of Wayne, NJ.
Always great service and food. Returning real soon!
They changed their menu and took a lot of good things off. They are starting to bring them back again by popular demand. They have to bring back sandwiches and burgers for their lunch menu.
Have always enjoyed eating here. Tables are not crowded. Usually good service.
Service was awful and inattentive from start to finish. Staff constantly talked to each other instead of checking on tables or food. Took over 45 minutes for two salads, a cup of soup, and a flatbread pizza. Pizza and soup came lukewarm at best. The salads were doused in dressing, the Caesar salad was overpriced for less than a handful of lettuce and a few croutons, the flatbread pizza wasn’t burnt yet the crust was stiff and tough to break off (think of the crust of a loaf of Italian bread) unless you yanked it. Would strongly recommend avoiding this place and going to the other restaurants in and around the mall instead.
