BRIO Tuscan Grille - Southlake - Southlake Town Square
Great service and excellent food. A little pricey but still a wonderful dining experience!!
Love this place. Coly did a great job. She was very attentive
We had a party of five, and had a very pleasant dinner at Brio. Both the food and service was good and the price was very reasonable.
The wrong entree was delivered and no one around to tell. Also as frequent diners we were entitled to a reward which didn’t show up on our receipt Food took a very long time and no concern shown. We love Brios but will not return for a very long time
Each of our meals was delicious. Portions are generous. Our waiter was attentive and entertaining.
Excellent as always.
Our server Tanner was amicable and our food was delectable. My family enjoyed both customer service and meals brought to us that was ordered at this visit.
As always the food was outstanding. My Martini was perfect. Always enjoy our dining there.
We celebrated Mother’s Day brunch at BRIO and it was a nice atmosphere, great food and amazing service. This is a must revisit soon!!
Food was not great. Service was really slow Restaurant usually better.
Mother's Day Brunch. Started slow, as our reservation (and others) was for 10am, but arriving at 9:50a, the doors were not yet open, which I would expect they would open the doors for Mother's Day more at 9:30am. They did open the doors a few minutes later, but the hostess stand was not yet ready and it took a few minutes to compose themselves. However, after that everything went very well. We were seated. The service was excellent. Bread and water were immediate. We were never rushed at any time, but service was consistent and never overbearing. I liked that they offered their normal brunch menu, a Mother's Day brunch menu, and their regular menu. We started with coffee and a carafe of mimosas. My wife ordered their Biscuit and Egg Benedict and enjoyed it very much. My daughter ordered the Steak Benedict and said it was great! I ordered off the regular menu and had the Insalata Della Casa and the Grilled Salmon Fresca with sweet potatoes and asparagus. It was excellent! We have eaten at Brio Southlake several times and every time the service and food is very good! Their happy hour is strong on both food and drink, and the back patio bar in the summer is really nice to enjoy a casual drink and snack!
Service was horrible. Started clearing our plates before we were finished. As us if we wanted dessert while some of us at the table were still eating main course. And brought our check before we finished.
Food was not very good or what would be expected.
Treated very poorly.
Very disappointed in the whole experience.
Will never go back!
It was prom night so there were several large parties, but that didn't affect our experience. The only other thing is that their espresso machine is still broken and that was a disappointment...we had to go to Starbucks for our post-dinner coffee. Nonetheless, Brio is a consistent home-run, go-to place for a great, upscale meal. We'll keep coming back.
Excellent food and service! Our waitress was over the top, as was the food quality, quantity, and taste.
I love the happy hours! Great value and fun drinks! I love the creative names! Great vibe!
A girlfriend and I had dinner at Brio Southlake. We both wanted to enjoy the dinner and chat time, as we don't see each other often. Our waitress made me feel extremely rushed. Waitress came to table after we ate and "quickly" (not gently) poured balance of our wine from each of our wine carafes. Waitress returned and took my plate and flatware and I had to ask for my knife/bread plate back so I could have another sliver of bread and butter with my wine. Waitress never asked if it was OK to remove items. I felt like "herded cattle." Move, Move, Move -- get out for next guests. In a restaurant, such as Brio, a guest should not feel this way.
Service wasn’t up to par. I’m not sure if something has changed at Brio but the last two times I’ve been there the quality of service and waitstaff hasn’t been up to what their standard has been in the past. Hoping these are just one offs as it’s a regular fav spot for us.
Food and service were good but the cappuccino machine has been broken for a month and they were out of Tiramisu. We left and went to the Cheesecake Factory for coffee and dessert! Deliscious
Love Brio - but our service wasn’t up to their standard. We ate in the bar area. It wasn’t that busy but the servers were talking at the bar. Several tables had to keep flagging down servers to order. Slow follow up. Not the best night for Brio but we will be back for sure.
The overall experience was ok. The restaurant in whole seems to be going downhill. The personnel seems like they would rather talk to each other. I had salmon that was inedible. We won’t be going back.
The food was excellent as always. There were not many people there for lunch, so it was much quieter than at dinner time. The service was good but the server seemed in a hurry to clear everything off the table and made us feel a bit rushed.
Lots of tables open, and at least one booth open our whole dining experience and we get put near the kitchen along the private room wall. I should have asked for another table. Shouldn’t that be the last table seated?
Beautiful weather, good friends and wonderful food! Our server was excellent and gave us time to enjoy our food and friendship. Thank you.
Love Brio. Always have a great meal and excellent service.
Birthday celebration, but no acknowledgement or special care from restaurant.
We went for Easter and the food was good. The overall ambiance of the restaurant was okay. The service was good.
Great time. Wow
Easter Family Lunch
Even though it was a busy Easter Sunday, our food and service was efficient. We were all very pleased with the food and service
Easter brunch, was great !
The food was good a few things were not. Before we even had a brunch menu we were asked if we needed any drinks. I ordered the steak Benedict but received an entirely different meal. The server was rushing is from the beginning, my wife was not yet done and was asked if she could collect her plate. They kitchen had to cook the correct order for me which was sent out but was cold (steak). The server did not bring ketchup when it was requested. Another server did at our request. Disappointed as my wife and I have been here on several occasions and we chose this place for Easter brunch :(
Waitress was either new or not excited about her job. Very slow to respond to drink refills, requests for silverware, plates, etc.
The food was awesome. The waitress was knowledgeable and attentive. The patio was awesome!! Great day, great vibe!!
The salad and food came out within two minutes of each other. They should know better than that. Waitress was pretty disinterested. So disappointed. Will recommend only because of all the other successful visits, but will warn about what just happened. I hope it’s not a trend.
Overall we had a very good experience with one exception. The restaurant manager kept propping up his Ipad on the back of our booth and talking to his Waite Staff about tables opening up. I thought is was very distracting and kinda of rude. The waitress did a great job the low mark on service was due to the manager. Food was as very good as expected.
Great food as always.
We have eaten at Brio on several occasions. Each time it seems to go down every aspect.
Brought wrong dish to me twice. Finally on the third try I gave up and ate it. Very noisy. Lots of open tables but they sat our party if 2 right next to party of 12 that they shoved tables together for after we were seated. Server not friendly. Annoyed that o asked her for a straw and a black napkin instead of white one. I was wearing black pants. Very disappointing experience. I’ll stick to ordering g take out from here
We had a reservation so we got our table quickly. Waiter was nice enough although we did not see her but 4-5 times during our entire meal. I ordered a glass of wine which was finally brought to me as we were boxing up our dinner leftovers. I told her I didn't want it anymore so she apologized and took it back. They changed their menu so my favorite appetizer (bruschetta trio) was no longer available. My husband ordered a Cesar salad and I ordered the lobster chowder to start and both were ok. We shared the $26 Bistecca for our main course which includes steak, green beans, and pesto potatoes. This was a joke. The steak was small, thin, and gray (looked like it had been merely popped in the oven and baked, the green beans were hard and flavorless, the potatoes were soggy from being drowned in the pesto sauce.
We were disappointed to say the least. This is the 4th time I've been there and the first time the food has been so poor quality. Will more than likely not go back again.
