Good service seemed slow
Wait service acceptable
Banquette too small for four people
Coffee steamer not workng
Fish was severely overlooked. When informed of the situation the manager took care of it. The service was still very good. We have eaten there before and will still go again.
Birthday lunch with family! Everyone enjoyed the delicious meal and great service from our server! Will be back soon!
The food was delicious and the service was really great
Normally, Brio is fantastic. Today it was just meh. 6:15 dinner time. Went there mostly for Lobster Bisque which is usually delicious. This time it was luke-warm, the hint of spice heat was not there. Do not like the bowl change. Does not retain heat like the previous ones. Crispy calamari was not crispy but the dip was very good. Waiter was great, prompt with all the food and drinks. Shrimp and Lobster Linguine was clumpy and barely had enough sauce to keep it from gluing together. Overall, an unsatisfying experience. Wonder if I can trade in my gift cards for Carraba's.
Great experience will come back!
Our dinner was fabulous. I had the Ribeye and I was happily surprised by the quality and tenderness of the steak, it was excellent. My family had the lasagna, carbonara and pesto chicken pasta and they all really enjoyed their meals as well. Our server was friendly, knew the menu and was very attentive. We really enjoyed our visit and hope to be back!
Came in late, we were the last customers to leave. Nonetheless, service was great and so was the food!!
The shrimp/lobster pasta was a disappointment. The lobster was tough and old... small piece. Otherwise the shrimp were good.
We had an amazing date night! Our server Cody was super friendly, knowledgeable & gave us space but helped when necessary. This was our 1st time at Brio. Our dinner was delicious & plenty! I had the Grilled Chicken Marsala & my husband had lasagne. The ambiance was very romantic & the tables were very well spaced out.
Very disappointed that they took the lamb chop appetizer off the menu. They tried to be Accommodating by given us half the lamb chop entree but the price was $3 higher and only 3 chops instead of 4. Food is always excellent
Excellent food, excellent service, excellent atmosphere!
Very disappointed food was overcooked and service was not so great
Today we celebrated our 10 year old twins. We had a party of 3 adults, 4 children (9,10,10 & 12) and a 7 month old baby. The hostess was very friendly. They sat us at a perfect table to accommodate our large party. Our waitress Sara was amazing! She was engaging with our children and pleasant. She was also very prompt and helpful. Our orders came out on time and every single item we ordered was delicious. The children asked if we can come back tomorrow:) Great place for a large family or just a quiet date night. This was our first experience at Brio and we will definitely be back!
Really good food and a very professional wait staff. Ambiance is bright and lively in a great part of Scottsdale.
We really enjoyed the new Bruschettas & Italian Margarita. With one guest with dairy & soy allergy, the Pan Seared Salmon was a great suggestion. Drew did a fantastic job of taking care of us. Thanks - Drew.
Been here many times now and food is always great.
We had three in our dinner party and ate in the outside bar seating. We love everything on the Happy Hour menu and we were not disappointed. Our server was fantastic, I'm sorry but I don't remember her name. We will be back!
food sat a little before arriving at table. Medium well steak was too well and salty. Cook forgot the lobster in the shrimp and lobster fettuccine. However the waitress brought some out separately. Service was very helpful and friendly. Outside chairs need to desperately be replaced. Extremely narrow and uncomfortable.
Food quality and presentation have gone down from before.
My Friend and I had a great time. The food was delicious. The service was wonderful, our
server was very friendly. He did not rush us, but checked on us to make sure that everything was good.
We would visit there again in the future.
My son and I really like the beef carpaccio, but other menu items are good too. Either location is a long drive, but for special occasions well worth it.
Celebrated Fathers Day with the family. Food is always good
So horribly loud in this restaurant. Literally an empty restaurant and you still cannot hear the person next to you. Kitchen is also very loud! Always something being dropped and broken. Food is salty and wait times are slow for food. Great location just needs major decor updating and address noise issues! Lastly, chose this restaurant for Father’s Day because of ease to pull up for senior citizens (with walkers!!) for drop off. The valet on duty (SQ @ noon on 6/16) was extremely hostile and rude for our pulling up for :10 to load seniors in two cars. There was No one behind us!!
Pretty good for a chain restaurant. The service was outstanding and accommodating. The rack of lamb was good, however could have used more spices. The pasta dish was a bit disappointing as the sauce was quite bland. All in all, though, would certainly try it again.
The server was not happy to be at work. Restaurant need to have a big clean up, it is the same way in Florida. Was the last Time for us.
Our server was phenomenal and the food was great! Loved the atmosphere! However, the valet advised they are not part of BRIO and were rude.
We have always enjoyed dining at Brio, however, this visit to celebrate our wedding anniversary was disappointing. Service was lackluster at best. My husband ordered the salmon Fresca which was delicious. My shrimp entree was over cooked and under-seasoned. Our dessert selection of berries with zabaglione sauce was a mixed bag. The fruit was fresh and luscious, but the sauce was not enjoyable. It was not the experience we expected from Brio.
The food was delicious, and the service was great. We'll definitely be back and will recommend Brio to our friends.
Great dinner sitting outside.
Arrived early, at 5pm. Service was still a bit slow even though it was pretty empty. Two of the dishes were cold (ravioli) and mine was bland and boring. I had the grilled chicken with pasta and mozzarella. There was literally one little tiny chunk of cheese. When I pointed it out to waiter her said there was more mixed in. There wasn’t. Chicken was like a processed piece of breast. I would be happy not to return here.
Bar Service was slow and got drinks wrong three times in a row .... table service seemed confused and disjointed ... ordered salads that didn't come until after the entree was served ... valet parking came to the table and insisted on being paid before we were finished dining, probably so they could go home early ...
We used to like this restaurant, but will think again before we return.
We had a wonderful dining experience! I would recommend to a friend.
Brio is a great place for a romantic dinner and walk around the Quarter. We really enjoyed our dining experience.
Ambiance was good, service was great! Food was just okay. About half way through dinner got a strong odor of dirty rag smell, assuming coming from kitchen cleaning. Definitely not appetizing.
BRIO continues to be an outstanding favorite despite aggressive competition for our lunch time dollar!
BRIO always delivers an excellent culinary experience.
Great happy hour selection in the bar and nice atmosphere, too. Had dinner in the restaurant afterwards and it was also great.
The food is absolutely delicious and the service was very good. I’ll be back!
I always order beef carpaccio and the meat is usually flawless, very thin and tender. This time around the meat seemed thicker, and too tough to chew. It wasn’t smooth, looked like another cut of beef and it had way too many veins which made it very hard to chew and swallow. I left half my plate and I usually eat it all, just couldn’t chew anymore.
We also ordered 2 bowls of soup and waiter brought us 2 cups, insisted it was bowls, and we had to tell him it was the wrong size once more, and he finally brought another 2 cups of soup to make up for it.
Overall, not the best and usual pleasant dining experience we have had.
Great! Comfy but fun.
Service is usually good here but tonight it was off. We had a server who told us it was the third night she was pretty inexperienced. Didn’t know the menu and couldn’t answer questions. We had to track her down for drink refills and other requests. And then it seemed she forgot to come back with them. I think this girl could have used a week or so of shadowing an experienced server before putting her on the floor by herself.
