BRIO Tuscan Grille - Sarasota - University Town Center
We have been to Brio a number of times and always enjoy it, starting from the wait staff and the bread, and going right through the entire meal. There were four of us, and everyone was quite content. We will return.
My husband and I really enjoyed Brio Tuscan Grille it was perfect for a date night the outside atmosphere is out of this world with the fire pits very cute positive happy atmosphere
Very good service. Food also very flavorful. Only issue was the asparagus over top of the entree was cold bu t the salmon was excellent. Had a question about gift cards and our waitress got the MOD to come to our table to answer. Very helpful. They also have a great happy hour!
It’s been a few months since we were last at BRIO as we are from UK and are only here 6 months of year. We loved the BRIO but this time something has changed! The food was not up to par, soup was nice but main courses were not hot especially the sides.
Our waitress Lisa needs some serious training!!! We had to ask for bread, I got a glass of ice instead of water and no straw and she mixed up our second wine and gave us the wrong size glass.
She continually apologised but the Restaurant was not that busy around 7pm do don’t know what happened.
A very disappointing evening in what is usually a great place to dine 😱
Great all around! Had a great server and delicious food.
Always good and tasty. Best wedge salad in town! Mushroom soup was yummy!
very good service and good food we will go today for dinner
Whenever I’m in the area for an event at the Mall or in the area I eat here. The food is excellent.
It is very noisy inside the restaurant and the tables were very close. We had trouble hearing each other from one side of the table to the other. The cabernet was far too warm and was sent back only to receive it again, cooler, with a small piece of ice still in it. Finally it got replaced from a cooler bottle. One entree on the bill was charged at a higher rate than what was ordered and had to be corrected. For the price of the meal, these things should not happen.
Best night out ever!!! Thank you Brio for a terrific evening. Our server Grace was outstanding!!! Memorable night at a beautiful venue!!!
We have been to Brio Tuscan Grille many times. The food and service is always good.
Our waitress Jessica was excellent for a very busy evening. I just wish that happy I was offered at the tables as the wind is a little pricey. Our food was delicious!
We love going to Brio! The employees are always very accommodating & friendly. The food is great and the atmosphere is very nice.
We went with friends who we meet on a regular basis for lunch, trying different places each time. Out of the four of us 3 of us were very disapointed in the quality of the food. My wife had the vegetarian omelette that was very bland, I had the capri shrimp that was very lackluster - barley any seasoning at all. My friends wife has a pasta dish, that she had t ask the waitress for more sauce as it came with hardly any. My friends dish was okay, much better than ours.
We will not be back, as we have many other much better alternatives in the area to go to.
It has been several monts since we have been able to dine at Brio's and it was a real pleasure. Unfortunately there is no location near where we live in NC
Very nice atmosphere and prices seem fair but the food is just not good. Every thing we ate tasted like it had been previously frozen. Chicken was dry, steak was very dry, the fried calamari was just plain awful, weird little strips and no tentacles. Staff was pleasant but not a place I will return to.
Everyone’s food was wonderful and our server was fantastic! Terrific lunch get-together due to Brio!
Don't know name of our server but she was amazing. Very friendly and artentive
They courteously accommodate persons with allergies. Friendly service, good food!
Horrible service at the bar. I mean horrible. Walked out after 1 drink and appetizer to go next door to Capital Grille where they understand what service. Too bad because we really use to like Brio a lot
Nice place and have some really good dishes. Very happy with the pasta. Service was very good, from reception to the wait staff.
However, the chicken marsala was not what i am use to, basically grilled chicken with brown sauce thrown on top with mushrooms and could use a bit of improvement both visually and with taste. Mentioned to waiter as well.
Would definitely return, just wont order the chicken marsala.
Terrible food and noise level
We had the chicken Milanese and the lasagna and both were very good. Service was a bit slow, not sure why as they were not that crowded. Took 15+ minutes for our drinks to arrive at our table. Overall the food was good and we will go back.
Excellent restaurant, food, and service! Highly recommended! Got a cute little birthday sweet for free and one for the future :) Very lovely experience and amazing food.
I’ve been many times, this was not very good, no veal on menu, service as just ok, forgot stuff, portion was so small , wow ! Carpaccio was very good anyway ! I had pasta and didn’t get much, carrabbas gives 3 times as much, parking is bad ! My red wine as chilled , what the heck! It was only 31 $ a bottle but never red chilled, she did not care a bit, said they all are unless a costly bottle ! Sorry but the truth hurts as I doubt I will return ! Jim
Carolina was so nice especially with my small childfen
Delightful meal! Zoe, our waitress, was lovely and provided excellent service. The food and atmosphere were delightful!
Service and food were great and Tyler the assistant manager made the evening even better by helping us with our rewards so we ended up with a fantastic experience and 10% off!! Bravo is one of my favs!
Another great Dinner at BRIO... our server Leah was friendly, courteous and very professional.
We all enjoyed our meals and enjoyed excellent service.
The original restaurant of Brios was excellent food and excellent service. Since taken over by another company it is less than wonderful. The food was very mediocre. Similar to what one could produce in a very basic kitchen.
. Nothing special nothing wonderful. The service was great our server was wonderful
The service and food was really good. I love the ambiance! That’s the best thing. The cocktail, however, was not good. It was watered down and basically tasted like water. They must have made it weak and shook it too much so the ice turned to water in the drink. I will not be rushing to go back unfortunately.
Brio’s is a fine casual restaurant. It is much better than fast food but won’t be mistaken for fine dining like, say Capital Grille. Prices are reasonable and you get what you pay for. The menu is diverse but you won’t find anything unexpected.
Our Server, Kay, provided excellent service and all the meals we had were tasty and served hot. We like the seating atmosphere inside and outside the restaurant.
Excellent visit, once again, to Brio. Promptly seated, and Kay, our server greeted us very quickly. Kay provided great service during the meal, and was very pleasant and knowledgeable. We had two appetizers that we shared at the table, that were terrific. We had the lobster ravioli and one of the flatbread pizzas and they were cooked perfectly. Our entrees were all so good!! We will be back!!
Food was excellent, service was superb! Love Brio's, what more can I say.
Delicious meals, fair pricing, happy hour drinks are wonderful, love eating outdoors but wish they would use those tables that seem to be empty for a reason. For the price of paying for two more servers out there, they would do so much sales out there at those 12 empty tables that are not allowed to be used.
Service was great, food and cocktails oustanding, particularly the stuffed chicken parmesan.
Under special occasion I out down "birthday" when I* made the reservation; apparently that totally went by the wayside.
