Paul Martin's American Grill - Rancho Cucamonga
Bar area was good. We got to our reserved table on time. A few ingredients were not available on some dinners. The food was good. The service was great.
Very pleasant ambiance, good location near Lewis Theater, spaghetti pomodoro was excellent
We had fish and pasta. Great food, wonderful service and a little on the noisy side so if you want to be able to talk in a quite atmosphere that place isn't it. I will be back!
I took my husband for the first time for Valentine's day. He is a big Olive Garden fan. I think Brio convinced him that Olive Garden is not the best. He wanted to go back the next day. The food was delicious, service was great. It was pretty busy even though we made reservations. We waited about 45 minutes over our reserved time.
Very smooth & fast!
We had a reservation still took another hour to be seated .The hostess were not very kind and understanding made us wait like we didn’t have a reservation Once seated the service was very very rushed. Our food came and my pasta was hard and the dish was very dry. I didn’t eat my food we waited longer to be seated than we spent eating. We won’t be back there anytime soon
Best date night spot! Delicious food and great service in a nice spot.
Waited 45 minutes for a 6 o’clock reservation after host cancelled our reservation thinking we were dining at the bar.
I made a reservation for 6:00 pm and arrived on time. We weren’t seated until 6:40pm. We ordered food at 6:45 and our dinner was not served until 7:25pm. Terrible service and I definitely don’t recommend this restaurant. They obviously can’t handle a busy Saturday night. I’m not going back.
My boyfriend and I decided to celebrate Valentines on the 15th for brunch. I am signed up for the Brio rewards and had received an email a few days prior that Brio is offering $5 mimosas and bellinis for brunch so I thought perfect I enjoy the food there. Having a reservation at noon we sat outside on the patio and the weather was perfect unfortunately everyone else wanted to sit on the patio too and they only had one server for the entire patio. This poor waitress was covering at least a dozen tables from small parties to larger parties . She finally got around to us and when I ordered my mimosa I mentioned the deal and she looked at me perplexed and asked me for proof . I finally found the email and she still insisted on showing her bartender and asked to take my phone to prove it. This is all very odd to me that the staff isn’t aware of their own deals and that even after showing the email it still was not enough . The waitress did apologize and bring us our drinks but I’ve never been made to feel like I’m making something up or trying to con a drink or something it was just all very odd. The food was delicious no complaints there I have always enjoyed Brio’s food. The service was just sub par so much so the hostess had to come out to clear our plates because not one had been picked up since our first drink order, I am thankful for the hostess and her efforts. The last couple times I have been here the service has been lacking I hope this is not a trend.
This was my first time going to Brio Tuscan Grille. The food was good and the atmosphere was great!. I will definitely come back again in the near future.
the table I was to small and a lot noise but the food there is really good
The food was absolutely amazing. Waiter was very attentive and kind. For how busy it was on Valentine’s Day the food came out pretty quick. Very happy with the experience
The food was great and the service was fantastic. Even though they were busy we got excellent service for a great price.
cocktail were not up to par for the price paid.
seatings were cramped and difficult to get out or in.
food came to the table like they were sitting under the heat lamp for hours. had to remind waitress every ask. the only think that was good is the location.
We made reservations for valentines day a week in advance early at 5:15 P.M. We were seated in about 10 min. All good. We ordered quickly . My wife food came in 20 min. No food for me. She ate without me. The waiter told us 3 times in 45 min. my food would be out shortly. Finally after an hour my food came. I spoke to the manager as he brought the food and expressed our concern. He apologized and said yah we are really busy and left. Not to concerned about us. No help with the bill. Nothing .
What a let down. Not a good place to go on a holiday with a reservation.
Have to find a new go too.
Valentine’s anniversary celebration ... food not available. Out of lobster tail. Not providing any courtesy accommodation for anything when they can’t full fill the customer satisfaction. Service is poor. Serving containers and table settings are not up to standard with cheap looking using paper as table top. Table set up against the wall.
Waiter was great, unfortunately my main course came before by appetizers. We had all our food served at the same time which wasn’t what we are used too
It’s was Valentines Day. Brio personnel put small tables in every available space in the restaurant. Every patron was packed in too close and we were put in a corner with a table only big enough for our main course plates. On top of this, we were consistently rushed...giving an unpleasant experience!
My husband and I had dinner on Valentine's Day . . . mid day prior to the evening crowd. Due to reserving through Open Table we were forced to sit outside. While the location is very nice in Victoria Gardens, it was a bit chilly. The crab cake had more crab than other filling, which was great. The lobster bisque was okay (I've had better through Sams Club). My husband's crab and shrimp had a much more filling sauce than my shrimp capri
Food was decent, nothing that really stood out. Nonetheless, had a good time & a nice dinner. Service was okay, took a while to get anything we ordered.
We were seated right away but was not given service for thirty minutes. We were seated at 4:30 and no one came to serve us until 5. No water or anyone coming up to us. All the tables around us were constantly being served. We almost left but just as we thought about leaving someone finally came to serve us. Besides that, our server was friendly and the food was satisfying.
Truly awesome servers and host. Food was amazing!!! Love this place for special occasions. Get the meatballs for the appetizer! I was like hmm meatballs for an appetizer kinda lame but dang was I wrong! Truly flavorful!
We were seated right away and had good service during our time at Brio. Food, great as always.
Fun night out with friends. Just a little too loud for our group to hear each other. Great service!
My husband and I dined at Lazy Dog on Saturday and Brio on Sunday. The difference in food quality, service and ambiance was striking. At Lazy Dog, the mimosa the server brought looked like someone had thrown up down the inside of the glass. One of the unsettling items to rest was something red. I had to work hard to flag down our waitress. When she finally appeared, she didn't just offer to take it away but argued with me, saying it was 'probably just tahine," as if that's okay to have in a mimosa! The reason I bring it up is because my husband's glass at Brio had lipstick so he easily flagged down our waiter, who ushered it away and apologized and didn't even look at the source of the problem. It was enough that we felt led to ask for a new glass. That's service as it should be and we appreciate it!
I have enjoyed Brio since they opened, and it continues to be very good.
Lauren, our server provided excellent service. She was friendly and very prompt, but not rushed. We enjoyed talking with her and she got us exactly what we needed in a timely manner.
She knew about the Gluten Free menu and knew about two of the desserts that were GF as well even though they weren't designated on the menu.
Great service, good food large portions. No wait at all.
Delicious food and reasonably priced!
Celebrated my Girlfriend’s birthday. Food was good. Service was a little rocky for a slow night.
I liked the lamb chop we had here last time. This time, there is def an inconsistency in the quality of lamb chop. The eggplant shrimp is surprisingly good actually. The fried eggplant has a pleasant texture with good sauce. It’s definitely worth a try
Try the ricotta cheesecake! It was great!
Great service and the food is always amazing!!
Every server we have always goes above and beyond!!
Very Very satisfied and really enjoy this restaurant.
Honestly the price is really good for a large group of people. The food is mediocre I honestly feel Olive Garden is better. Our server was nice and as fast as possible wasn’t impressed the other reviews really hype this place up. Honestly never going back.
We made reservations and had to wait an hour to be seated. Not sure what the point of a reservation is for if they take walk ins and blow off the families who have a reservation. Our waiter was great. The food was great. Just disappointed in the hosting staff and their planning.
Nothing special to write about. Likely to make the same dish at home but better. Server was clearly new, nervous, and spoke incredibly fast, very rushed. Chicken marsala was bland at best. Shrimp and lobster fettuccine was good. Both were big portions. Got the check and the server went missing. Had to get up to give the check to the manager. Won't be going back. Average at best. Needs improvement.
The hostess was disinterested in seating us, but our server stepped up and got us a booth. Our server was very attentive and friendly and quite good. The meal itself was a bit of a disappointment. We both ordered fish dishes, and both asked that it not be overcooked (I specified medium rare). Both pieces of fish were overcooked. The various sides and appetizers were fine.
The food was delicious. We got the appetizer of meatballs, calamari, and crab cakes along with the lobster soup. The strawberry martini delicious.
Great!!!!everything was a great experience
