Hadn't been to this Brio's for about a year, but at 6pm, place was nearly empty, lots of waiters, none of whom waited on their customers very well. Food was really a BIG disappointment as we've eaten at the Pembroke Pines and Boca Raton Brio's several times with good results.
My family and I celebrated my older sister’s birthday. I found the establishment to be quite elegant. If you are a Game of Thrones fan just think “Dorne”
Monday afternoon at 12:30 not busy. Server in attentive, no bread plates, had to ask for bread. He was in a rush to take the order, upon taking it WRONG. Helps if the server listened to what was being said to him.
Had to get a manager to get the order corrected, never an apology. Needed another server to try to pay the check.
HE IS JUST AWFUL FIND A NEW CAREER.!!!!
Love Brio restaurants--can always count on good food. Loved loved loved the mushroom ravioli
You can bring your own wine, food was excellent and price is in the average for a diner.
Good place to have a great dinner among friends. The service was very good
We had 2 tables (12 and 6). Although we could not sit together the waitstaff did an amazing job of singing Happy Birthday and dessert for both tables. The staff and the food were excellent! I can not wait to go back!!!
We love it
Waiter was Fantastic, food was good and service was fantastic.
The staff was great and friendly. I had a birthday party there and the atmosphere was amazing.
My BFF's birthday dinner.
Not my first time eating here and definitely not my last. It never disappoints!
One of our regular restaurant but tasted new dish, the shrimp and lobster risotto
It was perfect, shrimp and lobster cooked perfectly and risotto very tasty
Services was good at first then others drifted in and we were push to the side.
Took a neighbor to lunch at Brio in Plantation, FL. The service was excellent and so was the food. It was the first day of a seafood special menu. I had the special lobster and shrimp ravioli. I highly recommend Brio for a casual afternoon lunch.
This location doesn’t disappoint without fail. Only hiccup we ran into is when we walked in for our reservation and the hostess that went to seat us had a very bad attitude. We didn’t like where she was seating us and requested another table in a fairly empty restaurant and she acted like it was such a burden on her and we were told that they were reserved for larger parties. Really? Tables of 4 are not larger parties. But anyway, we got seated and our Waiter Chadwick was a breath of fresh air. He had a great personality and was so personable and made our experience even that more enjoyable. He even went above and beyond our expectations. Every time we order the food is always consistent and delicious. We even ordered coffee and dessert this time too and everything was 100% BRAVO!!!
We went for Easter dinner with my 86 year old mom. Brio's has something for everyone and is well worth the price (not expensive) for the quality and value. If you are into happy hours, Brio has one of the BEST in town. Great happy hour menu with $5 high end app's. Pasta, seafood and meat dishes are always on point and consistently prepared.
Went for Easter sunday late lunch, early dinner....Had looked at menu online and was looking forward to the lamb dinner and beef medallions but the menu we were given didnt have those entrees on there. It was too early for dinner menu...I explained to the waitress our dilemma and she checked with manager who quickly accomodated us...Thank you for making our Easter celebration special! My mom said her lamb was absolutely delicious and my beef medallions were tender, tasty and perfectly cooked...Luv Brios..
Nice, as always.
Service was good. Server was prompt and the suggestions he made were tasty. We had the lobster bisque, the medallions and the pork chop. All meal choices were succulent. Our server's name was Marcus.
Très bon restaurant tout ce que j’ai mangé à date est excellent surtout le carpaccio quel délice
Excellent flavor and presentation of the plates, plus nice and friendly service. Highly recommended. OL Cooper City
The food was as always. Very good and the service was excellent.
I have eaten here several times and again the service for food was very slow. we waited a long time for food. Chad- waiter was excellent- but he could not prepare the food. Also, it was a Monday night and was not even crowded. Food was good- but the wait is unacceptable.
Will think twice before going back to this location.
Sat outside for the first time time visit and it was really nice. The waiter was great.
The last time we went it was poor food. Said we wouldn’t go back, but we did. Won’t be a 3rd time.
Food is definitely not what it used to be!
Always great service, food and atmosphere!
The environment was a bit loud. I had requested a booth and then we had to let them know we had been waiting and were seated once we made them aware. We had arrived 45 minutes early and were waiting in the bar.
The food was ok but at Brio GULFSTREAM the food was better but noisier still we will go back
Tout était parfait
FOOD WAS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS AND SERVICE WAS PHENOMENAL!!!!!
Waiter was great , food below average , had a reservation for 8:30 didn't get seated until 9:15
Had to wait 30 mins pass our Reservation time.
Very good friendly and the food was excellent !! ☺️😁
The food was very good but the service was appalling. A server took our order for appetizers and wine. The appetizers were served by kitchen staff and we had to wait 30 minutes for our main course to be served. Our original server just disappeared. Another server (Zac) was appointed to our table by the manager, who was rather offhand about the problem. My tip reflected my opinion of the service.
Félicitations ! À chaque fois c’est toujours aussi bon, ravioli crevettes et homard un délice ❤️
Nous y retournerons avec des amis c'est sûr.
We like Brio, but ravioli day was a huge disappointment. We ordered the lobster/shrimp ravioli and it was gross. I didn’t come close to finishing. My husband finished because he was hungry, but said he was grossed out. When they brought us the special take-home orders, we laughed because we knew we wouldn’t eat them. And we didn’t. It was yucky. The pasta was way too think, te lobster was dry, the shrimp needed a seer, the sauce was runny. I will not order the ravioli again.
We ordered Pesto Pasta and the taste was really not good compared to other italian restaurant.
We always loved the food this time lobster tails were undercooked and we came for the lamb chops and scallops and they were out of both. I wished they told us before our salads and drinks were served. Unhappy customer. Maybe they could have gave us a complimentary desserts after all . Maybe the wrong manager was there.
Had the short ribs which were extremely tender and very tasty. My wife really enjoyed the medallion trio with crusted Gargonzola topping. Well served by Travis and staff.
