BRIO Tuscan Grille - Pembroke Pines - The Shops at Pembroke Gardens
The wait staff was very attentive and friendly. However, we were one of 4 tables which had customers in a large restaurant. My meal was good tasty, although very salty. My husband's steak was terrible!
Made mother's day reservations and had a great experience. Our waitress was courteous and pleasant in spite of being very busy. The food came quickly and was delicious. This was my first visit but definitely won't be our last.
Worst service ever
Had to leave without eating
I waited for an hour and a half after being seated for the food to come out, i decided to leave and nobody ever apologize , they were just given excuses without reasoning
Went Mother’s Day and just had an awful experience. I would say because of the crowd, that an average experience was to be expected ... wasn’t expecting to be wowed ... but boy did they disappoint. Wrote to corporate with no response. What corporate office doesn’t respond to guests? I guess Brio does. Will never go back because they don’t care about their customers.
Host station was very poorly run. Five people up front and they were unable to timely seat patrons while table were open but required busing.
Table was ready on time server was wonderful on a very busy mother’s day
Food was great. Busy mother's day, I felt like the service wasn't 100%
The service was great, the restaurant is amazing and the food was delicious. Thank you!
It was Mother’s Day. Very busy and hectic. However, our reservation was for 3:30 and we were sat down at 3:33, excellent!!!!! Thank you Brio!
We were celebrating Mother’s Day. When we got there they made us wait for 30 minutes in line to check in, then at the moment to check in, they wanted my initial confirmation email and number. I made the reservations long time ago and took me another 20 minutes to get the number they wanted me to give them. I showed the app’s reservation, that was confirmed and actual and they said that wasn’t enough. It was really chaotic and they were about not to honor our reservation. They made us go through a lot of grief on Mother’s Day. Fortunately I was able to show them our reservation and confirmation number from 2 weeks ago, when I made the initial reservation. The way they treated us was terrible. They had no record of the open table reservations, it was chaotic and very disorganized. I do not recommend to go to Brio’s at Pembroke Pines on a special celebration.
We went to Brio on Mother's Day to there was an expectation of it being busy. Overall the experience was nice. Our wait to be seated was maybe 20 minutes. Given the holiday that was perfectly fine with us. Our waitress was attentive, the food came out quickly and a manager passed by our table to make sure our visit was going smoothly.
I went to Brio on Mother's Day with my mom who is in a wheelchair and my daughter who needs a high chair. The staff at Brio was extremely accommodating. They sat us down very quickly, and the server Courtney was awesome. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Brio!
Food was great but service was disappointing . I made a reservation for mothers day and the hostess was not helpful barley checked for our name n told me sorry you arent on the list. My wife then came to show reservation # n she didnt even acknowledge her so she spoke w who we are assuming was the manager which sat us immediately . The waitress barley was at the table took so long w our food and messed up my fathers order never apologized just took it n left . Came back almost 10 min later . I understand it was mothers day n it was busy but i mean you dont have to look miserable while there n act like it. Very disappointed to say the least . The food was very delicious though .
Great experience! Good food & Good service
Went to celebrate Mother’s Day and had an excellent meal.
Food was okay but portions are really small so not worth it. Hostess gave horrible service. Table and menu was dirty. Waiter was the only thing good. Given brio a few chances now but always disappointed.
Made the mother's day reservation online, got there and sat first, but it took 30 min before the waitress showed up. I had to speak with the manager to get her to come to our table. my 2 year old sat on our lap even though we asked the host to get a high chair. the food runner had to get it for us when i asked him. When our waitress finally came by she said was serving tables outside and didnt know we were there. except that there were not tables outside at the time. Needless to say, she was never available. little kids were not her specialty either, she was bothered when we asked for paper napkins and then she 'forgot'. She served me a soda on a glass with lipstick, way to pay attention! we ran out of bread 5 min after it was served (table for 6 with 3 hungry kids) and never asked if more was needed. i asked the food runner for more bread, he forgot. asked for more when the food arrived but she brought it after i was done eating my pasta. refills were not provided unless we flagged her down. stay away if you care for good service. you will not find it here.
Great Dining Experience for the entire family. Good food!
The food was not that good and the waitress never came back to check on our table. I will not return.
Too loud. Too busy. Took a long time to get food. Parts of salad lettuce was a wilted. Cold plate indicated that it was sitting in a refrigerator plated as opposed for prepared to order. Waiters were polite and tried to make up but request for a cold glass for my beer when ready was forgotten.
Great place! Good service, good food!
The pasta dish with shrimp was delicious. For once, it wasn’t too salty. Jose provided excellent service. He made the dinner experience enjoyable, I never had to ask him to refill our drinks or remove empty plates. He was on the ball. I did not like the raspberry mojito, it tasted like medicine. Enjoyed the moscato wine. Overall, great experience!
I have gone to Brio a couple of times, but this time around really turned me away. The noise level was high. The food was watered down, like it was frozen before being served. The wine was watery. Very disappointed. We didn’t even stayed for dessert. The gelato from around the shoppes was delicious.
Just a day to hang out with my mom, hubby and the kids. Mom wanted to spend the day with us and the food was great!!!!
Went there because I wanted to eat seafood. They had a picture of a steak and lobster on the open table add, it turns out they don’t have it. I felt scammed.
Server could have been more friendly or excited
I don’t know if I went on a horrible night but food tasted microwaved and took forever for our server to even attend us .
The service was just lacking today. To get drinks alone took over half an hour. Started with one waiter who then didn’t even bring our drinks. Waved down another random waitress after 45 minutes of no sign of our waiter and asked for a manager who never came to our table. That waitress ended up taking our order and then ended with another waitress to close us out and that process was dragged out. By far one of my worst service experiences at this restaurant.
Out of the fish of the day and some liquor
All the food was so salty we couldn’t eat it. Manager did offer to replace it. we declined
Toujours aussi bon et excellent service.
We were there earlier in the week, ordered the same meals and loved it. Our return trip was great in that we sat outside in beautiful weather. But, the exact same dishes just weren’t as good. Possibly staffing was different because it was Easter Sunday.
Mother’s Day dinner. Restaurant was understaffed and kitchen seemed slow.
Delicious food and great service.
The lobster bisque is a staple every time we visit the restaurant. Their salads are always fresh and tasty and the pasta cooked to perfection. You can never go wrong at Brios.
We had planned on eating inside the restaurant but as the weather was so inviting, we sat outside. We were pleasantly surprised by the "happy hour" appetizers and specialty drink prices! The cool wind encouraged us to stay later than we had planned. Appetizers and drinks were simply delicious! Thanks for a great evening!
Bad service, nothing ready for lunch @1:00 pm they didn’t have the restaurant ready to receive a customers :/
Water was not served until we got our main Course. All drinks were made horribly. Didn’t even bother to complain as we knew we wouldn’t receive a new drink for another hour. I went up to the bar and order a new drink before we even received our first one and our main courses. HORRIBLE SERVICE waitress was rude and inattentive. I love brio but our LACK of service made me never want to come back! Made my reservation for 9 checked in at 8:50 and get seated till 9:57
