The food was extremely tasty and the service excellent! Great lunch experience!
We met longtime friends there for lunch, and sat outside! It was a beautiful day, and everything was wonderful!
Sat outside for lunch on weekend. Service was excellent; food yummy, A little pricey for spaghetti for lunch, but it was delicious.
Food was not up to par for this venue. I’ve been to others and they were much better. It was a busy night - so they may have just been busy. I normally live this place.
Beautiful restaurant! I honestly enjoy this place. It's for anyone to enjoy.
Food is delicious. And the service is always great. I love eating at Brio
The pasta was dry probably because of being too long underneath the warming lights
Very tasteful dinner food options and attentive service making for a nice evening.
Just one observation in that one side of the booth seating had a cracked cover for one to sit on. Recommendation to be replacing this as it takes away from sitting on this seat given the condition.
Sitting was fast a courteous hostess. The waitress did not have other tables and she was extremely slow. You had to ask for everything. We did not have enough silverware in the table and we had to wait to see her to get some silverware. took the orders incorrectly. I took a steak to go and asked for it medium rare and I got it well cooked. She was just a mess.
It took about half hour to get service by the waitress.
Noise level was higher than usual. Could not even hear person I was with.
Always receive great service. Relaxed atmosphere and very enjoyable
Ate pasta. The servers are given a small cheese shredder that they cant even use properly and its awkward calamari are tasteless and s are the zucchini. But all that is passable... the bathroom capacity is NOT. THIS IS A HUGE PLACE WITH DOZEN OF TABLES AND THEY LITERALLY HAVE ONE TOILET FOR THE ENTIRE PLACE. ONE! Ive been to gas stations with better bathrooms than thia
Perfect plan for Valentines’ day
Dinner was very good. The waitress started out attentive and then seemed to get pretty busy later but she was still nice. The atmosphere was nice outside. The restaurant next door was playing live music. We enjoyed our date their for valentine's day.
The food was amazing however when we arrived the hostess were talking and I understand that they were busy but they let us at the front for several minutes until someone welcomed us. And even when we have a reservation we had to wait around 15 minutes to be sited
Great food and atmosphere and would recommend highly.
Our server, Lisa, was outstanding. She was very attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. From the moment she came to our table, her service was top notch. She used her creativity and went above and beyond to create a nonalcoholic drink for me that I was craving. The food was delicious and she even had the kitchen split a dish that my husband and I were planning to share. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our experience all because of Lisa.
Waitress was extremely accommodating and tried to please.
It was Valentines Day. The food is always good at BRIO so I decided to get a reservation and my husband and I enjoyed ourselves. Even though it was a busy night, the manager himself started our service. I will most definitely visit that location again.
[Free, non-valet] Parking is AWFUL !!
Waitress was very good. Attentive. Repeated order. Kitchen and delivery staff had to do it three times. They were nice but can’t have a dinner when 1 dish is late. 1st time requested takin both back to be warm. 2nd & 3rd did not. Result was I ate alone for a while and when my wife’s dish came ate the rest cold.
Service was lacking. Took almost an hour to place an entree order and 45 minutes to receive it. Server was in the weeds and rarely checked on us. Ordered the Bistecca steak and it arrived with no steak knife. Food runner who delivered it said he would get the knife but after 7 minutes of waiting I walked up to food line and requested a steak knife. In all, 2.5 hours. Brutal especially with 2 kids ages 5 and 7.
Love the food , Price is okay.
The food was regular. Nothing special. The service was decent and ambiance was ok.
About done with this place. 2nd time with a bad experience. They are no way gonna get me to strike out. .... Poorly managed. Hostesses were not friendly at all. Service was very slow on a slow night. No excuse. Food is just average. Went for a birthday and they were notified. They didn’t even acknowledge it. Just a pathetic place. Too many new restaurants to go to. RIP BRIO. Your time is limited.
Terrible service and mediocre food. We had to get napkin/utensils from empty nearby table, were told we didn’t get bread because it’s brought “on request”, didn’t get glass of wine until 15 minutes after ordered and only because we asked again. Shrimp pasta dish had three small shrimp and lots of dry pasta. Chicken in chicken pesto was overcooked and dried out. Nothing was done when we told waiter. To top things off there’s horrible loud “ultra concert” style music coming from Brimstone next door and you can’t hear yourself think let alone have a conversation! Will not be back
didn’t get candle for dads bday song dessert wasn’t ordered.
We wanted to celebrate my girl friend’s birthday at BRIO because the food is always good. It was a lovely luncheon.
Jose was awesome!!! The food was really good and it came out in a timely manner. Our experience was great.
15,00 $ per bottle cork fee is excessive. Next time, I’ll by a glass of theirs and that’ll it. Be specific on your order otherwise it may be well done. Server was inexperienced but managed ok.
Ambiance, service and food quality very good
Great meal and lots of fun, but we were never acknowledged as Open Table guests and there was no acknowledgement of my husband’s birthday.
Hostess not very friendly and welcoming. We were told bread was in the oven, only when I asked and almost when the main plate was about to arrive it was served. Napkin cloth has a dirty and awful smell, I requested to replace. Food took forever to arrive, the place was almost empty...don’t understand the delay since most of the plates ordered included pasta (quick recipes) food arrived and one of the “pasta dishes” came in wrong missing ingredients. Food was ok, I’ve been at this same restaurant several times before but I don’t think I’ll come back, there are small new restaurants in the area that provide better experience overall.
It was a good way to use our gift card, but we always enjoy dining here. There is always something new and interesting on the menu, and the wine selection is great. Our waiter was knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. And we always love the carpaccio!
The live entertainment was amazing
The restaurant is beautiful. The service was great! The food was delicious. The noise level was high, however that is to be expected in this area on a Saturday night. Overall my husband and I had a wonderful experience and will be back!
My order was wrong. The server was very nice, just very slow. It was not busy. However, when the food runner brought the food and I asked him a question, he said I have no idea and left.
