BRIO Tuscan Grille - Pembroke Pines - The Shops at Pembroke Gardens
The live entertainment was amazing
The restaurant is beautiful. The service was great! The food was delicious. The noise level was high, however that is to be expected in this area on a Saturday night. Overall my husband and I had a wonderful experience and will be back!
My order was wrong. The server was very nice, just very slow. It was not busy. However, when the food runner brought the food and I asked him a question, he said I have no idea and left.
La atención fue muy mala, había un show y solo dos personas atendiendo, se olvidaron la mitad de la orden y el camarero de la barra tenía muy malos modales cua si uno le pedía algo, no volvería un día de show
Poor service, check your receipts- server charged more for an item then was displayed on menu.
Food is good and They have a great outdoor bar and seating area.
A great atmosphere for any occasion. I to my family if 5 and had a nice meal. The final cost was about $121 with tip. A bit pricey if your ask me, but worth every penny with my family.
Good fast service, good price, delicious food
For the price, I do not feel the portions were adequate.
2nd year in a row I have dinners on New Year’s Eve and it was fantastic
First let me say I deducted a point because my wife called the restaurant to make reservations only to be told they were booked solid. 5 minutes later I went to my open table app and bam a table for 4! Now that being said everything else was great! The waitress was very helpful and make some great drink recommendations. And the food was perfect as well.
Nice bottle of wine and was able to enjoy a great night!
The food was delicious and fresh. Service was good, and I would highly recommend it!
The place smelled like cleaner and that musty smell from the bar along with the fruit flies. We sat outside instead of inside. The outside bar had the same strong smell but fortunately it was windy and that helped.
Good Food, Great Service!
We had amazing food and even better service!
We were seated ar a high top table, outside. It is fairly noisy, due to the band playing at the restaurant next door.
My guest ordered the fish of the day, snapper, which was an absolute joke. It was a sliver of fish, maybe a couple of ounces. Over cooked, and did not smell that fresh. They elected not to eat it.
I had pasta, which really shouldn't be messed up, considering it's supposed to be an Italian restaurant.
I've eaten at other Brio's, and always had a good experience. I would think twice, about choosing this particular one.
The food was no good and service very slow
Overall very good. Just understaffed for the season and hence service was very slow.
The waitress was not friendly and could care less for our table. We had to asked her to clear the appetizer plate since she pass by our table several times and look at as not said anything and just walk away. Had to asked several time to get a refill. Is like we were invisible for her. Food was cold and not good flavor. We ate because we were hungry and didn’t want to continue waiting more time.
The food served cold and dry the quality change a lot I’ve been eating there many times before but now it’s changed a lot
Like always, good service and food, I will recomend this place to have a good time with friends and family
We had a great time meeting up with friends from out of town. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to our party of 8 (with several children). Food on this visit was just ok, but service and ambiance made up for it.
The food was terrible. It did not taste good. The chicken was dry and tasteless. The beer did not taste good. The volka martini was terrible. They need to get a better chef at this restaurant
Our server Aaron H. was outstanding! Highly recommend the Lobster Ravioli appetizer. Food and drinks were very good.
Value for cost is not equivalent, food wise. Drinks were good. Service was very slow. Watched several tables remain dirty for 30 minutes or more while people were wanting to be seated at tables outside.
We make reservation at 7:30 thru opentable an we sitt Dow
At 8/30 and the services war poor
Had a good dinner. I could tell the waitress was new, but I won't hold that against her. Overall had a really good night and I would return again.
We’ve eaten here many times and the noise level is usually loud but tonight it was on another level. This topped with the fact that they say someone else at our table after we checked in for our reservation, it took 15 minutes to get a server once we were sat and another 15 for drinks, then our waiter Kevin forgot to put in our food order. One of the worst dining out experiences we’ve had at any restaurant in a long time. Will be a long time before we venture back.
Went for my brother in-laws wife’s birthday. Food was great. Always on point
The place is run down roof leaks our table was a puddle and we’re move to another table the bar outside curtains were dirty and fans were about to fall down
Experience was excellent. Only negative was when I made reservations I was asked if this was a special occasion and I responded with Anniversary but nothing was ever acknowledged. A little disappointing since it was our 51st wedding anniversary.
Great experience! Great waitress!
All good. We enjoyed the evening.
De had a great meal!
Great as always!
