Two of the three people in our party had the shrimp and lobster tail risotto special, and it was absolutely delicious. My husband had the crab cakes and raved about them too. We all split a helping of tiramisu for dessert, and it did not disappoint.
We came to Brio because it was the only restaurant where we could get a reservation earlier than 8:45 pm, and we were all pleasantly surprised that the food and service was so outstanding. You never know with a “chain” restaurant what you’re going to get, but we all agreed that we were happy none of the other places we called had any openings!! Will be going back very soon!
One of the best italian restaurants;)
Prices are reasonable and food perfect and fresh.
Had 7:15 reservation got seated at 7:50 after watching them seat people who walked in with later reservations. 'The ones making noise got their table. It was unfair and probably the most unromantic Valentine's day dinner we have ever had.
My 7:00pm reservation was not honored for 15 minutes. It was obviously overbooked. I use a walker and cannot stand for long periods, so I asked and was promised a chair by one of the managers, who promptly forgot his promise. Another diner was kind enough to get me a chair.
The food and service was excellent considering it was a busy Valentine's Day! We loved our waiter, Luis and will request him next time we visit.
Food was excellent!
Even though the restaurant was busy for Valentines Day, we were seated on time and the service continued to be very good throughout the meal. The food was first rate and we will return.
Valentines Day dinner was nice. Couple we were with found their Risotto overly salty. Our dinners were great. Our waitress was EXCEPTIONAL and made the whole experience pleasant.
One negative-listening to the kitchen yelling out in the back was very distracting. Luckily our table was not right back there and yet we could still here the constant yelling in the front.
The service was not up to it’s usual standard. The waitress was not attentive and came back only once long after our meal was served. My husband’s chicken was the wrong dish, but he ate it anyway as we couldn’t find our server. We were disappointed as we usually have great service.
Food quality was good, service was really bad, our server Tony rushed everything, we were still enjoying our appetizer, he slammed our main dish on the table, he never brought our bottle of wine that we had ordered also had no clue about wine, he never apologized and never came back to check on us.
Are party thhought the menu selection were more than adequate
Service was eccelent
Excellent food and fantastic service. Would highly recommend.
Tonight reminded us of why we rarely eat here. We dine out 7 days per week. We plan to avoid returning to Brio. The service is always hit or miss. Tonight it was miss, again. The food was average and there was tin foil in mine. There are too many good choices, in PBG, to return here.
Impressive menu with attention to both healthy and delicious with attentive, friendly service.
Brio has good food, but nothing stands out. The ambience is good but not exceptional. It’s a good, average restaurant.
