I had a bad experience previously at this location however, after this recent visit my opinion has changed! There was more than one hostess and they were extremely nice, the waiter was great, and the food was delicious. It also did not take long to get service! Overall great!

The overall experience was excellent. We were greeted and seated immediately. No waiting, and our request for mezzanine seating was honored. The service was excellent as well. The food was amazing. The lasagna was served hot and it was delicious. And the Lobster Bisque is the best that I have ever tasted. Will definitely be back.

Great food and ambiance

Food and atmosphere is amazing. Has reservation and was seated within 5 minutes of arriving. Server seemed overwhelmed with the business. She forgot to bring a drink that was requested.

We arrived earlier than our reservation but was seated anyway. We lucked out with a good server and my water glass was always full. The food was very good and the timing of each course was just right. It does get a little loud because it is in a mall.

Food was pretty awful. We thought it was just us. When we were leaving we talked to people sitting near us they said the same. I was the only one who loved hers. Been here before always liked it. Very loud inside

Beautiful and excellent food. Only the dessert was medium.

Waitress not very attentive. No bread, soup came out before it. Meal was okay. Had to wait for refills Noisy.

We had the absolute most wonderful server..If I remember correctly her name was Omshante. She was very attentive and was everything you look for in a server! Food was delicious and served at just the right temperature. Definitely will be back!

I was surprised at the length of time it took to be served and have our drink orders taken. While our servers were quite nice, it did take too long in my opinion as the restaurant was quite empty.

They ran out of my preferred order and then brought two of the replacement for which I got charged. Forgot to bring bread until after salad course. Overall a disappointing experience.

Horrible!!! My pasta was under cooked. Colleague was served a cold “hot” dish. I’d say it’s a step above Olive Garden, but that would be insulting Oliver garden. So. Soooo bad.

Food was mediocre at best. There was a hair in my fiancé’s chicken Parmesan, and I couldn’t even get halfway through my lasagna. It was not traditional lasagna and had carrots (??) in it. Our server and another employee confirmed that the lasagna wasn’t up to par. Would not recommend.

However, our service was excellent which salvaged our otherwise unappetizing meal.

I have been a Brio lover for years. Now within the last tear, not so much!!!! The food has changed a lot and not for the better. I am now second guessing going there to eat.i am not happy with the food.

Thank you, we enjoy going to BRIO, was our second time. The first time we went was much better, back during the Holidays. But it was overall Quite Good. Just this time my noodles were a bit over cooked, and noticed my husband ordered same dish but the amount on the plate seemed less. All good, we will be back but maybe not as fast as we came back this time..... Thank you

Disappointing meal at Brio. Our previous visit to Brio was disappointing but decided to give ti a second chance. We asked for our salad and crab cakes to come out together. That did not happen. My wife's cocktail had a foreign matter floating in it. The crab cakes were salty.

We will not be visiting the Brio at Mall at Millenia agian.

Our server was very friendly but a ghost, no water refills for the whole night, bad service for 18% tip

Food was good but olace is extremely loud

I would have rated the service good if when we sat down we had a server. After 20min we had to complain and another server took over our table, from there the service was Good. This happens often at this Brios...

Maryanne was our server. She was wonderful. I would visit again just for her. The food was delicious. My husband agreed that Brio is always good.

Been at BRIO several times and can safely say this was the
Worst experience in any dining I have done anywhere. Drinks and Food took forever, server was gone for periods of time, and literally dropped off our check and walked away without even a thank you.

I ordered a Mediterranean salad with Salmon. They forgot to put dressing on it and there was no salad dressing on the side either. It took a while to grab our waiter’s attention to ask for some. My family of 5 all finished their food and had their empty plate taken away while I was still waiting on my salad dressing. Our waiter’s excuse is that he asked someone else to do it and assume they did. No apologies.
The rest of the food was okay. My husband wanted spaghetti and meatballs but he got spaghettini, very thin pasta. Not at all what he wanted and asked for. (It wasn’t on the menu).
Music was very loud inside so I was glad we were seated outside but the noise level from the mall, screaming babies.... I had no idea it was at the mall when I made the reservations.

Long time waiting after the reservation time.... slow service...
