The service was good, but we were very disappointed with the food portions, quality, and prices. I ordered crab cakes with brussel sprouts. Two crab cakes came with the dinner and they were extremely small. Also, the brussel sprouts were so hard that I could not even eat them. We ended up spending over $150 with little satisfaction.

Service was OK but not great. Food took very long to come. We were told by the waiter one of our dishes was sent back because it was so bad. By the time it came, it still was disappointing, did not come with the sides stated on the menu and they were not well cooked, nor the meat done as requested. Our other plate of pasta obviously had been sitting under a warmer for a long time as it had was stiff and lobster in it was basically mutilated pieces of meat. We've been here before and had good food, but this was not a good experience at all. They did deduct one of the meals from the bill because of the poor service (without us asking).

The service was good, but it took an hour after our salads were done. No real explanation. Very disappointed with ordering standard entrees from the menu.
Will not go back.

We enjoyed our friday night family birthday outing there. Our table for eleven was ready on time, service was attentive and accommodating. The food was good, served together and on time. Thanks much to all the staff! We enjoyed it!

My wife and I went to brios last Saturday at 8:45. Restaurant was 50% occupied. We were seated immediately but it took about 10 minutes before we were approached by a server. She promptly took our drink order and then went to get us water. Upon returning she took our food order. Our salads arrived but no drinks. Our waitress finally reappeared about 10 minutes later. I asked about our drinks and she said they are making them now (yeah right). She returned with our drinks and said “they weren’t sure they had the bourbon you requested.” Shouldn’t take 20 minutes to determine that.

Service was very slow and inattentive . I recieved the wrong entree. Not the wrong table, but the wrong order. The person I was with sat there with their food in front of them getting cold while they prepared the correct entree for me. I was never offered a discount or a desert or anything. Not even as much as a sorry from the manager. It was handled completely the wrong way. Never again. Too many other restaurants that treat you right to waste time and money at Brio. The place is very loud and its difficult to talk . My reservation started that it was for a birthday celebration. Nobody ever even mentioned anything about it. Live and learn. Never again.

The quality of your dining experience can vary widely. I have had excellent and disappointing meals. The brunch food menu is unexceptional and run of the mill. I don't recommend breakfast items for brunches. These dishes need to be much more creative like scrambled eggs with salmon, a wider variety of frittatas, may be steak and eggs or egg hollandaise. The pastas are OK but the so called chicken carbonara pasta does not taste one bit like carbonara. It actually tastes like Fettucine Alfredo with chicken and prosciutto. I really think that this chain needs to try harder create authentic Italian dishes. This restaurant could improve significantly with some critical re-thinking of its menu!

Sadly my husband and I did not have a great experience at all. Our server brought the wrong appetizer to our table twice. Both times included shrimp, which my husband is majorly allergic too, which we told the server after the first mistake but yet she brought a second shrimp appetizer to our table. My husband ordered a steak and we realized that the server never asked him how he would like it cooked. When we asked her when she delivered the food she said she had it prepared medium however it was actually well done. Sadly we did not have time to find another venue to eat or wait for more food to be brought to our table because we simply did not have time due to our babysitting arrangements. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and looking forward to a nice relaxing evening at dinner but that did not happen. While we were eating another server came over to our table to takeaway one of the chairs to accommodate another party. Our table already only had three chairs when we got there. Being interrupted in the middle of our meal was a little annoying considering our existing experience with our current server. My husband and I are very easy laid back people and we did not make any special requests for our food. We were just here back in June and everything was great. The bottom line is that our server did not do a good job with listening. I am very disappointed because we genuinely like to eat here, however I am not sure when we will return for quite a while. I expected a better experience after we spent over $100.00 during this visit.

Excellent quality of food, as I'm always torn between the crab cakes & the mushroom ravioli debello... but luckily a friend & I decided to share both. When the waiter brought our food, he already had the chef split each meal & present each portion beautifully. It was not only way more convenient for us, but perfectly divided. Simple but special, and both very delicious!

Being nondairy, Italian restaurants are difficult. Our waiter was more focused on how quickly he could get our order and close out the check, than providing input or giving us time to review. He asked us if we wanted the check several times. He won, cause we finally said yes. I still had a full glass of wine when we paid. He took the receipt and was off shift. Wouldn’t go back.

I don’t think it’s what it used to be. For the amount you pay the quality has declined. Waited 7 minutes before greeted at table, had to ask for menu, had to ask for refill after waiting about 5 minutes (I’m clearly pregnant) and never got a refill after that. Had to ask for bread, and asked for three to-go boxes since there was 3 of us and only got too. Had to ask for plates to be removed since flies were all around and we were outside. We even asked the gentleman who brought our food about our empty salad plates and he acted like he didn’t hear us.

Took my husband for his birthday. Made a reservation on Open Table and got in exactly on time. Server was friendly, food was good, and saw several couples that we knew. Only problem was that it took a while to get our check.

We have dined many times at Brio. This was definitely the worst meal ever. I ordered lemon chicken, it was served with three tiny slices of over cooked lemon and had no lemon taste. The server said the chicken was prepared with an egg wash...my chicken was wrapped in a scramble egg. Not an egg wash. I couldn’t eat it. It was egg chicken not lemon chicken. Service was very slow. Worst experience at Brio ever...and it was not busy. Need to rethink before going again as last visit wasn’t great either. They have gone down hill for sure.

Our waitress forgot to turn in our order after waiting 45 minutes for our lunch, and we waited a long time for our bill. Should have been comped a dessert at least. Have never had such poor service there. And it wasn’t even crowded. Food good as usual.

I made reservations for a group of 10 adults. We were seated, on time, at a nice table that was located in a sort of alcove, which was great because we were able to all talk to one another and it felt like we were in our own little room. Our server was very attentive. The food was exceptional! I had the 6 oz. filet with mashed potatoes, vegetables, and wedding soup. Outstanding!

Very disappointed in his they changed the way they fix the calamari. It was clumps of batter, no calinari Hopefully you will change that as there are other fine restaurants to dine. We were embarrassed but the waitress was extremely kind and took it off the bill. Then she gave us a dessert.

We mentioned it was our anniversary and they couldn’t have treated us any better (we met there 10 years ago)! Our server was professional but down-to-earth and so friendly. The food was absolutely delicious. They even gave us a complimentary dessert.

Brio has always been one of our favorite places for date night but we may never eat there again after Saturday night. We ordered our food and waited over an hour for the food. Then the waitress came to us and said that they ran out of chicken mallenase. So only one person could have the order that was left. Interesting because after that we saw 5 of the same order going out to another table. Our food was horrible! Sorry brio but we will not be back.
