Our waiter Erin was great. He was attentive as we were there to celebrate my daughter's 17th birthday.
The pasta was underwhelming and portions were really small for the price. The food came out very quickly but wasn’t hot (less than warm).
Great restaurant for Happy Hour. Food was tasty, with good selections. Wine and beverage choices were excellent.
Always enjoy a great lunch experience at Brio. I had the lasagna special with the house salad. Pleasantly surprise with the salad, it was extremely light, tasty and delicious and of course the lasagna was a classic.
Rubber band in food
Was chastised after returning home that I was a no show when in fact was there right on time. Food (lasagna) most disappointing. Will reconsider dining there again.
The food is fast, hot and delicious. You will need to pace your servings yourself. Good, everyday kind of meal, but nothing special. Menu lacks any veal, which i discount being an Italian place. Wait staff is polite and attentive, but not excellent (e.g., can't open a wine bottle). Ambiance is clean and nice; family oriented.
Great service, food and ambiance for my extended family celebration. Will definitely go here again.
Very nice restaurant for being attached to the mall. The crowd wasn't rowdy and the atmosphere was welcoming.
I met a friend early for dinner as I had to catch a plane later in the evening. Our waiter was super attentive and after drinks we ordered dinner. At the end of the evening he was nowhere to be found! We tried flagging people and finally a manager came over and got us taken care of. If our guy was going off shift we would have happily taken care of him. Otherwise, the food was good and prices were great.
The food was delicious and we received our meal quickly. A great place to have dinner with friends.
Great dishes, great service and great price.
The waiter was wonderful. There was a mixed up with the food they did not bring my salad out until my meal was almost over. They did not bring another meal at all until we was almost done. Besides that food was great and everyone that work there was wonderful
Delicious foods with good price and service.
The worse service ever.
The food is usually good, but not always. Very average customer service or not at all. Disappointed.
The food was hot when served to all 16 of us. The server was quietly efficient and spectacularly effective in serving 16 different meals within seconds of each other so that we could begin dining simultaneously. And he doubled-down on that effortlessly effective efficiency by providing 16 different bills, with no errors!!!
Everyone enjoyed their meals, with the sole negative being a sense that pasta sides among the dishes were not equally generous. Something to note, I suppose. However, most like me were completely satisfied.
The overall experience was rather average with subpar food and not the most pleasant of waiters. Had higher expectations given the price
Restaurant is in the mall so you can expect to hear some noise. Service was terrible, all the waiters there have an attitude and my waiter for this specific day did not understand anything i asked him for, and kept bringing me the wrong things. The food is okay, the best thing they have there is the pasta brio, its not the best but if u want a quick bite without leaving the mall this place is good enough.
Dined for 2 for a friend's birthday. Happy hour specials only apply to bar area (not main dining area).
FOOD (pan-seared salmon, limoncello glaze, fresh broccolini, mashed potatoes) - salmon with glaze and broccolini was delicious. The mashed potatoes was full of butter (had a couple of bites).
SERVICE - fair. Server had a monotone voice, did not introduce himself, dead pan look. Stopped by way too late (refilling water, bringing check, running credit card).
VALUE - the portion of food received matched price paid.
AMBIANCE - great for groups, romantic, happy hour
* signature meat sauce is a mix of beef and pork, so my friend was not able to order Lasagna (his 1st choice)
Waiter was excellent. Food was good and he automatically split our salad. I think that the value was reasonable. Restaurant was empty so we didn’t feel badly about sitting and chatting.
We went on a Saturday night to celebrate. Reservations were made ahead of time and there was still a wait. That was not the issue, the issue was overall the service from beginning to end. We waited at the bar and the lady assisting was beyond rude. She wagged a finger at my friend to tell her to hold and with everything she did came an attitude. Next to finally being seated, gentleman was kind but we saw him once, for our order. We never got bread until we asked 4x, or waters didn't come till a few min before our cold food was served. The excuse for everybody this evening was that they were busy. This is understandable but should not be the excuse why we got crappy service. Very disappointed.
The food was great. The waiters service was horrible only checked on us 1 time.
We had our quarterly team lunch here. We got a nice round table in a secluded area so we could have some privacy. the food was delicious, and service was fast. We were in and out in a little over hour. The portion sizes for lunch menus were perfect - not too large or not too small. Wait staff could have been more attentive during the service with water etc. We had to keep seeking them out. Good time over all.
I ordered fish well done it came rare. It was oily and did not taste fresh. The vegetables were over cooked to the point if being charred. The house salad tasted like parsley. It was really not enjoyable.
Hadn’t been here in a while and was as good as I remember. Service could have been a bit more attentive, but overall good experience.
Have not been here in awhile. Loved the HH margarita pizza - $5. Good portion and tasty. HH drinks well made - $5. Bartender was nice. Also bought a side salad with added grilled chicken... good portion too yummy. Will go back again!
Went for lunch. Good menu selection. Good portion size. Chicken was a bit rubbery. Lunch entrees were dinner prices. Service was excellent. Overall, good experience. Will go back.
We love Brio for dinner, but this was brunch. The brunch menu was limited & even more so for my no gluten needs. I probably should have ordered the veggie omelet rather than the Sicilian omelet which had 3 or 4 kinds of breakfast meat. I ordered it because it was accompanied by breakfast potatoes which were very good. Our friend ordered the veggie omelet which was smaller & looked delicious. I also ordered orange juice which was clearly not fresh squeezed. Service was attentive, but our waiter was hard to understand. Another server brought somebody else's food to our table. I would definitely recommend Brio for dinner but not for brunch.
Kinda cold food ...
food was just adequate
seated in the outside of restaurant area (facing the elevators in the mall) when the restaurant was mostly empty
This was my third time in Brio. The first two times were good but this visit was quite disappointing. The highlight of the evening was that we were greeted very pleasantly at the door. After we sat down and got our menus it took more than 20 minutes for someone to get our order. Looking at the menu, I noticed how similar everything was. I ordered the Bistecca and asked for medium. It was definitely well done and borderline tough and dry and the presentation wasn't all that great either. I was disappointed as I was looking forward to eating here again because my first two visits (to the Fair Oaks Mall outlet) was very good. So I would recommend it but with some reservations. And to finish, we were given our bill while still eating dessert, something I always find a bit off putting, as if they can't wait to get us out of there. Oh well, guess you can't win every time.
Nice place to eat but alot of noise from the mall area.
Easily accommodated a group of 9. A little bit of a wait for entrees, but not bad. Tasty food, good portions. Waitress knowledgeable about dishes, was able to answer questions about different sauces and pastas. No pressure to order dessert or drinks. Quiet enough to be able to talk, even across the table.
I went for the lasagna special in celebration of National Lasagna day. The lasagna was okay - I have had much better in a number of other Italian restaurants. I don't think this is their strongest menu offering. Still a restaurant that I would recommend and I will return although I will order something other than the lasagna.
Excellent food and service!!
Although the food was exquisite we were not very happy with the service. We were not offered the bread in the beginning and we had to ask for it so it arrived with the main dishes. Overall the service was late although the restaurant wasn’t very busy.
Additionally, although we were a big family group, the hostess tried to sit us at the veranda which is in the mall and said nothing else was available. When we asked to be sorted inside she said she would try to get a table prepared for us and we were sitter within 5 minutes.
Food was good but our beef medallions were ordered as rare but came out as medium.
