BRIO Tuscan Grille - Lombard - The Shops on Butterfield
Leila, our server was terrific. Very attentive.
It’s was ok. Nothing special.
Excellent service by waiter. Food was good. Went for lunch with friends. Since it wasn’t very crowded during the early lunch hour, it was very quiet, so we were able talk to each other with ease. Found the restaurant to be very charming. Would go back.
Only complaint we had was they ran out of Crown Royal.
Food was great. Service was a bit slow but we were fine with that because we were catching up with friends.
We went with a group of 8 for a birthday meal. Food was good, restaurant was nearly empty so it was quiet.
This restaurant was just ok. I ordered the spaghetti Pomodoro and it was cold when served. Very expensive for the quality of the food. Would not recommend this restaurant to friends nor would I go back. Much better Italian food elsewhere than this place.
Brio Tuscan did not disappoint me. The food was delicious and plentiful. Love the strawberry chicken salad. beef Medallion was tasteful and tender. I was able to have the leftover for lunch and it tasted even better. I will go there again.
Very good service and food. Consider table cloths on all tables, not just some of them.
I was there today for lunch and I love this place the Lobster and shrimp risotto was amazing. I highly recommend also the salmon Fresca was to die for. The service was excellent and they have a beautiful bqt room for private party’s 😘
Overall decent food, good customer service. Only concern it was noisy making it difficult to carry on a conversation at our table.
It was loud, slow service, and a bit overpriced but not bad.
I let them know it was my daughter’s birthday but they didn’t acknowledge in any way. Even when I told waiter it wasn’t mentioned. Rest of dinner was fine.
A step above Maggiano's. I expected the cost so I didn't think it was too expensive. The food was great we had both versions of salmon. The bread on table could have used olive oil on the table. Like the open atmosphere to be able see kitchen, big table booths.
Server was good at the beginning. Took forever to come back later. Good had no flavor
It was great!
First time at the location. Very good all around. Food service and drinks 95%!
It’s seems like the service and food is slipping. Have been going there for years. Even my martini wasn’t as good as usual.
I am making assumption they were short staffed. We waited a long time to put in our orders, receive drink / food
We had a lovely dinner al fresco and the staff was attentive to setting our seats so we didn't face the sun. The food was delicious. Always a nice outing.
The food was outstanding. I had Capri Shrimp and it was the best pasta I have had at Brio. Prices are a tad high but worth the quality of the food. Service was good.
On a recent visit with 4 friends, the food and service were very good. I would highly recommend Brio!
Our server was wonderful and everyone loved what they ordered. Salmon, Chicken pesto, Brick Chicken marsala, and Chicken Lemone.
Nice place for a upscale lunch with friends or family.
We have celebrated many of our birthdays at Brio! On my reservation I stated that we were celebrating a birthday! In the past the Birthday girl was brought some kind of dessert with a candle! Then we would sing! It has always been such a nice gesture! This time the server did acknowledge the Birthday girl by name ( since I wrote that on the reservation)! After we finished eating she asked if we wanted dessert! I said, “Perhaps our Birthday girl would like something?” Hint! Hint! Well nothing was brought out to our Birthday girl!
This really had been so special for each time we had come for a birthday!
Food was delicious and service was great. We would definitely go back.
10% of tables seated. No one at the bar @ 6:30pm. Outside 20% full. John was our bartender wonderful service, appetizers you think with only 4 tables in the restaurant, the GM would have taken the opportunity to visit all their customers. What better way on such a slow nite , or any night for that matter, to ascertain your customers dining experience, especially when there are known food complaints. Instead he was at the bar, doing something behind the counter for 20 minutes. I would be surprised if they are in business for another year. Or at least the GM still in his position. Too bad as it is one of our favorite restaurants. We take out of town guests here & have special events here. Our favorite waiter, Jinx is no longer there. We missed him. He serviced us for several years.
Did not like the original table they gave me which was right by the front door . They were not particularly pleasant about changing it. Feel that if you are going to spend $200 for two people you are entitled to a decent table. Food was very good , but felt that staff was a couple of stars below the quality of the food
The service was great! The food was wonderful. I would highly recommend Brio especially for a special occasion. The table was decorated and birthday dessert was on the house. Lovely time.
They have an amazing happy hour and very friendly staff!!
I celebrated my Birthday. The food and service were terrific!
Food was delicious and service was excellent . I had the shrimp and lobster fettuccine.. out of this world delicious!
It was the worse experience. We have been treated by the new manager( Darus) in a very bad way. He was so rude, impolite and unprofessional.the minute we went in he starts giving order to stay in spicific spot till they set the table that want ready, and we went to set on the sofas outside to wait; he said “Mam I told you to wait inside”. Then We asked about a plate that was delayed after everyone else on our table got their order; he turned to my friend and told her” it is not a magic and u have to be patient” while he was turning his back. We told him why u r talking like that, we haven’t been treated like that ever in a restaurant he answered” and it will not be the last time”.
The server ( Dewayne J) was so nice and keep apologizing. Anyway we took the general manager card and we will contact them directly. We have been going to that restaurant for years, arrange and attend many private event but that person was definitely a bad choice to be a manager. And all my friend and I will be sure not to go or recommend Brio to anyone unless he leaves.
Loved the Thursday night Eric Bonner Music. It makes for a wonderful evening of entertainment. Johnny Cash, Elvis, the Beatles...who could ask for more?
Great food and service!
The service was excellent and the food was plenty and delicious!! The strawberry, grape chicken salad was awesome. My friend had the steak salad and said it was delicious as well.
My husband had the Cesar salad with shrimp. Even though the shrimp looked great, there were not enough of them for my liking so I was happy I ordered the chicken salad.
The shrimp and eggplant appetizer is spectacular!!!
My family celebrated our daughter's 17th birthday at Brio and we all enjoyed our meals. Our server was Adam -- and he did a terrific job!
Enjoyed a very nice evening at Brio. The service was outstanding the food was very good and the atmosphere was very relaxing Will return again
My second time there after many years and really enjoyed dinner and visit with my friend. Our waiter, John, was wonderful, the food was awesome and the ambiance was great.
Always a good experience but this time it seemed that the prices had gone up.
Waiter bought dessert for the two birthday girls.
