We went to Brio for our son's 8th birthday dinner. It waa party of 7. Our server was really nice and informative about the menu. Food was great, everyone loved what they ordered. My son had a great time there.

This was our first time at Brio. Our server Maria greeted us promptly and took our drink order. She was attentive and knowledgeable throughout the evening and made us feel extremely welcome.

The food came out within a reasonable time after ordering and was delicious. The rest of the evening was perfect.

We Had a wonderful night at Brio. It was a birthday dinner and they had a lovely card and rose petals on the table when we arrived...so thoughtful. The food was delicious and our server Amanda was fantastic. I look forward to returning

Everyone in our party of four was very happy with their entrees. Our service was topnotch.
We were seated promptly when we arrived. I can't think of one thing to complain about.
Go there.

I ordered the white fish and it was mediocre at best. The waiter did offer to bring something else but I declined. Overall it was a good experience even tho the waiter was not that attentive.

We had a reservation but the only table for two when we got their was near a door, very small and in a high traffic area. The bartender came over to us and said i have a booth in a nice cozy area. And it was and he saved the night.excellent service.

Brio is a great place to eat. Friendly staff. Good food. Happy hour is an especially good deal. Eaten there many times both for dinner and happy hour. Never disappoints, consistently good food.

We go to the restaurant on a fairly regular basis and overall is very positive. However, recently we went and we had to wait almost 30 minutes until someone came and served us. The staff was simply overworked and did not have enough people… Our waitress was doing the best that she could but the reality was there was not enough time in the day to adequately serve all her tables. Poor staffing.

Service was very poor even for a holiday night. Sat in the overflow section that seemed neglected and was sat close to the drafty doors that led outside. Manager/server did apologize and offered a complimentary dessert.

We waited over an hour after ordering our food until we received it. This is the second time this has happened there. The food was good and they were very apologetic about the service - but based on this I doubt we will return.

We've been to Brios a few times and really loved the food so we decided to make reservations for Christmas Eve. We were terribly disappointed. My husband ordered the surf & turf. He was expecting a steak with shrimp as described in the menu. The steak arrived but covered in some kind of gravy. And the shrimp were the smallest popcorn shrimp on top of the steak and also covered with that gravy. My husband said it tasted like it was a frozen meal heated up in the microwave. I had the Branzino. How could you go wrong with fish? Well, it was completely overcooked; almost like it was burnt. My mother ordered a side of the "grilled shrimp". She also got that popcorn shrimp in a very spicy sauce. We did tell the server that we did not expect that and asked to take it back because my mother cannot eat spicy food. They did take that off our bill. We are pretty easy going and don't like to make a big deal when things go bad so we never said anything to our server about the whole experience. Really felt for her because she was slammed and seemed very overwhelmed. So...sorry to say that we will not be going back to Brios again. We are hoping that it was just a holiday glitch and they will get back to their normal. Unfortunately we don't want to take another chance.

We enjoyed the fun, lively atmosphere of Brio and our food was excellent. Our server was OK but was obviously very, very busy and was all business. It was Christmas week and the noise level reflected the festive season. We would definitely go back again.

Great food as usual! Three couples celebrating one couple’s 50th Anniversary. Brio’s gave Anniversary couple dessert! Special fish (like Sea Bass) was delicious! Roasted Brussels sprouts very tasty! We had a great evening following a matinee at Drury Lane. We eat at Brio’s every time we attend a play, and always look forward to our meal.

Restaurant wasn't full, yet the server forgot some things that were ordered. It seems that the restaurant needs to staff better because there weren't that many servers around. Ours was very nice, and did the best he could under the circumstances.

We had a private dining area for a holiday luncheon. Everything was great. This restaurant is usually too noisy to carry on a conversation. But the private area made it much quieter than normal. We had a party for 14. It worked out perfectly.

Honestly, I wish I could give Brio highest marks for everything. The problem is the inconsistent entrees. For example, the first time I had the pesto chicken quinoa salad, it was fantastic. The second time the chicken was rubbery and not even digestible. The third time, there was no pesto on the chicken and I received half the amount of chicken compared to the two times before. Brio has a great menu with unique dishes. Their prices are a bit high. When we ordered carryout, our salad entrees were the size of side salads when compared to other restaurants and the high price made it painful. Every waitress we've had has been awesome and the hostess is always so friendly and quick to get us seated. The environment is so pleasant too. Bottom line, if the entrees were consistently good and the prices were lower, it would be a perfect restaurant and experience.

We'd been to Brio in North Naples, FL, and suggested to another couple that we try the Lombard location. It was like night and day.

The Naples spot was fantastic. The local version was terrible and we won't be back. They'd run out of a signature cocktail and it was only 6:00P. The food was cold. No cheese for the pasta. The server disappeared several times. The list goes on. It was a mess.

We'll never go back to this location.

For the most part dinner was fine. We did feel a little rushed, we hadn't finished one course when the other came out. One person ordered the ravioli and it came out with cool centers and was sent back only to return again not warm enough. On a positive side they did take it off the bill. Everything else was fine.
