BRIO Tuscan Grille - Liberty Township - Liberty Center
Understaffed. Nice servers but not enough of them. Food was ok.
Food quality has degraded compared to previously. They also put meat in a vegetarian dish.
My Shrimp Capri dish was lukewarm, shrimp was tough & overcooked. Pasta in it was supposed to be casarecce but they used rigatoni instead and never said anything. Husband’s Spaghetti Pomodoro was ordered with no cheese but there were pieces of mozzarella in it. Very, very, very disappointing.
Table was not ready when we arrived We had to wait at least 15 minutes.
We were put back in the corner of the restaurant where it was loud, hot, no cell service, and card chairs had to be used.
Service was extremely slow. We sat there for 45 minutes before we even were asked for our food orders.
I will not be returning.
Had reservations for 4:30. Was not seated until about 4:55. It was Mother’s Day but we had reservations.
Took us awhile to get silverware. Appetizer came before we got silverware.
Drink refills came frequently.
Food was great.
Went here for Mother’s Day and it was a nice atmosphere. The only issue I had I did not have silverware so I asked the waitress for some. She went to go look for some for about 10min and then next thing I know she was taking other peoples order. I then had to stop her again to ask for silverware again. This time it only took her like two minutes to bring them. We could tell it was busy because of the holiday. Other than that we enjoyed our appetizer and my husband enjoyed his shrimp and lobster pasta. We would go back on a not so busy day.
Busy on a late afternoon Mother's Day. But the staff was dealing with it reasonably well.
One thing that was disappointing - they do not serve sausage separately; it was only available diced in tiny chunks in the sauce - not what the server led me to believe. Regardless, the food was good and the service reasonable under the circumstances.
Mother’s Day- well done overall, wish the server would’ve visited a bit more, but given the busiest day of the year, it was great!
Was there for Mothers Day Brunch. Service was extremely slow as it was busy, and food sat and was cold when served.
Our visit to Brio in Liberty Center provided great service, friendly staff, and tasty food. Unfortunately, the bacon appeared to have barely touched the grill before being served to us (we had brunch) which is why I only gave three stars for the food. I would have given three and a half stars if the system would let me. While the restaurant was very busy, I still would have appreciated the bacon being more done and, therefore, being served hot. Nonetheless, I still recommend Brio.
The restaurant was overcrowded and although we had reservations we were forced to sit at a card table with folding chairs. I was embarrassed this was where we chose to take my mom for Mother’s Day.
Ashley , our waitress of two days, was outstanding and made our experience so much more enjoyable. The only reason the grades were not all 5's was that I thought my spaghetti carbonara was fair at best. We will be back.
Brio overbooked and it was prom night. It was very crowded and noisy. The waitress was great, but she was totally stressed.
Our server Tim was amazing. We had a group of 15 and he was attentive and helpful! Food was great!
I have enjoyed everything I have had here. Their calimari is my favorite.
Good food - prices have gone up so getting a little pricey.
Reservations were running 30 minutes behind. Hostess was unapologetic. We ended up eating at the bar. The bartenders were inefficient and rude.
About an hour wait for a table with a reservation.
Another 20 minute wait to see our server.
Food is ok.
I would recommend, but every time I have been in the past I have gotten sat 30 minutes after my reservation time.
Love the open concept of the dining area and great food! Good pricing!
I requested a nice quiet dim area of restaurant on scheduled reservation for our anniversary. My husband and I were seated in loud area on other side of the kitchen. I asked to be relocated due to noise level of banging dishes. Was told all other tables were reserved for other parties. Husband and I left and took our business to Kona Grill who honored our request without so much of a hesitation or reservation and was quite pleased with their service instead. Our bill totaled $130.00 including tip that Brio lost out on 4/27/19 due to poor service we felt we received at your business.
BRIOs menu and food quality is just “OK” - For everything great about it, there are minor things that disappoint, such as the Bolognese having a very heavy seasoning and different flavor, but the chicken Marsala being melt-in-mouth tender and delicious. All in all it’s OK... for $110 for a family of five I expect better consistency.
Fantastic meal, lobster ravioli appetizer is to DIE FOR !!! Celebrating a birthday and couldn't think of a better place to do it. Will be back, without a doubt...
The food is excellent here! I came here with my family to celebrate my 21st birthday! The only thing I can complain about is that they did not decorate my dessert plate to say anything about my birthday. When I made the reservation on open table, I selected from the drop down that we were celebrating a birthday and in the notes I wrote "Celebrating 21st Birthday". On Brio's website, it says that if a dessert is purchased, they will write in chocolate on the plate "Happy Birthday!". That did not happen. it is not a huge deal and it didn't impact our experience significantly. Just a minor detail that was missed.
My family had Easter lunch at BRIO. The Foods was very salty. Overall food quality was just okay. Service was slow. Dessert was the best part of the meal. I will not likely visit this restaurant again.
Excellent to be able to make Easter reservation. Our section was a bit noise as we seated near several large groups. Loved the option of having a brunch menu after church. Some servers waited on big groups alone. They needed more help.
Easter brunch with out of town family
We came here for Easter brunch and the our experience was so good! Our server Sam was very courteous and attentive. I had the pan seared salmon and it was perfectly seasoned and cooked. This was our second time eating at Brio and we plan to come back soon.
Food and service we're good. Husband ordered a shrimp and lobster meal and I had a shrimp pasta meal. Both were good and would order them again.
Friday night—7pm- horrible !!! Server took order and then never returned. Busy with other tables and just couldn’t handle more than 1 table at a time. Someone else brought our bottle of wine. VERY small pasta servings arrived before salads. We asked for bread with our pasta. We suggested they just forget about the salad. Salads came about 10 min later. Still no bread. Another table had a drink spill. Bus person cleaned the floor and a few min later brought our bread to us—pasta and salads were done. The pasta was so minimal it could have fit in the palm of my hand!! Server finally appeared with the bill and did apologize. Manager (who had walked by our table several times) came and took a discount off.
Pretty restaurant but not worth the trouble. Our 4th visit. Others were average at best but location is good and they take reservations. Not worth even the discounted price.
The food is okay but the service could have been better. I waitress was nice and pleasant, but we did not receive refills on water or other drinks. I ordered a wine it never came and had to ask for it. The bread took forever to get there. I appetizer came out before the bread. And she forgot completely about my soup. She did take off the wine and took a photo of the family but I would have rather better food service.
While the food is pretty standard Italian fare, the service level was poor. Our waiter worked her best for us, but there was some spilled drinks at the table next to us, and more than 8 staff walked past the mess on the floor without stopping to address the mess. When a busboy finally worked to remedy the situation, he did a poor job at best of the clean up. When we left over a half hour later there was still a large area of floor with a large wet spill.
It speaks volumes when that many personnel in the restaurant walk past a clear hazard and choose to ignore it and no one took ownership to fix it. Its a shame because this restaurant has the potential to be a pleasant dining experience.
It was good not exceptional but good. I wasn’t crazy about the new menu but I found something that was good.
It was very noisy and service was extremely slow and not because of our server.
He was doing the best he could do.
Emily was a superb bartender we had a great evening.
Service was slow but overall the waitress was very nice and attentive. Very loud atmosphere difficult to have conversation.
Our waitress was nice enough but not a good representation of quality service.
Our server was a rockstar. I am writing this two days later, so I apologize for not immediately recalling her name. The food was good. Done well without over serving.
We were given a $100 gift card from the manager and decided to come back with some friends on a Friday night and everything went very well. Redemption!
