BRIO Tuscan Grille - Liberty Township - Liberty Center
Good can’t complain about anything.
My review was going to be on the excellent service we received from our waitress. Sadly I forgot her name. She was so friendly and gave us great service. Which is not easy to do with a table of 14 people. This was December 01.
Very nice environment but rather noisy. Food is good.
Great service and the food was delicious! It came out fast and was all reasonably priced.
The food was very good. Service was so-so. We assumed that the restaurant was short of servers and our server was too busy.
Our waitress was very good.
The tables for one on each side were set up for two per side and there was not room for people. Had to move and add tables for our party.
They were out of standard flatbreads and misc breads usually served prior to the meal. Waitress found 6 rolls for 14 people and that was it.
Disappointed with the management for running out of bread and not preparing properly for our party. The restaurant had many empty tables, so it was not due to crowds.
Again, our waitress did the best should could and was polite and worked very hard
Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience with the service this time at BRIO. We have always had great service and great food at this location - even when it was very busy. So, we decided to bring our family in after Thanksgiving. We had a reservation at 6:45 for 13 people and everything was ready for us when we arrived. We had 2 servers taking our order but that is where it ended. Though the restaurant was not very busy, it took us over 20 minutes to receive the bottle of wine we ordered. Once we ordered, our salads came right away and we asked that we have time to finish our salads before the food arrived but we waited at least another 20-30 minutes after our salads for our meals to arrive. We ordered a second bottle of wine and a couple beers and, again, it took an extreme amount of time before they arrived - we had to stop someone and ask for them to check on it. While the food was good and the seating arrangements were perfect, the restaurant is going to need to improve on its service or it is not going to be around much longer. We ended up being there until a little past 9 which was a bit late for some of our group.
Our service was terrible. We had 2 servers at first and had to beg for drink refills and additional beers and wine. I gave up on my wine. In their defense it was a very busy night for the tree lighting but I think they are used to being busy so I'm not sure what the problem was. It was my bday so I we stayed for dessert, which was not offered. It was good but i wish we hadn't stayed for it since we had already paid our bill and waited around for the dessert to finally show up.
Food was very poor. Wait staff was very nice. Food was very expensive for the taste and the cost.
Sadly, our last visit to Brio's was subpar. We went on a Sunday night (5:00pm) for my husband's birthday. First, we were seated at the back of the restaurant alone. My husband said the host had us at a different table, but changed it when I said we needed two kid's menus. Interesting. The server was pleasant but slow. The food is usually very good, which is why we are regular guests. This time the calamari was presented on a much smaller plate and had less quantity than before. My daughter's salad did not seem fresh and she said it looked like bulk bagged lettuce. My husband did not get his meal with the rest of us. The server apologized but when his salad arrived (yes, you know already) like the earlier one, it was not good. He complained and the server took the charge off the bill. My daughter kept apologizing to her Dad for a lousy dinner. We went to celebrate a 71st birthday with family and it was not a good experience.
Wonderful seating location. Outstanding food and service
Very enjoyable dinner. Outstanding service!
Sam was our waiter he did a great job. Very personable with great recos's on dining choices and wine
BRIO is one of my top 10 restaurants and still continues to please my family.
GREAT FOOD !!!! and Mark the GM runs a well oiled machine.
Got there early bar staff was outstanding. Service was just OK, not sure if server had too many tables but though food was good everything else including bring bread ,refilling water and clearing table was very slow.
We went to an early dinner before a comedy show and the timing was perfect. They were not very busy. The waitress/service
was very good. The Italian Margarita with Limoncello was SO good and the mushroom ravioli was wonderful.
We had a nice time. We hadd 11 folks there for my husband's birthday lunch. They placed us in a nice area. It was not very crowded which was great for conversation. There was one mishap on an order but the waiter addressed it quickly.
Made reservations and still had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. Food to table was slow but server was very polite and attentive. Open kitchen is way too loud and overall very difficult to have a conversation. It's been a while since we dined at Brio and the menu has changed. Less salad and seafood options. Feels less Tuscan and more like a clone of Bravo.
I was extremely disappointed. Our seating was in a back room at a table of 6 even though a booth was requested when the reservation was made. It was so tight the person behind me kept hitting my chair. We waited an extended amount of time for them to take our drink orders. Our appetizer was terrible and dinner was okay at best. Our experience at other Brio's locations were much better!
Great food and fast service!
Great food as always but crab cake portion was a bit small and not as warm as it should have been.
Our service was wonderful and attentive. Dinner was amazing!
Low key friends gathering. Very pleasant.
Great meal with good service. We had a three year old with our group and they brought her a ball of pasta dough to play with ( sort of like play dough) ....which entertained her for a good part of the meal. Great idea!
One of our favorite places for Sunday brunch. Outstanding service and delicious food in a comfortable environment. We look forward to coming back again soon!
PARKING WAS TERRIBLE!! I HAD TO PARK 3 BLOCKS AWAY. OUR SERVER FORGOT US AT TIMES. VERY CROWDED WHICH MADE IT VERY NOISY. FOOD WAS GOOD, AND AMPLE PORTIONS.
Good food-better than Bravo. Service was slow though. Staff was apologetic and friendly.
Food was only OK.... Service was terrible. After being seated we waited over 15 minutes, without even water, then went to the entrance people to ask for service. Instead of apologizing, she said that she had told them when we came in. We had to ask her to do it again.
80th birthday. Food delicious! Service was not as good as usual. Waitress was kind, personable but not as attentive or observant to our table needs. Example that two guests arrived a little after basket of breads were delivered to table and emptied. Had to ask for more bread but no butter came with it. Water, drinks weren’t refilled as needed, and had to look around to find her for above items. Again she was personable , kind just seemed not too attentive.
It was good, our group was in a rush to get to our school dance. Our food took about 30-45 minutes to arrive to us which I thought was too long. Our waiter checked on us every 15 minutes which was decently good service. All in all, the food was good, the restaurant just needs a few more faster and efficient waiters.
Service was average. Food presentation was good but flavor average.
Average food for the price. Very slow service.
Slow service for a Saturday night. Food sat in window too long - barely warm. My steak was dead.
Good food and service but beware the “families” with screaming/misbehaving kids.
Great food. Good service. Love the environment
The service was outstanding. Food came promptly and tasted fabulous. The presentation was better then I would expect at a chain style restaurant. The restaurant was just loud enough that you felt like you could talk without everyone listening, but quiet enough that you could hear without having to really try.
Salmon fresca is a delicious blend of flavors with fewer than 500 calories. Fresh flatbreads and warm bread brought immediately to table. ASHLEY, our waitress, is attentive, and responsive -- So impressed with Ashley's service and Brio's selections,we dined at Brio two nights in a row --of course, in Ashley's section!
Service is an area that could use improvement. The appetizer and entrees came out at the same time. The server said she was surprised then served it anyway. Felt like she wanted to rush us out. Food was good, but the server also gave my husband the wrong wine. He ordered white but was given red. She never checked back before the meals arrived so he just drank it. Also she never gave us bread. Minor details but they change the experience.
