BRIO Tuscan Grille - Liberty Township - Liberty Center
Loved the olives !!!
Love the food and atmosphere at Brio Liberty Center, but the wait staff always takes to long to get drinks or to stop back and see if you need anything. It does take a little longer to get food once you order it. We eat out a lot and have a realistic view of how long it should take.
We had a great time at Brio on New Year's Eve! The food was wonderful! Everyone loved it. The Peach Bellini's were amazing and the service was perfect! Fun night!
Service is fine, food is nothing special, sorry to say.
We enjoyed our dinner at Brio very much on New Year's Eve. The service was very good, and Shelby was personable and did a really nice job of taking good care of us. We had one minor issue and she promptly took care of it and we were pleased with how it was handled. We will definitely come back!
New Years Eve Dinner was absolutely outstanding ! Harrison was our server and made our experience simply amazing !
The person who seated us made no eye contact and tossed the menus on the table after we sat down. Our server was polite and personable. It was New Years Eve but seemed exceptionally chaotic with patrons milling around the restaurant looking for their group. I found this very distracting. I ordered a salmon salad but the salmon was not cooked to planing. It was “mushy”. The manager did come to our table and have another dinner prepared for me. Again, it was a distraction from our dining experience. I don’t think we will be back.
BRIO is one of the best restaurants in Cincinnati and also one of the most affordable.
We had reservations. Since we arrived an hour early, I asked if a table was ready before our designated time that we be seated early. We sat at the bar enjoying drinks and appetizers and soon it was time for our designated reservation time. To my dismay, the hostess had canceled my reservation and then promptly forgot that we were waiting at the bar. When my husband went to ask how much longer, the hostess said she could add us to the bottom of the list...not acceptable!
I understand that it was Christmas Eve, but it also happened to be my birthday. I rarely get to have dinner out for my birthday and am used to sharing it with everyone. This year was unusual in that it was just the five of us celebrating.
I had to go up and remind the head host what he had promised me well over an hour before. He did get us a table and it ended up being almost 30 minutes after our original reservation time.
We did not cause a scene, nor did I ask to speak to a manager. I will not be back; one should not need to call for a manager in order to get treated properly.
Food quality has significantly declined. Service was slow and poor.
We were rushed from the minute we sat down until we left. We ordered salads and when they came the server was behind the salad server with our dinner. We came for a festive Christmas Eve and you could tell the restaurant was overwhelmed. Very poor experience.
We waited 30+ minutes past our reservation time. The kitchen was overloaded they forgot our appetizers and brought them out after the meal. We really liked our server he was just frazzled and running around however due to the amount of stress placed on the service team for the backlog. Our drinks were missed.
Christmas Eve. Wonderful dinner and service. Sat in the back room so it was very quiet.
We had a reservation for 5:45 but were not seated until 6:20.
Had a reservation and had to wait 45mins while other who had reservation times for after ours were seated quickly. Having to wait that long with 3 young kids and seeing others getting their tables before us when their reservations were later than ours was aggravating.
Truly a great meal on Christmas Eve. Service was fantastic, food was fast and perfect. Best dining experience my family and I have had in a long time.
Had a large party for family Christmas gathering. Had resevation for 515pm was seated at 545pm. Service was excellent food was very salty and overcooked. Portions were less than expected. First time. Not impressed for money spent by me and group. Wont return.
Our family loves Brio. They do an outstanding job accommodating large parties like ours (10). Food excellent as well as presentation.
Good and service were great!
The service was great and the food was excellent. The atmosphere was lively but not too loud. It was an enjoyable evening.
We were out for dinner with friends on Friday. Everyone was happy with their food. Our server was great. Look forward to next time.
The service and atmosphere was great. However, I am always surprised by the limited selection in food - especially pasta considering it is a pasta place.
Also, was kind of hoping for free dessert since it was my birthday like other nice restaurants offer.
Good can’t complain about anything.
My review was going to be on the excellent service we received from our waitress. Sadly I forgot her name. She was so friendly and gave us great service. Which is not easy to do with a table of 14 people. This was December 01.
Very nice environment but rather noisy. Food is good.
Great service and the food was delicious! It came out fast and was all reasonably priced.
The food was very good. Service was so-so. We assumed that the restaurant was short of servers and our server was too busy.
Our waitress was very good.
The tables for one on each side were set up for two per side and there was not room for people. Had to move and add tables for our party.
They were out of standard flatbreads and misc breads usually served prior to the meal. Waitress found 6 rolls for 14 people and that was it.
Disappointed with the management for running out of bread and not preparing properly for our party. The restaurant had many empty tables, so it was not due to crowds.
Again, our waitress did the best should could and was polite and worked very hard
Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience with the service this time at BRIO. We have always had great service and great food at this location - even when it was very busy. So, we decided to bring our family in after Thanksgiving. We had a reservation at 6:45 for 13 people and everything was ready for us when we arrived. We had 2 servers taking our order but that is where it ended. Though the restaurant was not very busy, it took us over 20 minutes to receive the bottle of wine we ordered. Once we ordered, our salads came right away and we asked that we have time to finish our salads before the food arrived but we waited at least another 20-30 minutes after our salads for our meals to arrive. We ordered a second bottle of wine and a couple beers and, again, it took an extreme amount of time before they arrived - we had to stop someone and ask for them to check on it. While the food was good and the seating arrangements were perfect, the restaurant is going to need to improve on its service or it is not going to be around much longer. We ended up being there until a little past 9 which was a bit late for some of our group.
Our service was terrible. We had 2 servers at first and had to beg for drink refills and additional beers and wine. I gave up on my wine. In their defense it was a very busy night for the tree lighting but I think they are used to being busy so I'm not sure what the problem was. It was my bday so I we stayed for dessert, which was not offered. It was good but i wish we hadn't stayed for it since we had already paid our bill and waited around for the dessert to finally show up.
Food was very poor. Wait staff was very nice. Food was very expensive for the taste and the cost.
Sadly, our last visit to Brio's was subpar. We went on a Sunday night (5:00pm) for my husband's birthday. First, we were seated at the back of the restaurant alone. My husband said the host had us at a different table, but changed it when I said we needed two kid's menus. Interesting. The server was pleasant but slow. The food is usually very good, which is why we are regular guests. This time the calamari was presented on a much smaller plate and had less quantity than before. My daughter's salad did not seem fresh and she said it looked like bulk bagged lettuce. My husband did not get his meal with the rest of us. The server apologized but when his salad arrived (yes, you know already) like the earlier one, it was not good. He complained and the server took the charge off the bill. My daughter kept apologizing to her Dad for a lousy dinner. We went to celebrate a 71st birthday with family and it was not a good experience.
Wonderful seating location. Outstanding food and service
Very enjoyable dinner. Outstanding service!
Sam was our waiter he did a great job. Very personable with great recos's on dining choices and wine
BRIO is one of my top 10 restaurants and still continues to please my family.
GREAT FOOD !!!! and Mark the GM runs a well oiled machine.
Got there early bar staff was outstanding. Service was just OK, not sure if server had too many tables but though food was good everything else including bring bread ,refilling water and clearing table was very slow.
We went to an early dinner before a comedy show and the timing was perfect. They were not very busy. The waitress/service
was very good. The Italian Margarita with Limoncello was SO good and the mushroom ravioli was wonderful.
