BRIO Tuscan Grille - Lawrenceville - Quaker Bridge
Nothing out of the ordinary. We had a good evening with friends
It was a busy Friday evening. Service took a little longer than past visits. This was understandable due to the volume. It took what seemed to be an inordinate time to clear the table and provide the check.
Executive Chef Todd happened upon us, and took care of things. Very pleased with this type of customer service under the circumstances.
We order chicken in Pesto sauce no taste and dry My second time there will not be back
It was Mothers Day
The waiter disappeared for a bit after food arrived had to ask another waiter to refill drinks. Although it was very busy. Still great place to eat and nice atmosphere. I'm going again
I thought the service, location, and atmosphere were exceptional. The food however was a tad bit on the salty side. It wasn’t just my dish either as our entire party thought the same thing about their individual dish.
Had a great time and meal at Brio! The food was delicious. Waiter was very polite. Had a great time!
Eaten here many times and we love it! This time, unfortunately, my meal was not good. The chicken Marsala was rubbery and felt undercooked. Stick to pasta, steak and seafood here and you will be happy with your meal every time! :)
Delicious Mother's Day brunch. Comfortable and clean. Good ambience. Delicious food. Excellent and attentive service.
Brio is a very nice restaurant. This is the first time we ever went there for Sunday brunch. It was excellent and we had the best omelettes we have ever had - really delicious!
Good quality food, well prepared and presented. Reasonable selection of wines by the glass.
Food was excellent.
Salmon was better than expected and our Caesar salad was as good any I’ve had.
Service was a bit too rushed. We were in and out pretty quickly. Wasn’t looking for a long dinner but seemed a bit fast paced.
We have dined at this location on several occasions, when staying in or passing through the Princeton area, as well as at their locations in the Cherry Hill NJ area. The food is always good, so we know we can anticipate a good meal. Dinner portions are large; expect to need to take some home.
The only 'down' side is that they seem to be very popular with large groups of people (birthdays, office parties, etc.) so the noise level can be pretty intense -- loud enough that you can't hear the waiter speak to you.
Stef was a great waiter. Service was quick & accomondating. Food great. I would definitely come back again.
Average or less food, server not familiar with contents of menu item, not particularly clean. Not worth the visit.
Our dinner at Brio was phenomenal as always. Service was great and Chef Todd was awesome. He came to our table to make sure everything was perfect.
soup of the day - average at best
fish of the day trout - bland
best items was bread and shrimp and eggplant appetizer
Friendly staff. Great service. Excellenct menu selection and a good price.
Not a fabulous experience time. Platters an Were not presented properly, food was sub standard but the service was fine.
After a reservation problem (brunch reservation was confirmed for 11:00 am but restaurant opens at 11:30 - hope someone contacted Open Table) - staff quickly got our large group seated. Service and food were excellent! Everyone enjoyed their meals and it was wonderful way to celebrate Grammy’s birthday!
Excellent service, food is very good. The restaurant was willing to change one of the meals as per our requested. I will recommend this restaurant.
Food was great. Service was exceptional. Nice place for a business lunch.
Food is always very good. Waitress seems overwhelmed, she was nice. Soup came out followed by dinner , 2 minutes separated the 2. Then the bread. But the manager made good on our bill.
Love the food and the service.
The ambience is great. The food portion is good.
The service was poor. Our waitress mid meal became the bartender and ignored usfor the rest of the evening. We had to flag her down to get more drinks, ask her to clear the table, and bring us a dessert menu.
Out of thee country guests enjoyed their chicken lemon rosemary lunch. Mushroom Stuffed ravioli was very ample so the other lady guests shared with us. The wedge salad of crisp cool lettuce with blue cheese dressing and bacon crisp pieces is a reason to go back to Brio again same for the Lobster bisque which is always tasty and reliable with little chunks of lobster.
Loved the spaghetti Bolognese. I was a little disappointed in the Berries Zabaglione for dessert. The "sauce" looked strange and tasted a bit strong (too much liqueur). Next time I will choose the cheesecake (Italian cheesecake) which was light and lemony.
Twi if the items on the menu we ordered were not available. The waiter was unaware when we ordered. The food was just OK
food was great, services was fine. we enjoy going there with a family
Taj and Marcus were phenomenal. They were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about all items on the menu. We had a party of 9 and received all of our food/drinks pretty quickly on a busy Friday night. Very happy with our experience!
Love this place. Ask for Matthew as your waiter. He is awesome.
They changed the menu. Food terrible. Will not be going back any time soon. Shame it was a good place!
Classic items were back on the menu. Great!!
Sam was a great server and Daisy was very personable and made time to talk!!
My daughter and I enjoy eating here together - cozy, good food and friendly swift service.
As usual, the food and service were wonderful! Our server, Dave, always keeps our orders straight and is so attentive. The pasta pomodoro was tasty...a bit spicy. The sour dough bread at the table is a welcome change from the usual bread served at restaurants. The atmosphere is so soothing and pleasant...even in the middle of the afternoon.
Guess we caught them on a bad night (20% occupancy!). We wanted to take advantage of the 'buy one entree, get one free' promotional. Only four entrees were available with this, and my favorite, Beef Medallions were out, WITH NO substitutions. We ordered 2 chicken marsala's, and a split salad. After dropping off our wine, we didn't see our server again, so couldn't get water, or extra sourdough bread.
He finally showed with our marsalas (which were excellent), but had a confused look when we asked where the salad was. oops... He did ask if he could bring it out, but our entrees were already sitting in front of us, and we declined.
The food at Brio has always been great; but the casualness of our service tonight was a little annoying, especially since the restaurant was only 20% full. And if the restaurant is offering a promotional with limited selection, I would hope they'd offer a substitute if they run out.
Six of us all ordered the salmon dish and we all enjoyed it. The restaurant was busy with everyone talking and the music was too loud for all the people there talking besides so it was difficlut for our table to hear eachother talking. I did not complain to the waitress to lower it though and we just talked louder. The sound level with this capacity was a problem.
Otherwise we enjoyed the whole night and the food and bread was very good.
Dinner with customers as a thank you for a nice contract!
MY DAUGHTER FOOD NO SALT AND PASTA VERY HARD, MY SON STEAK ORDERED MEDIUM WELL AND WE GOT IT AS MEDIUM RED , WE ORDERED LASANA IT WAS GREASE, AND MASH POTATOES WAS COLD AND HARD.
I chose the restaurant for celebrating my birthday because it's convenient location. It's connected to the shopping center mall, we walked to the mall after the dinner. The restaurant's decoration was wonderful and brick oven pizza was amazing, My family really enjoyed the place for dinner together there.
