BRIO Tuscan Grille - Lawrenceville - Quaker Bridge
Visited the day before restaurants were shut down due to current crisis. The restaurant was virtually empty however it was clear they were taking ALL precautions to ensure cleanliness etc. The team still made sure our visit was pleasant and smiled throughout.
It was my husband’s birthday. Great service!
Very underwhelming meal. We had the olive tray as appetizer, shared a chopped salad, chicken caprese and medallions with blue cheese dinner. Food was average at best. Much better food and better prices at any of the local Italian BYOB places. Had a $25 gift card. Next time would use it for drinks at Brio and head to another place for dinner.
We had a wonderful time! It came out that we were there for my birthday and the hostess brought us two appetizers on the house and the waiter gave me free dessert. Everything was delicious and the waiter was fantastic! I wish I remembered his name, but he was really funny and provided fantastic service. Definitely would come back again.
The paper over the tablecloth was fun to draw on. Derrick (the waiter) was amazing. He was kind enough to let us order some items off the amazing kids' menu. Dinner was good and the dessert was amazing. There was something that came with the bread (we don't know what it's called) that was delicious. The kids' fruit smoothie was really good, but the chocolate milk didn't have enough chocolate. We'll be back.
Server Kevin was great! Would definitely go again food was amazing.
Valentines Day dinner with my boyfriend, it was amazing. The atmosphere was romantic and the food was delicious. Services was phenomenal as well.
Very brightly lit. Would like it a little dimmer for a dinner out!
Table for eight, server did a great job keeping us happy
Never go wrong with food or drinks, but service was slower than normal.
Food was excellent. Very noisy night though.
We had a great time Sunday night. The restaurant was a little slow, due to the Eagles playoff game. Our server took such great care of us without rushing us or being overbearing.
For lunch, restaurant was nearly empty. It took a long time to see our server to get even water. However, she was pleasant and the food was good.
Food was very good with the exception of the multi-grain crackers, which were stale. When they were replaced the first time, they were overcooked and non-edible. Finally, another server came by and offered to replace them, which she did and they were very good.
We were very happy to find a place with a reservation possible for New Year's Eve at 6 p.m. The service was excellent, especially by our waitress, and they served us promptly, which was great because we had a concert to attend at 8 pm. Would eat there again. I had the daily special, bronzino.
service was fair. food was good. had to request bread, and olive oil several times. took a long time to get check, and get seated.
Our waiter was extremely rude and unpleasant. This is not my first time having lunch or dinner at Brio but if it were my first time I would never come back. The waiter had attitude when my co worker simply didn’t know what to order. He was short, difficult and not friendly at all. His name was Dwayne and if that is his way of doing his job he does it very poorly.
The food was delicious.
The service from Kevin was excellent and we really appreciated his efforts for us. The problem is that the temperature of the restaurant was unacceptablely cold and we had to wear our winter coats while eating dinner which is poor experience. Other tables wore coats. I’m sure the owners are trying to save money by keeping the temperature low. But losing customers may make this a false economy.
We haven't been here in about 6 months but all was well. Our server was great. We had a few special orders and the kitchen executed perfectly. I had the Chicken Limone which is my go to and it was very tasty especially with the roasted vegetables . The kids were very pleased with their Spaghetti Bolognase and Chicken Milanese. It was a very good meal!
The food was delicious. The inside of the restaurant made us feel like we were in Europe. Our waiter Jordan was excellent. It was a great experience!
The service was great. We were seated quickly and our server, Jordon, was excellent! The food was good too. We enjoyed our time at Brio.
Consistently good. Very friendly service. Sean gave special attention to my very special guest and his mother. It was their first time and will return.
Crispy Zucchini fritters was delicious and enough to share. No doubt about that. The lobster ravioli is great. My favorite wedge salad is always served crisp and cool. Enough for two!!! Spaghetti pesto was enjoyed by my guest. Of course the chocolate dessert suggested was a grand finale.
Service was horrendous! Food was OK, however, found a piece of chicken in my vegetarian meal. Mgmt did the right thing, but if it was an allergy...
Brio was a solid dinning experience. The food drinks and service were all above average. It was a quiet Sunday night, others at our table of 6 had never been all said that they would return. A good safe meal.
Pleasant atmosphere, friendly bartenders and servers. The food was solid from start to finish. A nice place to wind down and enjoy a tasty meal.
Great atmosphere, amazing service and respect. Great food.
Waiter was good but then rushed us to pay as his shift was over. Said his manager wanted him to close out. We weren’t ready yet and found that unprofessional.
Excellent service! Amazing food and drinks! Decor is fantastic!
Chicken a little too heavy dish herbs and salty. Tiramisu and lemon cheesecake and cappuccinos delicious
Reliable. Excellent service from our server.
Food was very good. Service was a bit slow but we were in no hurry. Like the atmosphere. Not too loud so we could have a conversation without yelling. Overall it was a good experience. Will come again.
Food s always good and being in real estate sales, I always tell my out of town buyers to try it! However, service can use improvement. Our server was busy with other tables. I was never ask if needed a second drink or even more water.
Great food and service! Love that the menu includes calorie count.
Theresa our server did an outstanding job with our party of eight. Food was delicious and the desert were amazing. Definitely recommend the Pasta Brio
I was disappointed that we did not receive our bread until we had almost completed out meal. I had told my friends to expect such good bread.
We have eaten here many times and I regret having to say it has gone way downhill. 2 major concerns on this trip.
1. There were no towels in the men’s room. I reported it and it took them at least 20 minutes to rectify. How exactly were any of the employees washing their hands?
2. I ordered the Gorgonzola encrusted beef medallions medium rare. They came out well done. I mean overcooked to the point there was not a hint of pink in them. For only about the third time ever I sent the dish back. The manager (I presume) apologized and offered that they would come two desserts a nice gesture. However, when we finished our entrees we were just brought the check. We were never even giving the chance to order desserts.
Of minor concern is that the tabletops in the booths are scratched and showing significant wear and tear. The restaurant is badly in need of renovation.
My one complaint is that the host had no idea what Open Table was! I explained that I had made my reservation through Open Table, and he looked at me like I had a third eye. The management needs to explain this to its hosts/hostesses.
6PM reservation on October 5, 2019- seating for four. Waitress was pleasant; informed us that bronzino was the fish of the day. All four of us ordered branzino! Fifteen minutes later a different person (not our waitress) came and told us rudely that they ran out of branzino and can only serve red snapper; what a poor substitute. Then she was even more rude impatiently pushing us to order immediately-it was extremely impolite and annoying. The manager came and apologized for the situation. My husband ordered lobster ravioli and I ordered a crab cake, both from the appetizer section. After one bite my husband said the ravioli was chewy and was not fit to be consumed. The crab cake I tried was dry. We spoke to the manager and told her after the first bite we cannot consume. She told us she cannot take these two items off our bill but give us two orders of free dessert!!!
This experience has left a bad taste; will not be able to go to Brios again. Our guests felt the same.
