Italian
BRIO (meaning "lively" or "full of life") is a "polished casual" restaurant serving authentic, northern Italian cuisine. The subtitle, "Tuscan Grille" is descriptive for a menu that features oven-roasted steaks, chops, and seafood; similar to what one would find in an authentic ristorante in Tuscany. BRIO's philosophy of "to eat well, is to live well" is why they only use the finest and freshest ingredients. BRIO brings the pleasure of a Tuscan country villa to the American city. Last day of Brio being open before the COVID-19 closure. Spoke to a gentleman earlier in the evening to ask if they would still be open because it was my birthday the day we dined. He said yes and that they would call me if anything changed. I called back a couple hours later and the hostess told me that they close at 8pm now. No one decided to call me even though my reservation was at 8pm, so we had to move it up earlier in order to be taken care of. Food was great, service was poor & we got the lights turned on on us at about 8:45 when we got there at 7:45 since we had to change our reservation. Server did not even ask if we wanted dessert, and the reason why we were there was for my birthday. My boyfriend had to ASK for a birthday dessert even though we made it very clear that we were celebrating a birthday. Just strange that a party of 12 at 7:45PM had the lights turned on within an hour of dining and not even offered dessert.

Our waitress Erika, was horrible not to mention rude.
Terrible service. Food didn't come out hot.
When pouring refills for ice tea and water she touched the lip of the pitcher on our glasses so we had to order new drinks.
I say her touch her face and hair numerous times in between serving other table.
Overall horrible experience. Our orders were brought out incorrectly.
When she asked if we were ready to order, we told her we needed a few more minutes.
After 20 minutes we had to summon her over as we were being ignored.
I will probably never bring anyone to the Brio again for a birthday.
Nothing was brought to our birthday girl for dessert as most other restaurant do.

Amazing food! Sat at the bar and tried a bunch of the different shareables/appetizers. Each one was incredible! Fantastic flavors and imaginative options. We sat at the bar and the woman who took care of us could not have been more attentive and nice. I'm pregnant and she whipped me up the best mocktail! If you go, which I'd highly recommend, sit at the bar, order everything, and ask for Roselle. We even found room for dessert since everything was so delightful and it did not disappoint! Will absolutely be back!

Great service! Our waiter was very attentive and knowledgeable. Her recommendations were spot on. The whole meal from appetizer to main course to the best tiramisu ever, were all amazing!

It’s a wonderful restaurant with casual comfortable seating, and the food is absolutely exquisite. Everything was delicious, the pasta, the bread, the wine. I could not have asked for better. Our orders arrived lightening fast. They must make their own pasta noodles?

The only issue I had was that the servers were a little less friendly than I would expect for Vegas. Some were overtly sexist. They ignored the lady attempting to order and pay while directing their attention to her younger brother who she was “treating”. Even when she left a tip, the server thanked the male (?!)

I would recommend this restaurant to a friend as a casual place. However, certainly not a romantic or date night place.

Great food and service. Very lively (slightly too loud for a group dinner). Town Square is a nice place to get away from the Strip and find good food at reasonable prices.

I gave five stars because of our service in the restaurant. We started in the bar for a drink and the service was terrible. The waitress did not introduce herself (therefor we did not know her name when we spoke to management), did know the menu and was rude when we asked if she could change the channel on the tv to show the local basketball game. Her reply was- I don't operate the tv.
That said, our experience in the restaurant was outstanding. The food is always good here. Our waitress was highly attentive but not annoyingly so and checked in with us multiple times during the evening.

Went there for sons birthday. Food was just ok and definitely not worth the price. 7 of us dined & no one was wowed by their meal. It was either blah, greasy or dry. Have eaten here a few times and it was really good but after this I probably won’t be back.

My fiancé and I went here for dinner and the food was good, but the service was very slow. I had the crab and lobster fettuccine. For the price, there was a good amount of seafood and it tasted delicious. My fiancé had the Gorgonzola crusted beef medallions. It was cooked to order and also tasted very good. The bread came out nice and warm, but one of the bread plates was dirty so we had placed it aside in hopes to get a new one. Instead the server just took it and didn’t ask if we wanted another. It also took 10 minutes to get our check after we asked for it. The server was working on a large party nearby and they should not have given her anymore tables on top of that because our service suffered from it!
