BRIO Tuscan Grille - Las Vegas - Tivoli Village
This was our second visit and this time our food was mediocre at best. One of my guests didn’t eat his salmon as it was over cooked. My chicken on my salad was dry and very over cooked. The deserts we chose seemed “old”. The service was good but with all the choices Las Vegas has to offer, I doubt that I will be back.
Ran out of steak....service was really poor. Had to ask multiple servers multiple times for everything. Shrimp Capri was straight out of a microwave meal. Lobster ravioli tasted sour. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
Mothers Day party of 8.. Seated on arrival on one one the busiest days of the year... Wonderful & delicious food, great friendly service.. Extremely well managed & absolutely a beautiful restaurant!!
Great time! Great food! Great location and atmosphere... servers were all very polite!
We frequent Brios alot and always have Frankie as our server. He is the best!! If you have an employee of the month program ge should definately be nominated
Upon arrival our reservation was cancelled, but not by me not sure who, what or why the reservation had been cancelled. But really appreciate the host finding a table for us immediately. My food was good but came out warm, also ordered desert the castalano which sounded like cream brûlée but served cold wasn’t prepared for that but was good, but would’ve been better served hot. My daughter didn’t like her breakfast, she didn’t eat it, but loved the berry lemonade. My husband requested two entrees, and loved everything! Our first visit to Brio we will return. Thanks for asking.
We recently enjoyed a nice dinner at Brio Tuscan Grille at Tivoli Village. We enjoyed all our choices. The favorite was the lobster bisque soup and the Chicken Limone. The ambience was nice and relaxed. Server was thorough and attentive. Highly recommend if you are celebrating a special occasion.
Wonderful food and service!
Absolutely great experience for our anniversary!
BRIO is my favorite go to restaurant. They never disappoint. I can say, without reservation, the food is always prepared to perfection. Their pricing is very reasonable. BRIO makes the best lobster bisque. It's my favorite. Everyone in my party enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere as well. And the serving staff is always so pleasant and they never miss a step. There were no complaints at my table!
We had an excellent meal of swordfish with amazing service by Christina! We'll be back again and definitely ask for her.
We love going here always great FOOD and fast and friendly service. The stuffed French toast is my hubby's favorite. Me? I haven't had any thing but Wonderful Food. Keep up the Great Work and we will always come back!!!!
Mostly reasonably good Italian. The caparcio is some of the best in Vegas. Every time I visit Brio, I am reminded I should return sooner next time.
My husband and I both enjoyed our meals. His was a salmon salad and mine was the Grilled Salmon Fresca. The portions were generous and delicious. I ordered the tiramisu for dessert and was surprised by the large size; in fact, I couldn't quite finish it. My husband had the chocolate cake and was a happy guy. Josh, our server, was excellent. Very polite, helpful, and friendly. My only complaint was that the thin triangular bread pieces were completely tasteless. No big deal. Overall, great time.
I always order my meal prepared gluten free and it has never made me ill and for someone with Celiac Disease that is high praise.
We were very fortunate to enjoy patio dining. The food, service & ambiance were excellent.
Love the ambiance and setting of this restaurant. Good value! I also enjoy the happy hour during the week although it would be nice to see some variety on the happy hour food menu from time to time.
Be sure to order a soup or salad even with the appetizers we felt the portions inadequate
The food was very tasty with just the right portions. It was patio weather which made for a very enjoyable evening.
Great food and service!
Randy was a wonderful host. Very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our experience.
Everything was wonderful. The 4of us had 4 different entrees and each looked and tasted great. The service, as usual was just right. The only complaint was the noise level was almost overbearing. hardly could have a conversation at our table. People were having fun and we appreciate that but the acoustics of the room needs some work. But all in all, one of our favorite places. Also had lunch there earlier this week which was also very good.
Always a good time at Brio. Food is tasty and reasonably priced. The only issue is the noise level. Not a good spot for a romantic dinner.
Everything was amazing, food, service provided by Frank
And the ambience. Ty
I’ve been going there for years, however they have changed their menu recently.
Some of my favorites are now gone, so I probably won’t return.
It was great. Our waiter was super and was celebrating my niece Birthday.
What was supposed to be a fun dinner with friends celebrating my pregnancy ended up becoming a complete disappointment. Our server, Matthew, did poorly at his job. He was not diligent with refilling our water. I found a foreign object in my pasta, brought it up to Matthew, and nobody, not even the manager, came to our table to apologize nor offer to rectify the situation. To make things worse, they still charged us for that plate. We had to remind our server of what happened and ask him to fix our check. We were still picking on our dessert and he started taking our dessert plates without asking if we were done. He had the audacity to tell us to hurry up with closing our check because his shift had already ended. We all have worked as hostesses & servers at fine dining & casual dining restaurants on the Strip, so we know what it's like to work passed your scheduled shift to accommodate guests. You do not passive-aggressively urge your guests to leave because your shift is over. You also do whatever it takes to improve your guests' experience, especially when they find a foreign object in their dinner plate. We used to like Brio, but we won't be returning here especially after this disaster of an evening.
All good except they really need more bar tending help-could not keep up with our drinks, which was disappointing for us and would have made them more money...
Happy hour. The best. Tasty crispy shrimp. Crab cake. Martinis, cocktails. Good prices,
Working in the restaurant business over 18 years and have tried many foods. I know if food is good and I give it a 5 star. Food was cooked to a perfection. I picked this place for my 42 birthday. Sevice was ok I ordered a wedge salad and I was halfway done when my food arrived. I don’t know why they took my plate back but still left my husbands dinner on the table. Then about 5 mins later my fish was brought back. I would of took both plates back and served them both at once, and would of cleared salad plates first. I also ordered a $8 glass of wine but was charged for the $12 one. I told the server and he told me he would change it. When he brought bill back it was the same but my husband said to leave it. I also felt he could of tried to sell a dessert by sting we could date one when we said we were full. Cuz then we would of shared one. I also noticed it’s more of turning tables over then having fine dinning. I’m jus saying . But I will definitely go back the food was amazing ♥️
The food is delicious and the price is great!! I love Brio’s.
What a find! Came here on a Tuesday night and the waiter Biff couldn’t have been nicer. His recommendations- the lobster ravioli and the lamb chops were unbelievable- super. The pasta with vodka was also a winner!
It was quiet, where I could actually speak at a normal volume and not have to yell. The waiter, Lamar, was very attentive. My mom has a lot of allergies and he took the time to write them all down and make sure that he choice wouldn’t have any of her allergens added. Very attentive service wise, always checking on us. The table bread was nice and warm. We have a new spot to eat now. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
Food was excellent. We were seated promptly. Service was OK--they were very busy with what I think was prom night.
Our dining experience started off slow and had us at the point of almost walking out, as it took more than 20 minutes before we were able to grab someone to wait on us. Once a waiter from another section helped us, his recommendations and service were Outstanding.
It was ok. We repeat lobster linguini appetizer
Great as always! Amazing service and ambiance. A very enjoyable experience.
As usual the chopped salad was delicious. The black bean soup was just okay. All items were well plated and service was great. Hot delicious coffee.
Food was good. The staff had to move us once to accommodate a larger group, but they were polite about it. Our reservation was honored with no problems. The atmosphere noise was a little higher than I remember.
Evan was fantastic! Five star service! Food was delicious and more than generous portions! The BOGO on the "returning guest favorite" was an excellent deal! Interior decor is beautiful very pleasant atmosphere. PLEASE try this restaurant if you've never been, I don't think you'll be disappointed.
