Our server was polite, courteous and helpful in answering questions about the food.
Overall it was a good experience and we enjoyed the food.
We used to come here regularly but recently the standards have dipped significantly. The menu is so much more limited and the service was just so so. Very disappointed in the menu in particular. Don’t think we’ll be back anytime soon.
Food is always good and value is always right. Ambiance is excellent.
Came here to celebrate my nephew's birthday - perfect place to be!
This is our "go to" restaurant in Summerlin. Besides the food being consistently delicious with an inviting presentation, the staff is outstanding always exceeding our expectations. Natalie, the general manager, is absolutely wonderful insuring a great experience. She is very visible and keeps on top of things. Rarely does a meal need to be returned to the kitchen..excellent quality control...we really enjoy coming here. Charlie, who warmly greets us, is such an asset, too...what a nice feeling to be "welcomed" and feel appreciated. Brio manages to accomplish this. Dr. Geri David
Not a real “brunch” it was breakfast or the regular dinner menu. Hostess was not friendly. The food was just ok. This was our first brunch, have been to happy hour many times and always enjoyed it. Disappointed.
The recent menu change has turned Brio’s from one of my least favorite Italian restaurants to one of my favorites. Your pesto spaghetti and spaghetti carbonara are both delicious. Bravo!!
Always wonderful..staff great and accommodating...entrees are oerfection..caesars salad..best i have had..salmon fresca to die for..delish
A birthday celebration! John, our server, went beyond on customer service! Fabulous visit!
Our experience at Brio was awesome. The food was very good very Italian. I highly recommend the salmon Fresca and my husband says the chicken Milanese is awesome! The staff was very friendly and efficient.
Food is exceptional. Definitely will return!
The staff was super friendly and on top of it and the food was delicious!
Service , food and ambiance are very commendable !
Maybe not this particular location.
Good was great but service left a lot to be desired.
We had a great server, the food was delicious, great place to go with friends for your birthday- but it was very busy and super loud. Still enjoyed ourselves though
Missy’s Valentine Day Birthday
Waiter and staff went through motions. More concerned with the next table didn't feel valued
Very busy and loud
Very inconsiderate table in the hallway
Outside the bar. Constant traffic bumped their way by us. And the adjacent windows were giving off a chill. Tables were available
In the main dining room , some were not seated our entire visit. Server was in a hurry and definitely not friendly or inviting. The food was good, as always.
The food was awesome I was very surprised because I’ve been there once before and it had not been so good had a very enjoyable Valentine’s Day there
Everything was wonderful
Food was delicious, but could have been a bit hotter.
Service was excellent.
The food and waiter were outstanding. We will definitely come back.
We had made an early reservation (5:00pm) and had to wait 15 minutes to be seated even tho the dining area was almost empty. We were waiting so long we finally asked if we could look at menus while we waited. Once seated, we ordered drinks, and again had to wait a long time to receive them. Other than that, we had a nice time.
I believe, according to the listed prices, I was overcharged by about $16. Otherwise all was good!
This was my wife's birthday and is becoming a family tradition for us to celebrate it on a Sat. afternoon at BRIO! Food is delicious --- as well as the service. Round tables make it possible to truly "gather-round" for fun conversation and celebration. Never felt "rushed". Our server was excellent and we all had a lovely afternoon.
We'll all be back next year --- plus many times in-between!!!
My husband and I decided to try this restaurant for the first time. We had a very nice waiter called Evan, who was very pleasant. Perhaps not as quick as we would’ve liked but it was a Friday night and very busy. I ordered the salmon and my husband ordered the fillet mignon. I took one bite of the salmon and decided I was going to send the food back. The salmon was cooked in some kind of sugary syrup and was so sickly sweet. My husband steak was reasonably cooked, but he was not given a fillet mignon. In the end we sent both of our meals back, had Several more drinks and probably will not be back. What a shame because it used to have such a good reputation
I thought there would be a larger selection for entrees. For instance I found no meatball to Italian sausage entrees
Good for socializing. Not rushed at all. Pasta is mediocre. Steak and salmon were delicious.
As always a very nice experience. The food was great, service good and ambiance lovely.
Went for lunch ordered a bottle of wine and asked the waiter to give us a little time the waiter came over every 2 minutes. We ordered our food the soup and salad combo we were eating our salad and the waiter kept asking if we wanted our soup we were talking and every couple minutes he was back. I finally said just bring the soup hoping he would leave us alone . The soup was greasy and so salty. We have eaten here before and never had felt so uncomfortable or rushed . The restaurant wasn’t busy and for no reason should this had happened. Not a pleasant experience will go elsewhere next time.
Good service and food quality! Enjoyed!
It was my husband’s birthday. Our server Carlos was outstanding, as was our food. Our party of 8 enjoyed the experience. Brio’s is one of our favorite restaurants.
Good food, but took at least 30 minutes for our food to come out. Our food server made up for it and when she brought my husband’s birthday ice cream dessert out, she gave all of us at the table ice cream as well.
Food is consistently good. Service was even better than usual.
We are fans of Brio. The main reasons are: food quality, service and value.
Pluses: It is very nice to be recognized by our server, Tony. Tony is an important asset to Brio. He goes out of his way to ensure every dining need is met.
Con: Only one. Upon entering Brio, a lady with red hair greeted us, well, maybe I should say acknowledged us. We were not made to feel welcomed. She warmed up a bit as we were being escorted to our table, but the first impression was not positive.
Don’t let the lack of a warm greeting stop you from giving Brio a try. Ask for a table in Tony’s section and you won’t be disappointed. Also, sign up for Brio’s loyalty program.
Randy was an awesome server
We were there on a Wednesday evening - not super busy- the staff was great - food was wonderful
our waiter Julio - was exceptional!! We will return and will ask for Julio.
Great food service and decor
