   Excellent food, good service. But was uncomfortably warm in the restaurant. Not sure if they were having AC problems or if it was our proximity to the kitchen. But it was not comfortable for dining.

   Went on a Friday night and I was shocked that it was empty. Highly unusual for a restaurant in City Center. We have eaten here many times and always had a good experience. The waitress did not come to our table to take a drink order until after we had been seated for 15 minutes. It had gotten to point were we were thinking about leaving. After we ordered drinks and entree the service was fine. The food taste like warmed up frozen dinners. Way over priced for the quality of the meal. The portion size was large. We will not go back. And I’m guessing from the lack of patrons neither will others anytime soon.

   Great food!! Service was slow and they were not that busy! But overall we had a good meal and we loved that they put us in the private room as we had a party of 8. We will go back!!

   Hectic, noisy Mother's Day lunch environment. All members of my party, except me) enjoyed their very (too?) large entrees. Grilled salmon salad skimped on the dressing and the fish, though tasty enough, was dry. Service was slow but I suspect was understandable given the many large parties celebrating moms.

    The host was not friendly, it took him a long time to find us a tale and gave us a bad one. I think he did all that on purpose. I won't be back for sure.

    Our drinks an appetizer was amazing. We had the Brushetta. Our meals not so great. Pasta Bolognese over use of basil. Then pasta was undercooked. Seafood risotto it had 3 shrimp. Flavor was good but very very fishy. The Pasta vodka was extremely spicy. The flavor was great then it took our breath away. The Cobb salad was the best! Rose drink amazing Peach Bellini was great except if you order a glass for 10.00 it’s full if you order the caraf it was 38.00 an it was only 2 glasses. It sort of was disappointing. One of the other ladies had chicken melanese. No complaints. It was about 300 dollars and none of us really ate the food. The seasonings were just not for our taste. Our waiter Ron was nice everything was hot and fast.

    we had a bit of trouble getting drink refills and condiments. took asking the waiter 3 times for each. Chicken milanese had next to no sauce with it so we had to request marinara sauce for the pasta. food was good, service was not particularly good, and the noise level made it difficult to carry on a conversation.

    We went for brunch with friends. We certainly do not recommend. They had a very limited brunch menu. The food and coffee were tasteless. They did not have hot tea. I will not go back.

    I understand it was Easter Sunday. Food was good although my meal was lukewarm in temperature. Service was inconsistent we had two people waiting on us and i am not sure they communicated well with each other. Prices were a bit high for what we got. I would recommend for Happy Hour sit at the bar and order a few appetizers. Better Italian places in the area. We came for the brunch or lunch option. $10 for a peach bellini with a splash of alcohol was a bit disappointing!

    Although it was Sunday, there weren't many people, but the service was slow, the food wasn't even warm, and the pasta was undercooked. It's my family's favorite place to go, but that day I was very disappointed.

    Chicken Limone was “eggy” and dry. Looked like scrambled egg on the plate. So weird. No lemon flavor or sauce to be found. The pasta dishes were okay. Mostly bland.

    My husband and I were treating my parents out to dinner. We fixed to bring them out to Brio for a nice meal. Our server was also the host? From what we could see. She wasn’t attentive to our table. My husband and I ran out of drinks at least twice during our meal. Two different people had to help her. A male server brought out our appetizer & another female server brought out our entres. She was gone for a very long time and when she came back she smelled like she’d been smoking.

    Lunch in the bar area at Brio with friends was very nice. We had business to discuss and our server Blake was attentive and patient as we worked and visited. Menu prices have increased but the food is high quality and in generous portions. Thank you!

    Excellent place, food was tasty, and services could have been better. Server was pleasant but the waiter bringing the food to the table did not know who the plate was for. Also, it was a birthday celebration and the 4 kinds of desserts that we ordered, the servers could have been cleverer to put the bday candle on the beautiful plate of desserts, instead they brought a small vanilla cup with the candle. The ambiance was too quiet, no backgroung music so we decieded to put our own pandora music on. Split checks have to be part of the group and doing only 6 was just not to the favor of the customer. Will I come back....yes.

    This is a great location, beautiful restaurant and we received good service, but we were so disappointed in the food. I very rarely do negative reviews, but I am hoping this will possibly improve the food? Calamari - VERY rubbery Artichoke dip - bread was stale..dip was not great. Pasta Brio - Not much flavor, chicken was bland. Lasagne - good Lobster bisque - ok…no lobster…just a tomato based cream soup. Again, great location and this is probably the 3rd time we tried this restaurant hoping it was just a bad night…but it’s consistently not good.

    Met another couple for dinner on a weeknight. We were seated immediately in a nice booth. The food, drinks, service and ambiance were excellent. It was quiet enough tht we were easily able to enjoy conversation with our friends. Definitely will be back!

    There was multiple people at the host stand to welcome us, very helpful with finding my reservation. All the staff was attentive to us. The setting of the restaurant is perfectly lit for a comfortable dinner, it reminded me of restaurants in Italy. The food was very good and flavorful.

    Good was excellent as always. However, the chicken park I ordered was a bit overcooked. Service was subpar compared to other visits as waitress kept forgetting refills, bread requests and timely checks with the table, Noise a bit louder than usual most likely due to a busy Valentine’s Day rush

    We have always liked Brio - our entree arrived about a minute after our salads. Poor timing - obviously they were trying to rush us because of Valentines Day. Overall a good experience but not great.
