BRIO Tuscan Grille - Houston - City Center
We had a wonderful time at lunch. The Service was amazing and the food was great!!!
Not based on the night we went anyway. Our waitress was awful. Drinks always empty, didn't take our dinner order until after we finished eating the appetizers (we were stacking the menus in the booths), no parmesan cheese offered for any of our past dishes when served, and we had to ask to see the dessert menu. Just Awful.
It was a good first experience
We have been to Brio several times as we live in the neighborhood. This time we came on a Monday night when the crowd was light. I was disappointed in the food which had heretofore been pretty good. This time all dishes appeared to have been pre-prepared and stuck under a hot lamp. My lobster ravioli were dry and curled. My son’s fettuccini also looked dry.
A bit disappointing this time. The shrimp and lobster fettuccini were not fresh enough, looked more like warmed up
Great service fantastic carpaccio
The food was delicious, we had the crab stack, the steak and egg migas.
Food was not as good as before. Also because of children, noise level at times was excessive. Service was good. Perhaps it was just an off day.
Birthday celebration. Everything was great, just as we expected.
Great Food and Great Staff
Enjoyed lunch with friends. Very upscale and enjoyable experience.
Stopped by for dinner during Houston Restaurant Weeks. HRW menu was excellent. Food, service & ambiance was great.
The food the ambience and the service was very good the parking was dreadful we wanted to park near the restaurant but there was nothing even for handicap parking which we need as my wife is in a wheelchair
We found the parking garage and went in and really found no spaces as most were taken up by valet parking I then called the restaurant and was told that there were four handicap spots outside the restaurant on the street unfortunately what he did not mention was this basically was most of the shops in and around the restaurant and as such there really was nothing available he then suggested that we go back to the garage which we did but never found any handicap spots.
Part of what he told us was we could use valet but at this point I refuse to pay eight dollars for parking which I thought was very excessive for a suburban location within found a spot which turned out to be valet parking which we did not realize at the time my wife was put in her wheelchair and we must’ve walked well over 500 feet to get to the restaurant. The walk was not easy as it was over paint blocks not concrete so it’s not easy pushing the wheelchair that distance not to mention had to go around tables to get into the restaurant when we finish dinner we went to the elevator but found it was not working so I had to leave my wife downstairs go upstairs to get the car and come back and pick her up
I felt that while the food was good the overall experience was not due to the parking and I will not go back to this restaurant and will make sure that my friends know of our experiences
Good food & service
It was our anniversary and they gave us some champagne to toast. The service was great and the food was delicious.
Very small pasta portions for $18.00. Hollandaise had no flavor whatsoever. Bellini was good. Service was very inattentive.
Alexander our waiter was extraordinarily attentive. Great service. Food was good as always.
The food is always delicious. We had a great meal with great service.
The service was very slow, which would have made the experience better
Delicious food, great service. The portions are large and well worth the price.
The experience was very pleasant from beginning to end. Our server was knowledgeable and charming. Her descriptions and suggestions were tailored to our tastes, which she discerned with a few questions. The bread was delicious as was my entree.
The manager came by and enquired about our happiness.
A very pretty restaurant and great food.
Saying goodbye to a dear friend
They either need a new chef or new recipes. The shrimp and lobster fettuccine was bland and tasteless. The sauce was watery and tasteless.
Our food server Ron was amazing. We had a party of 7 and I know that can be challenging but he took wonderful care of everything. We will certainly be back.
Delicious Sunday brunch menu. The polenta and grilled shrimp dish was wonderful.
Great food and service! Would definitely plan on coming back!
One of my favorite things about Brio is its aesthetics. The lighting, decor, and noise level was amazing for a Friday night. What a great way to end a week.
Food was great, the whole atmosphere was terrific and our waiter was very nice and informative when I asked questions about the menu.
Made a reservation, got sat at the table in the very front of the restaurant where everyone passes, moved us to a table directly next to a large 10+ people party.
Very nice ambient and food. Excellent service. Xxxxx
Celebrating 2 birthdays. Ron was very attentive and friendly and fabulous food.
I appreciate that my requests were known and handled appropriately upon arrival.
The service, food and ambiance were great! Very tasty & great house wine favorites!
The food and service was outstanding. The waiter recommended the special and it was excellent.
Celebrated my birthday. Food was excellent. Our server, Shelby was new but extremely well trained and served us perfectly.
Really greats kids menu with actaul food for children, not just chicken nuggets!
Great Food, Atmosphere, and service!!
Beef medallions and lamb chops were divine. Service was top notch!
Food and service was very nice. Little bit noisy inside.
