BRIO Tuscan Grille - Hallandale Beach - Gulfstream
We went often at your place before and the food was really better. We had calamari, it wasn’t crispy and the plate was half of the portion before.
I won’t recommand this restaurant to my friends.
Restaurant wasn’t too busy, food came out rather quickly; everything tasted great; waiter accidentally dropped the lasagna we ordered and shattered two serving plates in the process. 4/5 experience
Always a good experience. Great service with server we always request. She gets our food just right!
Servers were great, smiley and helpful! They catered to our needs.
The server was very nice but the kitchen was not good. My food came wrong and had to send it back. Wife salad cake with no dressing. When we asked for more they told us they ran out. They should have told us in the beginning. We had to send it back and get a different meal. By the time it came I was finished
Not a great experience. I like this place but it’s going downhill
Service is always good!
Food was enjoyable!
Friends met after eight years absence
We reconnected was great
Good service however the food left much to be desired. Three chicken marsala plates were ordered, chicken much overcooked and hard in all plates and the vegetables were cold. After various prior visits to this restaurant this recent experience by far was not an enjoyable one. Its no wonder the place was fairly empty on a Sunday during the Brunch hour.
Great service and food. A real value
Fabulous as always!!
Eric and Janet took good care of us, as always!!
Just depends on the evening
Sometimes packed sometimes not so busy
Service is always outstanding when arriving! Eric and AJ
We had an excellent experience. I had the shrimp and lobster fettuccini in a light cream sauce which was amazingly delicious. Others also had pasta dishes that they raved about. Our waitress Michele was so pleasant and attentive - going above to make sure we had a great experience. Would definitely recommend BRIO.
Excellent food and service in a casual setting. Great Sunday brunch!
Le plat de saumon était exceptionnel, excellente présentation et plein de saveur par contre celui des crevettes était un peu fade (sans goût)
The table was ready. Didn't have to wait long for drinks. All menu orders came correct. Unfortunately, the Orders took rather long to come considering the restaurant was not half full. Then the birthday treat for the honoree was NOT funfilled as pre-ordered online.
Always enjoy the pepper shrimp and Eric’s service! Makes everyone feel special
Great new menu items stuffed chicken parmigiana
Overall the food was good. The service was a little off this time. That sat us at our table and it took about 10 mins for the waiter to even stop by. Asked if we knew what we wanted without even giving us water or bread. I ordered a drink, so did my wife, no water was brought. We had to ask for water and bread. He mentioned that they were out of bread and it took another 15-20 mins to get bread, yet we were already eating our meal. The food was great. I think that we got a new server as his shirt was black where all other servers had on white shirts.
Any item that had any specific instructions —dressing on the side, no pepper in a dish (one of our party is extremely allergic) were ignored, and so the dish had to be sent back. We waited on numerous occasions for anybody to pay any attention. This when we were actually considering having an event in the space. It is unlikely that we would do so at this point.
Everything was perfect. Michelle our server was fantastic. She made our entire dining experience A+. There were 6 of us and at the end, all our plates were clean as a whistle. Food was outstanding. Great times. Thank you Brio. I'll be back!!!
As always it was great!! The carpaccio is amazing!!
Good fast tasty lunch
Food and service was impeccable!
The food was awful::: poor tasting and small portions... I have been there many times before and was excited to go back but was terribly disappointed. My 12 year old granddaughter said her spaghetti was too sweet and only ate a small amount..There was also no valet service outside as before and had to find my way into that maze of garage...
Great meal Janie our server was amazing. The food keeps getting better here. We done chef!!!
Very fast service - well prepared food.
Our Friday night dinner at Brio was ok. The chicken soup was very good, and the carpaccio was very generous. we also had the shrimp fettuccine which was very good. Service was slow, considering the restaurant was almost empty. With so many restaurants closed at Gulfstream, they should have been busy, but weren't.
The service was excellent, the food was ok
We had a disappointing experience.
Grilled salmon was good but portion was absurdly small. Steak medallions and lemon chemical were good. No olive oil with bread. Server brought oil and vinegar in oil and vinegar caddy, did not appear to be olive oil but may have been.
Server was very peasant but there appeared to be a lack of them so service suffered. Bartender was attentive and friendly pre-diner.
Environmental; floor around the bar was sticky. Patio had furniture stacked and umbrellas on the floor. Based on outside experience I wasn’t sure they were still in business til I got to the front door.
Not the consistent experience we enjoy at other BRIO.
I marked the reservation as birthday and even listed the birthday recipient- however the restaurant did nothing to acknowledge the birthdays at the table.
This BRIO seems to have changed in the past year or two. Although the food was good, the menu was different. When I took a friend there for a birthday dinner, they were given a scoop of lemon sherbet with a candle in it as opposed to the usual birthday dessert. A bit disappointing for a rather upscale restaurant.
My Mother likes the lamb dish so I decided to take he to her birthday with my Family to have Lunch ( we have been there before for Lunch)
The service was pretty bad to be nice And don’t say something ele.
The restaurant was really empty
They brought us bread after 10 minutes waiting, after that we ordered a bottle of wine took about 15 more minutes to get a bucket with ice, then to place an order another 10 minutes.
Ones they brought the food was imposible to get water or Parmesan cheese for my pasta.
I complained and the waitress stated that was very busy , the restaurant was empty.
Ordered an Ice cream for my mother, the waitress stated that the refrigerator was not working and the ice cream was melted.
Second time there bad service both times
Not going back
Always I back to eat my favorite plate fettuccine with shrimp and lobster and chocolate Bake with vanilla ice cream hot on top
Always a consistent dinner.
Always nice food , pasta everything always fine
Dessert is nice drinks several cosmopolitan
We went to celebrate my cousin’s birthday. The waitress told us she was new and it was very noticeable. We ordered 2 salmons, 1 spaghetti bologna se and a shrimp and lobster pasta. The food was good except my pasta plate. There were 2 very small pieces of lobster, 4 shrimp and the pasta was extremely dry. No sauce, no taste. I only ate the shrimp and the 2 pieces of lobster. The waitress didn’t come back to check on us until she came to pick up the empty plates and take the order for coffee. Is he saw my plate full of pasta and I told her what happened. She said she would talk to her supervisor . We were waiting for a birthday piece of cake , but nothing happened. We had our coffee and left.
There was a large party behind us that were very loud and people were constantly getting up to take group pictures. Not a good experience. This is an exception of our usual visits to BRIO. We love other locations and never had problems with the food quality or portion sizes. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.
We always like to go weekend evenings, and enjoy some wine and pasta. Good selection on both
Food was bland and overpriced for what you get. Undercooked potatoes and bland lamb chops for 34.00, same for pan seared salmon.
Staff was very nice so I left 22% gratuity.
Not sure why Brio offers a loyalty app if they’re not going to honor it. Restaurant was basically empty but they lumped everyone on one side seating families with little kids right next to couples and singles. Why not spread it out so people can dine in peace.
