BRIO Tuscan Grille - Hallandale Beach - Gulfstream
Good restaurant, service was unequal an would need a little umf +++
Place is clean and the outside terrace is nice...
Terrible extremely long wait for food many items are not available on the menu place was very chaotic the staff did the best that they could to accommodate made a reservation and was told that it will still be a 45 minute wait very disappointing never ever to return
Told the waiter my food was not correct. But they were to busy. Didn't want to deal with it.
Everything was good until my steak came out raw. The manager and waiter were really nice and apologetic. Plus they gave us a free desert. But still how does that happen?
My reservation was not upheld. I waited for 1 hr to sit and that is because the young lady claims I was called, but was not since I had to sit at the bar to wait and never heard my name called or cell phone called. Finally sat and my dinner was served 40 mins later. I ate at 11:30 at night. Was not happy with this at all. Food was mediocre as the potatoes were still raw and slightly cold from the Salmon dish and the pasta was slightly cold as well. Nothing seemed right. Management has not learned that quality is better than quantity. More people and less attention did not make it a good evening. If reservation are made, it should not be skipped for someone who made it 15 earlier. It was a hot mess. Many customers were upset.
We made reservations got there 10min early still waited 30min to sit. Food took 1hr and 15 min to come out. The entire time the waitress didn’t check on us. Manager finally brought the food and didn’t even acknowledge or apologize for the delay! Very unprofessional!!!
Food was good and we were seated less than 10 minutes after our scheduled reservation, not bad for Valentines Day.
Service was a bit slow and through much of the meal we never saw our server especially after we ordered and during the long wait for our dinner.
The food was very good but the portions were smaller than what we’d had previously.
Table was not ready when we arrived, waited 20 minutes. Once seated another while before server arrived. Waited 45 minutes for our order to arrive.
Excellent - as usual.
The waitress Ana was very nice and efficient. She was doing what she can under the circumstances : short staff, no wine glasses, no more cesar salad !
As always the food was excellent as well as the service
All dinners served like warm as if they were sitting waiting to be served. Sauce was crusting over.
We waited more than 1 hr for food. One of the dishes was so bad that we returned it. The good thing is that we had no check.
It’s a beautiful restaurant in a very pleasant location. We were shown to our table quickly and the waiter was very at tentative to us. Our drinks, salads and appetizers were served without much waiting. Then everything went south of the border. An hour past and no entrees. More time passed and no food. We eventually got the food after the manager apologized about the kitchen delays. He was very apologetic. Sadly this is not the first time we experienced this at this Brio. It’ll be awhile before we give them another chance. I hope they get their act together because it is a very nice experience dining outdoors there.
Was disappointed, we were there before but menu & quality of food has gone down. Prices were high for the type of food . We will not return
The waiters forgot my kids waters for over 30min, they would not take the used plates unless we asked. Restaurant empty and service was again bad
Our meals were delicious. However, with very few people dining at the same time as us, service could have been better. Please BRIO, good food is not enough. Service has to be on par with the food.
Excellent service and delicious food at a fair price.
Delicious as always!
always is fantastic food, and dessert is very delicious
Management needs to fix outside light (or add candles to table); bar was sooo slow, only our server was topknotch!
Took the wife out for dinner, and this place was fantastic. Great service, great prices, and the food was amazing. Will be back again.
The hostesses did not handle their being short handed on the floor well. There were several open tables at 830pm, however the three of them chose to stand around chatting amongst themselves rather than pitch in to set up at least 10 open tables.
They also chose to have my party and several others wait for about 30 minutes unnecessarily. I did not see any manager managing them or helping to set up tables for the entire half hour.
The server did a great job —especially considering he was almost alone on the floor.
The food was excellent in taste and presentation.
The waiter was awful, we sat for at least 40 minutes AFTER ordering our food before we got it. And then my food wasn't fresh. I could tell it had been sitting for a while before they brought it over. Our waiter was John Carlos, and he was inattentive and short with us. We also had a gift card and he barely tried to use it before taking it upon himself to swipe my husband's card for the full balance. Overall, I felt like it wasn't worth it to go to this restaurant.
Food was delish
We went to the restaurant on a Monday evening. The waitress told us the did not have the wine I ordered.
I then tried to order an appetizer and the waitress said they are out of that item.
Why put it on the menu when you don't have inventory.
Why did I have to wait to order to find out that they did not have it?
Poor Management kills restaurants faster then bad food.
Hardly anyone inside restaurant. We sat outside; awful service.
The service was not good at all and the food was sub par at best. I have attended other brio’s and had never had this bad an experience.
Réservation a 19.00 pm et nous avons notre table a 20.10 pm..... Désastreux.....
Meal was not as good as usual
It took forever to order, long wait for the food. I was not even hungry anymore by the time food came out
Took to long for our food to come, to spite the fact that the restaurant was comparatively empty
A lovely evening
service was not good. we had to ask if we could get a drink when our apetizer arrived
beef carpaccio was excellent as usual but chicken limone was not as usual. chicken was too thick and roasted vegetables were almost raw carrots and broccoli.
not planning to return soon.
My husband and I alway enjoy dining at Brio when visiting Miami. I suggested the restaurant for my daughters and family. It was a big disappointment. I usually order carpaccio, so we ordered 2 for the table, to find out later that it wasn’t available, sold out! The pasta dishes were either spicy or no flavor at all. My grandchildren ask for deserts, none left. What’s wrong with that restaurant? We still ended up with a bill in the amount of $270 + tip. Very disappointed!
They cannot honor their reservations in a timely manner and they are severely understaffed. Food is okay when you get it but they need better management.
We add a reservation and had to wait 1 h. Tables where empty but not enough servers
We had a reservation for 7:00PM. Upon checking in, we were told it would be another 30 minute wait, and they would call me on my phone to let me know when a table was ready. 45 minutes later, we hadn’t been seated so we returned to the restaurant to check on the situation. We were told to leave as it was unlikely that we would be seated, despite there being many empty tables and many parties of 4 being seated before us (with later reservations). The food was not worth the wait. We will not be returning.
