Food was mediocre and was very salty
Went there for Mother’s Day brunch. Was not impressed at all. Service was very slow despite the fact that we had 2 servers (not an issue to have 2 servers). We waited for almost an hour for our order to be taken. It took a while for one of them to get to our table to see if everything was good. My mom’s dish came with ciabatta bread that was burned (like all black and was served burned side up). It took a while for them to replace it (by the time the meal was finished basically). The food itself was mediocre, pure salt. We went to this place before (few years back) and it was great. It sure has changed. Had thoughts to book father’s Day brunch in there, but not anymore.
Great! We celebrated Mother’s Day and it was a good decision, not too busy not too loud.
My husband and I had an awful time at this Brio. It has changed a lot since I've been here. First of all the outside patio looked like it was deserted chairs and tables all over the place, then I had made a reservation for 7 pm on a Friday because I thought it would be busy and the place was dead, I should've taken that as a sign. I made a reservation and specified that it was my husbands birthday and requested a nice table... again the place was empty... and we got sat at a normal table, nothing special at all. OK, whatever. I'm not gonna bore you with the rest but drinks were horrible. Ordered two sangrias and it tasted like fake smoothie Capri-sun stuff they make mixed drinks with. Then I ordered pesto chicken pasta and my husband carbonara. The pesto was so beyond salty I couldn't even eat it and my husbands tasted like burnt cream with huge - what tasted like 2-day old pieces of bacon. Honestly, we were appalled and it was an awful experience for a surprise evening for my husband. What a disappointment.
This was an absolutely miserable experience. The management should be more considerate of their customers dining experience and comfort. It was like an ice box in the main dining room. Only 3 tables filled everyone else was outside. Our food stayed warm for about half the meal and then it wasn’t edible. We mentioned to our server about the temperature and she offered us something warm to drink. No member of management ever came by. It was a waste of $90 and we left achey and with runny noses. With all the other choices we won’t go back and the food isn’t memorable.
It was the day of the Kentucky Derby. Walked from the racetrack and ate my favorite, Carpaccio and a glass of Pinot Noir. The restaurant was full from the race but you could hardly tell. We were seated right away, had our orders taken quickly and received our food timely. An ending to a perfect day.

This location never disappoints on service and quality of food.
It was a very long wait for the food to come. 1 1/2 hrs. We were sitting until the food came. When It came it was cold. I asked for a birthday cake for my child they just threw it in my place and waitress said sorry no more candles. I explained everything that had happened to the manager and he didn’t seem to care at all. NEVER GOING BACK.

Even though the kitchen was cooking for a huge party, our food came in a timely manner. Our server was excellent in letting us know of a possible delay, but all was well and our food came out fine.
We are regulars. Usually have the same lamb chops and oh so good crab cakes! Keeps us coming back.
Dined with friends at a warehouse sized restaurant space with 3 or 4 people at the bar and only one other table across the vast expanse. YET... service was POOR. Following is MY experience, but other five in group had similar issues as detailed further. (1) Server didn't keep eye out for details such as refilling of water glasses. Was with rest of staff in the back wrapping cutlery in napkins and other maintenance chores. When I took empty glass to group, first server said "I'm not your server". Similar experience (walking back to group when we ran out again}. (2) Food was execrable. Pasta was a lump needing a knife to cut apart. My "chicken milanese" consisted of two 3-4 inch flat patties of ground SOMEthing, heavily breaded (and reminiscent of 1950s TV dinner fare) with half melted cheese lump on top in addition to the pasta mass. (3) Execrable food = ordered "crema catalana" dessert (AKA crème brûlée), which consists of custard dish with caramelized sugar topping. Latter is achieved (elsewhere) by sprinkling sugar on top of custard and using kitchen torch to caramelize sugar into crackly surface. Mine had brown sugar spread heavily with nary a touch of fire. See (5) further. (5) Hunted down server to ask for bill, and when reviewed and ready to hand over credit cards, no server to pick up and process. Man walked by and offered to take the bill. Turned out to be the "manager". When we complained about service and food quality, particularly my dessert, answer was a shrugged "that's how we do it here".
I was lambasted by my guests with "I TOLD YOU SO" tales of bad experiences at this restaurant. Serves me right. Heed friends. Don't return to BRIO Tuscan Grille.
Very nice restaurant, good food and service. This visit was our 10th in this restaurant, which means it is very good.
Menu choices has shrunk, no more veal. I had ravioli with an invisible sauce, my wife did better with the shrimp pasta. It was a Friday night, seemed abnormally quiet. Overall not as what it used to be.
we ask for more sause with our food and they charge us as agood customer it is wrong to charge us this is not customer base

The food was delicious. I had the grilled salmon. Seated right away with a reservation. Was able to get free gelato for my birthday. Reasonably priced. Definitely recommend and plan on going back.
Nous y allons régulièrement et souvent nous invitons des amis ou parents pour venir avec nous.
Vous avez le meilleur carpaccio et nous l'avons fait goûter à plusieurs qui ont tous apprécié. Juste une chose...vos bruschettas nous manquent

The waitress was very rude about the wine that we brought she said that we only could havé 1 bottle per 4 persons, because people dont tips enough.
We are regular customers at Brio and we never exagerated as for the numbers of bottle that we bring. Normaly its 1 or 2 for 4 to 5 guest.
We will return but I will ask not tombe serve by that lady.
Also calamars was mixte whith a lot of jalapinos not plasent.
Altough the carpacio and the crabe cake was excellent.
We went fir an office lunch to celebrate an employee bday. Have coming here often. This time we’re not happy. Food was below average. Over cooked and dry. Service very slow. They had one server for the entire patio

Absolute worst plate of pasta I’ve had in my entire life. Cacio e pepe was just a bowl of dry over cooked spaghetti noodles - a few specs of pepper and one mini clump of cheese. I know this is a chain and shouldn’t be judged against high end Italian places but it wasn’t even a minimum of acceptable. Informed server, plate was snatched away with no apology. Was removed from the cheque without asking so that was a plus. Wedge was pretty good.
The service was slow, our waiter tried but he made a lot of mistakes with our order. It may have been a combination of both the waiter and kitchen. The food was over priced, it was okay, nothing to brag about. I may attempt to try another location one day, but I wasn’t to pleased with this location.

I only came here because my uncle wanted to eat here. I have eaten at Brio at the Falls. The food is bland. I hope I don't get roped into this restaurant again.
They have changed the menu and that is a step backwards. Have Removed the Bruchetta which is the main reason we go. Also no White Zinfandel wine. What’s up with that?
Steak came late after everyone was finished eating and they still charged us for it after saying they wouldn’t.
Valet removed a phone charger from our car so over all not a great night.

We love the Brio’s at Millenia Mall, but the restaurant in Hallandale is very decadent. Many plates from the menu were missing. We booked for 945 PM via open table and at 10PM, all the chairs from other tables were folded over. We felt invited to leave the place...
Service was fair, food was far from good.
At least this Brio’s I do not recommend.
Our party of four had a wonderful evening at Brio this week. Creative cocktails and off-the-beaten-path entrees offered us a variety of options; the restaurant was crowded, but our server Michelle tended to us without hovering, and her sense of humor was terrific. We would definitely go back.
We had to wait to be seated for 30 minutes. After that we had to wait 40 minutes for the appetizers.
One appetizer was late for another 30 minutes, no plates for appetizers.
The main entries were cold and had to be sent back.
We love your place.
Service was excellent and all of us (4) appreciated the food.

My husband and I went for lunch. Our food was good, but I had to send back my spaghetti bolognese because it was dry. The chef was very nice and wanted to remake the dish for me, but I decided to just get a flatbread. Our waiter, Fabian, was very nice and efficient. We really love the ambiance and will definitely return.
