BRIO Tuscan Grille - Gilbert - San Tan
We are located in the San Tan Village Shopping Center, the largest open air Shopping Center in Gilbert. We are less than 5 miles away from the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport and the Arizona State University Polytechnic Campus. There are several parks in the area along with multiple golf courses. Top Golf and AZ Ice Arena arena are also located nearby.
Food was good, price was good. Ordered coffee and it came with red lipstick on the cup edge. Other than the experience was good.
Very open with friendly staff.
Our Italian dinner pasta meals were excellent with very tasty sauces.
Attentive and quick service. Excellent food at a good price for everyday dining.
It was my daughters birthday. I put this in the reservation request and no acknowledgment at all. Waiter just really seem like he cared to be at work today.
Having dined at Brio a number of times, we were somewhat disappointed this time. We had a considerable wait for our food and by this I mean 30 to 40 minutes. When the food did come the vegetables on my plate varied between luke warm and cold. My wife experienced this as well. The grilled salmon portion was unusually small. Certainly not what we had experienced on other occasions. Of the 8 of us, 5 thought the meal was good and 3 of us judged it to be just okay. We will go back but not likely for awhile and if we have the same experience it would be the last time.
It seems the portions are smaller and my chicken Marsala had just a couple mushroom slices, like three. The server was great and never forced us out. She kept filling our water glasses and we kept talking.
The food and service are great.
John, our server was perfect with suggestions and timing.
Great staff and service!
Eat here often - had family member visiting . Carpaccio is the best! Great lasagna as well as lamb chops. Pasta super garlicky (which I love). Can always count on good quality food.
it was amazing! i come here with my friends for every birthday and we love it here, it’s our favorite place. :)
We have dined at Brio for a while now & this was by far the worst time - the chicken Alfredo was Luke warm and almost cold - it seemed bland & plain-we were quite disappointed ☹️
Food was not what it usually is. Poor quality. Service was good.
It was okay considering it was New Years Eve and very busy. The beer selection was poor but I guess they specialize in cocktails. Shrimp and Eggplant in pepper sauce was yummy but the fried zucchini was cold and I had to ask for a new order. The waiter said they fried a new batch but only the ones on top were hit and the rest were greasy suggesting they had been placed under a heat lamp. My entree was great: Gorgonzola Crusted Medallions with smashed potatoes and sauteed vegetables. Frankly it wasn't worth $100 for 2 people.
They removed risotto from the menu was my favorite Was New Years very crowded and noisy.
Waited 30 minutes past reservation time. I will go again but not on New Years.
They definitely overbooked. Made a reservation for 7:15 on New Year’s Eve and still ended up waiting 35minutes for. Table. Once we were finally seated the service and food was excellent, just wish we wouldn’t have had to wait so long when we had a reservation.
Good food good service...kind of noisy. Little overpriced
Excellent restaurant! We have been going to the San Tan Mall location since it opened. Love the happy hour too! We have never had a bad meal & I think we have worked our way through the menu. lol Staff has always been very professional & accommodating. Great place to meet friends or have a romantic meal.
We have been several times and normally have excellent wait staff though this time we did not have a very attentive waitress
Tea glasses did not get refilled until we asked they sat empty for quite awhile
Asked for other items they were never brought saw the waitress at arrival once after food tea refill and at check
Food was okay this time usually quite good
Shrimp Capri was very bland shrimp were tough
Strip steak was good and to temp but mashed potatoes were like wallpaper paste
Great Italian Cuisine, good wine selection and excellent service. Happy Hour at the bar is a bargain as well with lots of appetizers reasonably priced.Reservations recommended.
We love Brio! Always great food and fantastic service!
We made last minute reservations for Christmas Eve and, although we had to eat at 4:00pm (much earlier than we are used to) we were seated in a nice location and treated by Tony to wonderful service. It was my first time at Brio and I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. We may make Brio our Christmas Eve tradition from now on!
Very poor service. Ordered Bacardi and coke and waiter gave a Bacardi raspberry and Pepsi. We asked for 2 boxes for leftovers and he threw one out and said he didn’t hear us ask for two.
He made us feel like we were bothering him.
Will never go back.
Our server was not very professional, when he first approached the table and then several times throughout our meal , he leaned on the table with his forearms , he used very very unprofessional & inappropriate language
He did not seem to enjoy being a server,
We needed to ask for everything, he seemed uninterested.
Did not like our table , being we had a advance reservation at 5:00 pm & the restaurant was 2/3rd empty... they seated us by the kitchen & restroom...
The ladies restaurant was dirty & no toilet paper, trails of paper out the door , the hostesses were too busy chatting to address it .
Overall, not your best performance
Will have to think about it next time
Please train your servers to be professional
Food was delicious. Rose sangria was amazing. Appreciated being able to make a reservation for our group of 8.
Food and drinks were mostly very good, except for the fettuccine noodles. The noodles were stiff and slightly dry. Either there wasn’t enough oil in the boiling water or the entree was left under the heat lamps too long. A little “better eye” on the details is needed.
Sam was a great server 🎄she was great! Food and drinks were delicious
We have definitely had better service on previous visits. I made a reservation stating that we had three birthdays and nothing was ever mentioned nor was Desert offered at the end of our meal. One of the members of my party got a glass that was not only cracked down both sides but had a crack in the top. I’m glad he didn’t cut his mouth before he noticed it. When we brought it to the attention of our server she was the least bit concerned. On several occasions members of our party sat for long periods of time with no drink refills offered. It didn’t appear to be an especially busy night, so I’m not sure what was up with the service this evening but it was a disappointment. When the bill came we were double charged for one of our meals.
Excellent food, great atmosphere 👍
It was my wife’s birthday and all three of us thoroughly enjoyed the meal, the service, and the atmosphere!
I had such an enjoyable time! The service was great and we weren’t rushed at all even though we only ordered salad and drinks. I would highly recommend the food as well, everything was delicious. The drink I had was less than I’d expect it to be AND better than I expected it to be.
Fantastic grilled salmon fresca, which combined flavors I never would have thought would have worked together, but they did! My husband had the beef medallions, which he said were wonderful, but he wished there had been more.
Val was great server. Enjoyed Trilogy discount. Lobster bisque was excellent as was luncheon lasagna.
Every year our book club meets for lunch in December. We look forward to it because Brio is such a cool place. The food is amazing. So delicious. The wait staff is very helpful. Can't wait until next year.
The salmon Fresca is fantastic as are the lobster raviolis.
We enjoy going to BRIO and have dined there a dozen times at least. The service is always good and it is a perfect location to meet up with friends. The fact they take open table reservations is a big plus too
We ate outside, so noise wasn't a factor. The food was great and the service was good.
My husband and I enjoyed the steak and salad we ordered. The server was charming, and the service was timely. I recommend this restaurant.
Fun casual dining. Drinks were great, food generally OK but not special. My wife had the shrimp and eggplant which was fantastic. I had the spaghetti carbonara which was rather bland.
We had a great time great food we had guest with us whom hadn't been to Brio and they want to come back will be back with in the next two weeks thanks your our fav restaurant ever.
Always a good choice!
