The service was not very good. Very slow. The chicken marsala was tasty but cold when I received it. I will recommend Brio even though this last experience was not great, but other times it has been fantastic. Maybe just a bad day!

We felt very safe at this socially distancing restaurant with masked waiters snd a spotless restaurant. Our waiter was very professional and attentive, and the food was very good— like Brio was in the past. I highly recommend that you you go there for a great lunch or dinner in a beautiful restaurant.

We were the only table on thanksgiving day lunch so service was great and attentive but food was very average: Need to address seasoning. One dish as bland and the other was too salty.

Amazing Saturday night meal with family. It took a few minutes to get seated, but once we were seated the service was amazing and the food was as good as ever. There were 9 of us and they were able to get all of the food out to us together and tasting wonderful. Always a dependable restaurant - especially good for larger groups.
Food, Service was GREAT! Kevin was our server. However, when I presented an email I had received regarding $10 towards 2 adult meals the manager said I was not in the system. They did honor it finally, but said we needed to register with their rewards program and did not have a number for me. They gave me a card to register. Will that cancel my information with open table?

Great! Even though the waiter could not locate my number and membership the fact that I had received Brio's email for a $10 off for two meals he gave me the $10 off.
Service was excellent and food was amazing! I got the Chicken Marsala and I definitely made a great choice! This was our first time visiting and we will be returning!
The food and service are always exceptional. It's convenient and is a great meeting place for friends.
We were given our salads first, half way thru our cocktail showed up and then 5 minutes later the bread. We had about 5 minutes before our dinner was served and the wine we ordered to be served with dinner came half way thru.

Mixed emotions on the evening dinner at BRIO - Fair Oaks. First, remember to bring a sweater, or coat as the dining room is rather cold. In fact, looking around the room more than half the people eating were still wearing their coats. You would think that would be a hint to management. The evening was to start out with the Carpaccio appetizer, however, the main menu was served with no mention, or even a sighting of the Carpaccio. No bread was ever provided until another server over heard us talking to each other at the table that we realized that no bread was served to our table. Our main entrees selected were the Gorgonzola Crusted Beef Medallions, and Grilled Chicken Marsala "Under the Brick". Both entrees were acceptable to taste except for the lack the Mushroom marsala sauce covering the chicken and mashed potatoes. The Capaccio was served at a course after the entrees, and was very light, and enjoyable with our bottle of Roxanne, red blend. There was a lack of attentiveness, and detail of our server for the evening as he never realized our need for service until another server reached out to him. Unable to provide his name as he never provided to us when welcoming us to Brio for dinner. BRIO - Fair Oaks the service needs to step up a notch, and it is important to pay attention to the details!!!!

My wife had the Lasagna which was excellent. I ordered the Spaghetti Carbonara which was not very good. The pancetta was more raw than browned, the sauce tasted buttery but was very thin, the Carbonara also had onions in it which is not a normal ingredient
Our first time at this store. Menu is varied food is good and on a very busy night service was very good. We made a reservation which turned out to be a good idea. Will eat there again. Doesn’t come across as a chain restaurant.
Our waitress was good. However, the plates at the table had dried up food on them and I had to ask for more plates. The salmon I ordered was not fully cooked. I honestly expected more for the amount of money I spent. Not sure if I would ever return.

Yes. The food quality WAS OUTSTANDING! I know outstanding is an over used word , but in this case it is merited. I have some knowledge of Tuscan Cuisine from my months in Italy Brio serves the real thing. Also the waitress we had was totally knowledgable of the menu and fast in delivery.
The food was just ok! The ambiance was nice and the wait staff was pleasant. We just expected better quality of food. I took my wife and daughter for Valentine’s Day and none of us were very impressed. It wasn’t awful, but we will probably find other places to go for Italian.
