Manager consistently walking through the dining room staring at their phone and never touched the table with only 4 other groups in the restaurant. Discussing other tables in front of quests is unprofessional. Served roll up silverware and wine glasses that were spotty with food particles on them. Wait staff is unsupportive of each other ignoring tables they do not financially benefit from immediately.
It’s been a long time since I bothered to write a review but Mother’s Day dinner for party of 11 was disaster. Over an hour to get food, no real explanation just I’m sorry, not even crowded, management never bothered to intervene, cold food, cold coffee, etc. Inability to run credit card correctly and little meaningful accommodation for poor experience. Embarrassing to take family there.
The food is good but the service was spartan at best...disappointed to say the least!
There was a spider crawling up the tablecloth. It was a little pricey.
We made reservations for lunch . Didn’t know how busy they get . It was a pleasure. The appetizer was good and our food was plentiful and delicious
Slow service, food cold- manager not doing their job
It was amazing!!!
Considering we were the first in, service was remarkably slow.
Went to lunch with my mother and everything was well-prepared and tasty. Charles was our server and he was professional, friendly and efficient. A great lunch from start to finish!
Good ambiance Great food. I wonder how long you will stay in this location.
Very attractive restaurant with outstanding staff, excellent food, somewhat high-priced, but definitely a place we have on our list for future visits for special occasions.
We have been to the Cherry Creek Brio many times in the past but this is our last time. There is a feeling inside the restaurant as if they are about to close - it felt dingy, unkempt, unwelcoming. Flood was marginal and our server was terrible. The Container Store building attached to/next door to Brio is empty and it feels as if Brio has lost their lease and are no longer putting any effort into keeping the facility up to standards. No more visits to Brio which is a shame because in the past it was one of our go-to places.
We went on Easter Sunday. It was not busy at all. The kitchen service was on the slow side. The wait staff was good. We usually go 1-2 times a year with grandparents. The menu has changed from previous years and some of their favorite dishes were no longer available. I was surprised at how many empty tables they had that day. In previous years it was packed. I am guessing it may be because of the parking changes. The menu was a struggle for us. If you have dietary restrictions related to dairy or being vegan, the choices are limited with this menu. We have enjoyed Brio several times in the past, we were just underwhelmed with this visit.
I was disappointed with our brunch at BRIO on Easter Sunday, especially when I compare it to brunch on Easter Sunday 2018.
The service was slow. I'm not sure what took our waiter so long to bring water, take drink orders, and take our order. The restaurant was not busy.
The menu has changed, as I understand, in the last 6 months. One of the best starters is no longer available - the bruschetta. We were even told by one of the waitstaff that it was one of the most popular items on the menu, prior to being removed.
We looked forward to a pitcher of mimosas, like we had last Easter, but were told that pitchers of mimosas are not an option on holidays any longer.
We ordered two orders of bacon, extra crispy, as a starter. The bacon finally arrived, followed immediately by our food. We had not even begun to eat the bacon before the meal arrived.
I appreciate that the chef was agreeable to making me "regular" french toast as a side rather than the cream cheese-stuffed toast. But I was informed by our waiter, "not to expect special requests in the future."
Overall, disappointed, especially since we had two guests from New York. I will be looking for another brunch next Easter. Our party was made up of seven (7) individuals.
Our waiter never asked us if we wanted anything else. He took forever to come back and then any time we wanted something we had to make sure we said something before he walked away. Food was delicious!
We may just have been the non expected customers as it wasn't busy the night before Easter and restaurant wasn't busy but previously have had great food and service. So will be back probably but were not as lucky this time.
Great food, great service, low noise level which is appreciated. Friends can always talk and enjoy themselves.
Always a wonderful experience & the lamb chops are OUTSTANDING!
It was good!
Tasty food and good service!
Our son liked his favorite meal- French fries 🍟.
Overall it wasn't appealing to us, and there are so many other places we enjoy more. But if it's convenient, you can certainly get an adequate meal.
Our server was very polite and attentive. The food was delicious. The whole evening was perfect.
Took my girlfriend there a nice dinner and was pleasantly surprised by an outstanding night with extraordinary service and wonderful food
Service has been very slow the last two times I have been in there. We probably waited a good 15 minutes before anyone even took our drink order.
We dined on a Saturday night and it was not busy at all. We had the crab cake appetizer. Not sure I would say it is the best (like it says on their menu) but it was good. The shrimp/lobster fettucine had 2 very small pieces of lobster and the sauce was bland. The pasta alla vodka was a very small portion. Service was very slow! Asked for a spoon that never came so I had to go hunt one down myself. We were very disappointed overall. I don't see how this place can stay in business much longer. The restaurant has become very dated in its décor.
We went to Brio to celebrate my son's birthday. It happened to be my birthday as well, but I'm old enough not to care.
We enjoyed our server very much! She was helpful, friendly, and very efficient.
The only thing I was disappointed in that there was no "birthday cake" or something to celebrate his birthday. Other than that, we had an absolutely delightful time!
Yes it was nice but not as nice as the Naples Florida ambiance and building is better down there. I got the Marsala and it was way too salty. My husband liked his gluten free pesto pasta with chicken.
Overall it was a nice elegant ambient. Food took a little too long but was decent. The wine selection and the starters were the best part. Can't complain. Got laid that night 👌
Server was great
🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕 v day reservations? What v day reservations?????
We had a reservation at 8, didn’t get seated until 930, didn’t eat until 10, they ran out of caprese and bread, they only thing that made us stay was our waiter christian who was the bomb.
Busy day for the staff, but they did an excellent service.
We were disappointed with our Valentine’s Day dinner experience. We arrived for our 6:30 reservation and we’re told they were running behind. We understood since it was Valentine’s Day. We went to get a drink in the bar, and the female bartender snapped at us that the bar was closed and they were too busy, so we’d have to wait 30 minutes for a drink. She grumbled and told everyone who tried to sit at the bar that it was closed. First, that’s unacceptable on her part. Second, management should have scheduled appropriately for such a busy night. All in all, it soured our entire evening. We will not be back there again.
All four of us had delicious entrees. The salmon was moist and tasty and the medallions encrusted with Gorgonzola were perfectly medium rare. Great sourdough bread straight from the oven, attentive service and we could actually hear each other!
Food cold and slow service, happy hour not honored in main restaurant, which was not clear on reservation
A pleasant atmosphere and the food was fine. For a chain, it was very enjoyable!
The service was a bit slow at the beginning, getting drink orders etc. And he never came back to ask if wanted any other drinks etc. Had to track down a gal for Parmesan, but the food came out pretty quickly and was delicious! They also graciously gave us free desserts for our birthday celebrations (2 of us together). Overall a very good evening!
We have been to Brio on numerous occasions. This experience was not Brio's customary great food and service. We were early, just after 5PM. There were 6 tables with patrons and 1 server. We waited over 10 minutes to get a glass of water. Calamari was cold, roasted veggies were soggy and tasted like leftovers from the night before, waiter forgot part of our order, meat was not cooked as requested. As time went on, more servers showed up and helped the poor individual stuck with serving the early crowd.
Good food, good lunch experience and great service
We had a group reunion. Service was amazing and we had a nice time. No one rushed us to eave since it was not crowded!
