BRIO Tuscan Grille - Columbus - Easton
Incredibly poor service. Food was tasteless and cold. Booth we sat in was very uncomfortable with wood digging into your back-needs redone badly!!
Couldn’t get seated right away. I was 20 minutes late & the current clerk, couldn’t find me reserved under my name. This caused myself to go into an inner panic mode. Luckily their Peer Coworker was there to accessed the device correctly to see that I was reserved with Open Table. I wanted to give that person a personal tip, but couldn’t identify or find the helpful Clerk.
Normally a dinner option for us, we opted to try lunch. The usual menu was available in addition to a brunch menu on Saturday morning, providing a nice variety of meal options. Our server was attentive but seemed a bit distracted although it didn't impact service. The Sicilian Omelette was amazing and Spaghetti Bolognese didn't disappoint. Meal was relaxed, delicious, and service on point. We would return for lunch without hesitation.
It was VERY loud in the restaurant. The server was good. However, the food itself was mediocre at best. I don’t know that I will return. Nothing about it really stood out.
Delicious food, great, friendly service. Strong drinks😄
A favorite since moving to Central Ohio in 2000. Always a great experience!
One of our favorite restaurants. quality food and service. The fried calamari appetizer is not worth the money. It used to be a great appetizer. Now you get much less quantity in the dish and the quality has gone down.
Great food and service. Would definitely recommend and will visit again
I recommend the Pasta Alla Vodka. Ricotta-filled pasta, spicy tomato cream sauce, crispy pancetta (1180 cal). Melts in your mouth.
Excellent. What I remembered from quite awhile ago. As we moved away. Trusted you and you delivered. Thanks
Party of -1 for my moms birthday. Server was awful. Food portion was terrible $18 for pasta (Take home order) barely had any pasta! Steak salad had 3 bites of steak. Server gave no dressing. Last my bill was $129 and I got $10 off my bill and the deal was 25% off. Asked server why and she said it’s what the computer provide!? Seriously! Won’t go again.
We enjoyed eating at the bar this evening. The food was excellent. Try the Lasgana for a real treat. Eric the Bartender was super as always. Thanks for a great meal and a fun evening.
Going to Brio at brunch or dinner is always a great time time with family and friends is a
Must and this place sets it up . The food is great
The pasta is sooo good! We had two tables and the patio services wasn't as great as the indoor service. The server seemed overwhelmed.
Sadly we sat next too 5 you g children and two adults. A whole lot of commotion. Not bruos fault but was extremely distracting
I had a wonderful dinner tonight with my parents at Brio. We had a very attentive and professional waitress, and the food was delicious. It was a bit noisy, mostly coming from the open kitchen, but troubling.
Great time! Thank you Brio.
I was really disappointed. We had a great waitress who did get our orders right (we saw the ticket) but two of our four meals were delivered wrong. I had a Caesar salad and asked for blackened shrimp. The lettuce was not fresh. And the shrimp had been covered in the right spice mixture, but wasn’t cooked. That’s not how you prepare blackened shrimp and I would expect anyone that cooks at any restaurant to know that. I will say they responded immediately and we had the two right plates nearly immediately. But overall just a letdown.
The restaurant had a man that I was told was an order expediter yelling orders to the cooking staff. The kitchen is not closed off from the rest of the room, but cooking and eating all in one big open area. Every time the man started yelling, I very much wanted to get up and leave.
We visit Brio quite often. It was a crazy night with I em expected storms and I think that drove extra business into the restaurant. Our server, Chaz, was very good. However when our meals came out after a somewhat lengthy delay, they were less than warm. The manager stopped by the table to apologize for the delay. We thanked him but asked for our meals to be warmed up. Instead he ordered us 2 freshly prepared entree’s and then COMPED the entire bill...... including our wine and salad. Turned into a great experience from what could have been a disappointing evening. Bravo!
Yes I plan to book another event this year. Last year I planned a birthday party for my love and it was exceptional that I plan to repeat.
We went to Brio for a birthday dinner. Service was good, the food was delicious and the weather was perfect, so we thoroughly enjoyed sitting at a table out on the patio.
We had a lovely lunch! It was a beautiful day and we sat outside. The service and the food were terrific!
The loud noise volume is not energetic it’s to the point where you can’t hear anybody but they gave us a seat outside on the patio which was very comforting
I do want to point out That the Caesar salad’s we ordered came out without dressing whoever was on the line just forgot to add it in and there’s only the Parmesan cheese our waitress was very nice about accommodating us
Yummy food and yummy food here too and the food is good too
Have been eating there since the place opened years ago. Veal no longer appears on the menu. Why? Fish is salmon or shrimp. Red meat is beef or lamb chops. Much smaller, largely indifferent menu. Warm bread, flat bread and butter were delivered before the entrees. The flat bread was stale. We ordered wine at the same time we ordered entrees. It arrived as we were finishing the entrees. (There are at least two working bars in the place. What's the problem pouring wine?) The noise level is clearly meant to drive diners out quickly to make room for the next paying customer - very tacky. Portion sizes have contracted also, probably to save costs, not to help diners not overeat.
We had an outstanding time celebrating friend’s 50th wedding anniversary!! Wonderful food & service!
Food was average at best. Wait service was poor. had an 8:45pm reservation. ordered our food right away, with our water order. the place was not crowded. we were patient but not trying to have a long dinner. we didn't leave until 10pm. took 2 hours to serve 2 people a total of one salad, one app (requested to be served as main course), one main dish and one dessert. a table right next to us was full of dirty dishes and not cleared from previous diner the entire time we were at the table. our dishes were not cleared timely. our server was minimally around during the 2 hours, except for when I paid the bill and got up to leave. she was on top of the table to see what her tip was.
We dined at BRIO to celebrate my husband's birthday. We were there with 2 other couples. We requested seating on the patio and they were able to grant our request. The evening was perfect weather wise. It was not crowded and we were able to enjoy conversation with our friends. The meals were delicious however the server got mixed up and brought the soup and salad for those who ordered it, before anyone else's meals arrived. When the meals arrived the server brought the soup and salad for those who already had their soup and salad. It was a little mixed up however we dealt with it in a polite way and continued with our enjoyable evening.
Great food! We sat on the Patio which was perfect weather. The service was a little... Rushed. We also didn't get service for about 20minutes after we sat down. While we were still waiting for our 4rth in the party, the 3 of us were wanting water and bread but no one came up to us for 20 mins.
Good experience. Think waitress was new. Didn’t bus old dishes.
Our dinning experience was quite disappointing. Service was very slow, our water glasses were never refilled and no one bothered to check on us after we were served. Food was good but the overall experience was very unsatisfactory. It will be a while before we come back, if ever.
Food was great, as always. Always enjoy spending time with Eric at the bar. He always goes out of his way to be friendly and helpful. We ate at the bar and when our entrees came out a bit cool (which was an unusual occurrence), Eric was quick to make things right.
Took our daughter out for her 15th birthday dinner, and was excited to try a new place. The moment we walked in I was turned off by the rude hostess, who proceeded to take us to the patio and didn’t hold the door and it slammed on me. We were seated by the entrance to and from the waiter station so we were constantly having people walking by. Our waiter was nice but very slow, we only had our initial drinks because he kept forgetting refills. Since we sat next to the waiter station, we watched them pick up the bread with their bare hands which turned us off immediately. The food was not worth the price at all. Overall we weren’t happy and won’t return.
I was surprisingly disappointed. The waiter was superb but the food was average and the noise level (includes background music) was too high We did not enjoy our experience Our food was only warm when it arrived as well
We went for happy hour and sat on the front patio. It was a very pleasant late afternoon.
Our server especially was great. No rushing us and she. Didn’t rush us.
Normally this restaurant is one of our favorites but we chose to sit on the patio which I never do because...”They always forget you on the patio “. There was live music at Easton so the patio was very loud but we knew that going in so it was ok, however the table service was lacking. We had to ask a manager for more water and also had to tell the manager that we would like to order. This visit was very disappointing, the restaurant wasn’t even that busy but our waitress was not attentive at all. It shouldn’t be that difficult to do things right.
Our server clearly did not want to be working and had terrible customer service.
We visited here for brunch on Sunday. Regular menu was available but they had a selection of brunch items.
