BRIO Tuscan Grille - Columbus - Easton
Food was great not too crowded so it was very enjoyable had a great waitress very happy person.
We were there for Easter dinner . We were seated in the area that looks out on the lawn . The food and service was very good .
The Easter brunch was spectacular! Chad was our server highly recommend if he could actually pick a server. I'm probably the most particular person when it comes to my food of How It's Made and what I want in it and he made sure that our drinks came out quickly and our food came out the way it supposed to be. He had a smile every time with positive vibes and that means a lot to me especially when we've had bad days coming in to have a nice brunch to make our day better. He also reminded us that the old menu is back for the most part. I'm coming back to the Brio more often because of this. Easton Brio is a delight for all ages whether it's for family friends or just time for yourself.
We enjoyed our Easter lunch. The food was excellent and the service was wonderful. We'll be back.
All around an excellent lunch for Easter.
Excellent service and food as usual. Everyone was terrific and went the extra mile to make sure our meal and needs were met.
Our waiter Ed took excellent care of our group. The food was fabulous!
Early Family Easter Brunch
The worst Chicken Marsala I have ever eaten. Basically they grill a chicken breast and throw some sauce that doesn’t taste like Marsala sauce and there was 1 piece of mushroom. The spinach was bitter and the fingerling potatoes hard.
Best part of my meal
Peach Bellini and bread and crackers
I did eat the chicken after I asked for more mushrooms
I don’t know if line cooks don’t know or care but our server said this is a favorite dish for people?
It’s not NY LA or San Fran quality
Server offered my friend something else
amaizing food great time. will be going back very soon
We got to Brios 30 minutes early, just before 1, and they said that we had to wait for the party to get up so that we can get the party room. We had a party of 9, 4 adults and 5 children, so i understand. 1:30 rolls around the the party starts to leave. 1:35 comes and they set us at a table, not in the party room where i was expecting to be seated, but at a table up front that was vacant since we checked in at 1:00. The server was nice and did a fine job so i have no complaints about her, sorry i can not remember her name. After some time, after the food was ordered, i see they bring out my plate of food, filet with potatoes and asparagus, and they set it down in front of me. That is it, my food was the only one that they brought. The waitress walks by and i point it out to her and she takes the plate away and takes it back to the cooking station. After 10 minutes they bring out all of the food this time, including my plate again. My steak was rare verging on raw and because my plate sat up there for 10 minutes the rest of my food was cold. The rest of the tables food was okay. Poor experience overall.
The food was delicious, service was excellent, atmosphere was very loud.
The appetizers were great. Our entrees were not of the same quality. My wife got the blackened salmon and was not so black. I got the ribeye and was not a good piece of meat what so ever. No flavor at all and looked to be frozen prior to being cooked.
For everyday dining, Brio has gone downhill in my opinion. Recently, tying to “find themselves” by constantly changing the menu, the food is just so-so. Ordered the calamari appetizer. Small portion, even for a starter, it was soggy, and appeared to be processed. I hardly ever find myself wanting to eat there...it was the only restaurant that could accommodate our large party. In a crowded Easton, the restaurant was near empty, which says a lot.
This restaurant was too noisy for us. Very hard to carry on a conversation. Food was good, but not exceptional. Would be a great place for a wedding reception where there is a lot of energetic fun activity. It is a pretty place, but the noise and craziness was not a relaxing atmosphere which is what we are normally looking for. Some people would most likely enjoy this type of setting, but is not our type of dining experience. For that type of price on the food, we would want a more quiet, intimate atmosphere.
Great foos and exceptional service!
I was very disappointed. First, they sat us in the noisest place in the restaurant. Second, they ran out of bread, appetizers and when my main entree came that was supposed to have shrimp and lobster I had 3 shrimp and no lobster...so they must have ran out of that food too. Our friends didn’t receive half their food (salads) too. What was even more upsetting is that it took over an hour to get our food when we had plans afterwards that made us late. The specialty drinks were even missing sugar on the rim that was supposed to include. We have always celebrated special occasions and even referred friends and family to this place, but after our experience we may have to start going somewhere else. I don’t think they were fully prepared for the amount of people they were servicing that night. I have been to plenty of restaurants and even served and was so disappointed on a day that was suppose to be a celebration. I hope the restaurant plans better in the future and has the amount of food in stock that customers can get what they ordered and not have to wait over an hour to get their food.
NOISY, FOOD CHOICES LIMITED. THE FOOD WE ORDERED WAS TASTY AND WELL PREPARED
Food and service were outstanding! Alex was one of the best servers I have had.
The food was excellent and Jose C was a fantastic server. I would recommend this restaurant for families.
Dirty utensils and place settings. Poor service.
We stopped for Happy Hour because we really enjoy the dirty martinis the bartender makes for us. We ended up having a light dinner and everything was delicious.
My son and my I had a lovely birthday dinner. He turned 26 and chose your restaurant for his birthday dinner.
Spicy Shrimp and Eggplant were fantastic!
It was a good experience and they dealt well with our changing group size and timing
Awesome food and service. Our drinks were really good. We will definitely go back and highly recommend.
Our service was very nice and efficient. Our food tasted great and arrived hot.
May be because it was a Friday, but it was so noisy, so crowded and too many tables. Service and food were great, however the total ambiance was not expected neither justifies the pricey restaurant. I would recommend BRIO with reservations.
Love the place, great service good food
Great food. Seated us on time according to reservation time.
Portions were super small all 6 of us left hungry! For the price definitely not worth it!
Always a great time at brio, always super nice, always great food
Loved it - food was great and it’s such a pretty place!
Overall very good.
Food was meh tonight. Lobster Bisque thicker than normal and not up to par. Pasta dish came out cold. My salmon was good but accompanying spinach and veggies were overwhelmed by sweet dressing. Ordered two Bloody Marys. First was good and came with olives, lime and lime salt rimmed glass. Second one had no olives, no salt rim, and no straw. Waiter appeared to be chewing gum when he first came out. I normally enjoy Brio, but for $200+ (not including tip) for four guests, expect a better dining experience .
Bailey was awesome!! Very attentive to our dining needs.
The hostess was quite rude which started our whole experience on a bad note. We had a reservation but still had to wait over 30 minutes before being seated. As for the food I would say it was less than adequate especially considering the price tag. The lobster tasted rubbery and bland. Needless to say I will not be returning.
Four of us dined at the Easton location on March 14. This location has deteriorated significantly since our last visit in mid-December. It took over an hour for our food to arrive. One in our party ordered the chicken limone; it arrived cold, dry, and flavorless. another ordered the "under brick" chicken marsalla that was so-so, but the mashed potatoes were cold. My wife had the lasagna and I had the shrimp capri; both dishes were at the proper temperature and tasted ok. A manager did come over and wrote off the 2 cold entrees and provided dessert. The odd thing was that the place was not at all busy, so the wait and delay in food arrival was inexplicable. Another table in our area also ordered salads that they never even received. To top off that evening when my check arrived it included orders place at another table...it took another 10 minutes to get that resolved. All in all, a terrible dining experience. I will not be surprised to see this establishment closed in the not too distant future. The ONLY reason that we will be returning is that we still have cash on a gift card and will want to use it before the place is shuttered.
Appears to be going downhill. Horrible service on a. Night that appeared to not be that busy . Food was ok.
We usually have a great dining experience at Brio but this visit was just OK. We were seated in the very back on the patio. The noise level was very high and our food took a while and was lukewarm when it was delivered. The server did a good job except he forgot to deliver one of our salads and by the time it came the others were finished eating their salads. If this would have been my first visit I probably would not try it again. However as I stated before we usually do have great food and service so I’ll just chuck this one to a bad night.
